Claims (11)
- Kupplungsanordnung zum Verbinden zweier benachbarter Wagenkästen eines mehrgliedrigen Fahrzeuges, insbesondere eines Schienenfahrzeuges,
gekennzeichnet durch
wenigstens eine Kupplungsklaue (1) und eine entsprechende Anzahl von komplementär angeordneten Kupplungsmäulern (2), wobei jede Kupplungsklaue (1) einerseits und jedes Kupplungsmaul (2) andererseits symmetrisch zu einer in Kupplungsrichtung (101) verlaufenden Spiegelebene (100) angeordnet ist. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
die Kupplungsklaue (1) und das Kupplungsmaul (2) gemeinsam mit dem Zughaken (3) einer Schraubenkupplung an dem Kupplungsbolzen (4) der Schraubenkupplung um diesen schwenkbar montiert sind. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
die Kupplungsklaue (1) derart geformt ist, daß sie beim Kupplungsvorgang von selbst in das Kupplungsmaul (2) gleitet. - Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
gekennzeichnetdurch
eine Zentriereinrichtung (13) zur Eigenzentrierung zweier beim Herstellen der Verbindung miteinander zu verkuppelnder Kupplungsanordnungen. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
die Zentriereinrichtung (13) einen Führungszapfen (5) und einen zur Spiegelebene (100) symmetrisch angeordnetes Führungsrohr (6) enthält. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Grobzentriereinrichtung, welche durch einen axial auf das Führungsrohr (6) aufgesetzten und sich am freien Ende öffnenden Trichter (7) gebildet ist. - Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Adapterplatte (8) mit Kontakten (9) bzw. Komplementärkontakten (10) als Terminal zur Energie-, Signal- und/oder Datenübertragung, wobei die Adapterplatte (8) im Kontaktspiegel der Kupplungsanordnung liegt, und die Kontakte (9) bzw. Komplementärkontakte (10) symmetrisch zur Spiegelebene (100) angeordnet sind. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
die Adapterplatte (8) auf dem Führungszapfen (5) und/oder auf dem Führungsrohr (6) gegen die Kraft von Federelementen (11) verschiebbar gelagert sind. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
die Adapterplatte (8) mit einer Eigenzentriereinrichtung (12), insbesondere einer Nut/Stift-Anordnung, ausgestattet ist. - Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Fixiervorrichtung zum Verhindern eines unbeabsichtigten Lösens der durchgekuppelten Kupplungsanordnung. - Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
die Fixiervorrichtung Drehfedern enthält, die an einem Bolzen drehbar angebracht sind.
