Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for removal polluted water from the work area of a Washing machine, especially a household washing machine.
- the invention further relates to a device therefor.
- washing machines especially in household washing machines, runs a program-controlled washing process that stops consists of several steps.
- Fresh water usually while washing in detergent, in a tub held in which the drum is arranged. This is done by rotating the drum To wash.
- Rinse or a rinse cycle including the tub fresh water must be supplied several times.
- the polluted water has to be pumped out, for which the washing machine has a drain pump.
- the so-called jet system can be used to improve the washing process come into use.
- the washing and Rinsing water permanently removed from the by means of a circulation pump Tub, d. H. from the lower part of the Working area of the watch machine, pumped out and back from above, i.e. in the upper part of the work area, towards the washing laundry headed.
- washing machines have the following problem: Depending on the system, it can be used to pump out polluted water from the work area, d. H. from the tub of Washing machine, not all water can be removed; in the Drain system, d. H. in the hoses, in the fluff filter etc., there is always a rest of water (approx. 1 liter) from the previous program section. Now for the the next program step requires fresh water and this embedded and at the same time the circulation pump for the jet system operated, the circulation pump sucks this polluted water from the drain system, which - mixed with fresh water - on the laundry to be rinsed. Thereby the rinsing process deteriorates because it cannot be washed with pure Fresh water is carried out.
- the invention has for its object to provide a method and an apparatus with which it is possible to overcome the disadvantages mentioned and thus to ensure that the rinsing subsequent to the pumping of contaminated water is carried out with greater efficiency ,
- the concept of the invention therefore provides that through additional addition of fresh water after the Pumping out polluted water and subsequent pumping water out of the work area again Washing machine by means of the drain pump a complete Removal of polluted water from the Drain system of the washing machine is reached. This can the subsequent rinsing process only with Fresh water can be carried out so that the efficiency of the Rinsing is increased.
- Step c) above is performed until at least part of the fresh water to an intake of the Drain pump 'or this part of the Drain pump has happened. You can do this, for example certain parameters of the water using special sensors be monitored and depending on this the duration of the repeated pumping can be determined. However, is preferred provided that this step during a given Time is running. It has proven itself here Time of at least 10 seconds, preferably 2 minutes, presettable.
- the washing machine has a rotating drum, so that it can advantageously be provided that at least during step b) above, preferably during Steps b) and c), the drum is stopped.
- a volume of at least 0.4 Liters, preferably 2 liters brings an optimal result.
- the amount of fresh water depends in particular on the Volumes of the drain system and varies between different washing machine types. Therefore, it is for particularly low water consumption expedient to make these volumes particularly small.
- the method according to the invention is particularly preferred when using the jet system, so then the washing process carried out in the washing machine that water is released during the washing process the lower part of the work area by a circulation pump pumped out and in the upper part of the work area again is fed. It is advantageously provided that at least during step b) above, preferably during steps a), b) and c), the circulation pump is switched off.
- control means are provided for Actuating the drain pump for a predetermined time, for pumping dirty water out of the work area, for the subsequent supply of a predetermined amount Fresh water in the work area and further Operating the drain pump for a predetermined time.
- control means are preferably also suitable for Stopping the drain pump while feeding Fresh water.
- control means are also preferred suitable for stopping the drum at least during the Fresh water supply, preferably to stop the Drum and also to rotate while feeding Fresh water and while continuing to operate the Drain pump.
- the washing machine shows - how to use the jet system - according to a further training also one from Control means controlled circulation pump with which water pumped out of the lower part of the work area and in the the upper part of the work area can. It is particularly preferably provided that the Control means are suitable for switching off the Circulation pump at least during the supply of fresh water, preferably to switch off the circulation pump during the Pumping out the polluted water while feeding Fresh water and while continuing to operate the Drain pump.
- Fig. 1 the program flow is schematic Delicately washing textiles in a household washing machine outlined.
- the individual washing program steps are included shown as a bar, the time from left to runs to the right. Only those for invention are shown essential steps.
- the washing 10 takes place in a known manner. thereto the pumping 11 follows, which is the prerequisite for is washing the laundry.
- the pumping 11 follows, which is the prerequisite for is washing the laundry.
- the washed laundry with fresh water rinsed in a first Rinsing process 12 the washed laundry with fresh water rinsed.
- a further pumping 13 follows. Then the laundry is rinsed again (rinse 14). Completed the fine washing process by spinning 15 during the water is also drawn off (there may also be more Connect rinses 12, 14 before spinning 15).
- a third step of pumping which in Fig. 4 is outlined again by means of Drain pump 3 water pumped out.
- Drain pump 3 water pumped out.
- Drain pump 3 water pumped out.
- Fresh water 4 has passed the pump 3 (see again horizontal lines for the fresh water 4 and hatched area for the waste water 1).
- An optimal one The result can be achieved if the drain pump 3 is pressed for approx. 2 minutes. So the whole contaminated water reliably from the work area 2 removed from the washing machine.
- the washing itself is supported by a jet system.
- a circulation pump 6 from the lower part 5 pumped water out of work area 2 of the washing machine and in an upper part 7 of the work area 2 again fed.
- the drain pump 3 is also preferred during the Addition of fresh water (see FIG. 3) switched off; but also this is not absolutely necessary.
- a control means 9 central control of the Washing machine controls all functions and processes of the Washing process and the individual program steps.
- the controller 9 speaks the drain pump 3 as well as the circulation pump 6, so that these pumps to the desired times can be activated.
- the Control 9 also means 8 for feeding Fresh water, mostly using solenoid valves in a known manner are used. It is only very schematic Detergent dispenser 16 outlines the detergent can be supplied to the fresh water flow.

Abstract
