Claims (9)
- Kupplungsanordnung eines ersten Wagenkastens zum Verbinden des ersten Wagenkastens mit einem benachbarten zweiten Wagenkasten eines mehrgliedrigen Fahrzeuges, insbesondere eines Schienenfahrzeuges, mit einem Zughaken, wenigstens einem Kupplungshaken (1) und mit einer entsprechenden Anzahl komplementär angeordneter und zur Aufnahme eines entsprechenden Kupplungshakens einer Kupplungsanordnung des zweiten Wagenkastens ausgebildeter Komplementär-Kupplungshaken (2), wobei bei der Kupplungsanordnung des ersten Wagenkastens jeder Kupplungshaken (1) symmetrisch, hinsichtlich einer in Kupplungsrichtung (101) verlaufenden, vertikalen und in Mittelposition der Wagenkastenbreite liegenden Spiegelebene (100) zu einem Komplementär-Kupplungshaken (2) angeordnet ist, und die genannten Kupplungshaken und Komplementär-Kupplungshaken über einen sich senkrecht zur Spiegelebene (100) erstreckenden Bolzen (4) an dem ersten Wagenkasten angelenkt sind, wobei
der Bolzen (4) ein Kupplungsbolzen eines Zughakens (3) einer Schraubenkupplung ist, und dass ferner bei der Kupplungsanordnung des ersten Wagenkastens sowohl der zumindest eine Kupplungshaken (1) als auch die entsprechende Anzahl der Komplementär-Kupplungshaken (2) um den Kupplungsbolzen (4) schwenkbar montiert sind. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der zumindest eine Kupplungshaken (1) der Kupplungsanordnung des ersten Wagenkastens derart geformt ist, dass er beim Kupplungsvorgang von selbst mit einem entsprechenden Komplementär-Kupplungshaken der Kupplungsanordnung des zweiten Wagenkastens in Eingriff kommt, und zwar indem der Kupplungshaken (1) der Kupplungsanordnung des ersten Wagenkastens in einen entsprechenden Komplementär-Kupplungshaken der Kupplungsanordnung des zweiten Wagenkastens gleitet. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kupplungsanordnung ferner eine Zentriereinrichtung (13) aufweist, die mit einer entsprechend komplementär angeordneten Zentriereinrichtung (13) des zweiten Wagenkastens zur Eigenzentrierung der beim Herstellen der Verbindung der miteinander zu verkuppelnden Kupplungsanordnungen des ersten und zweiten Wagenkastens zusammenwirkt. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Zentriereinrichtung (13) einen Führungszapfen (5) und ein zur Spiegelebene (100) symmetrisch angeordnetes Führungsrohr (6) enthält. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kupplungsanordnung ferner eine Grobzentriereinrichtung aufweist, welche durch einen axial auf das Führungsrohr (6) aufgesetzten und sich am freien Ende öffnenden Trichter (7) gebildet ist. - Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kupplungsanordnung ferner eine Adapterplatte (8) aufweist, wobei die Adapterplatte (8) im Kontaktspiegel der Kupplungsanordnung liegt, und wobei
die Adapterplatte (8) auf dem Führungszapfen (5) und/oder auf dem Führungsrohr (6) gegen die Kraft von Federelementen (11) verschiebbar gelagert ist. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Adapterplatte (8) mit einer Eigenzentriereinrichtung (12), insbesondere einer Nut/Stift-Anordnung, ausgestattet ist. - Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kupplungsanordnung ferner eine Fixiervorrichtung zum Verhindern eines unbeabsichtigten Lösens der durchgekuppelten Kupplungsanordnung aufweist. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fixiervorrichtung Drehfedern enthält, die an einem Bolzen drehbar angebracht sind.
