Definitions

  • the invention relates to a locking system for a housing the preamble of claim 1, for example a Locking system for a housing for a cash safe in a telephone column, with at least one locking lug in the closed state of the housing door with a in the housing arranged closing element is engaged.
  • a known closure system for cabinet doors is as follows designed.
  • a guide element is arranged in the one or more lock rods are stored.
  • the Locking rod is in turn actuated by a driver, the one turn of a key in a linear motion the lock bar transferred, and the lock bar has a Locking nose on, in the closed state of the housing door behind a closing element or strike plate in the housing engages (See Figures 6 and 7).
  • a second known locking system (see Figures 8 and 9) is similarly constructed. Unlike the first known Locking system, however, the locking lug is not here on the locking bar, but on the strike plate, and the Locking rod has a spike for that, in the closed state of the housing door with the locking lug of the Striker plate is engaged (see Fig. 8 and 9).
  • a cabinet door with one of these two known Locking systems can, however, within a very short time be broken, since when prying the housing door - for example, by inserting a lever between Housing door and housing - the locking nose slightly bends. Thus closing nose and closing element disengage, and the door can be opened.
  • US 1,438,547 discloses a lockable cabinet with a cabinet door in which a locking bar with several Locking noses is slidably mounted. In the closed Condition engage the locking lugs in locking lugs, which in the cabinet housing are formed.
  • WO 98/41719 describes a locking mechanism for a window or a door, in which a locking bolt in a Locking element engages.
  • US 1,460,991 relates to a door lock in which two locking rods are moved by means of a lever, the each insert a locking bolt in an opening.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to create an improved locking system for enclosure doors.
  • a securing element provided, which the Locking nose in the closed state against bending guaranteed.
  • the closing linkage in a parallel to Locking nose extending area a predetermined breaking point having.
  • An attempt to break open the door breaks the closing linkage then at the predetermined breaking point, the However, locking lug remains in place or even becomes further pulled into the fuse element. The door can therefore not or only a little bit open wide.
  • the securing element in be advantageous part of a guide element, with the housing door is connected and in which a closing linkage is stored.
  • the locking nose then engages in the Closing element and in the securing element of the Guide element and is secured against bending.
  • one or more guide elements can be provided, and that the fuse element Accordingly, part of the respective guide element.
  • the locking lug can be part of the closing linkage be. This reduces the number of items and thus the Manufacturing and assembly costs.
  • a closing linkage has several locking lugs on.
  • the housing accordingly several locking elements intended. This has the advantage that the housing with the Movement of a single locking bar in several places can be closed.
  • the guide element has a recess which the closing element engages in the closed state. So can be structurally simply guaranteed that the Locking nose in the preferably in the guide element arranged fuse element engages and in this case from Edge of the recess in the guide element as a fuse element is secured.
  • the closing nose is already through the closing element secured against bending, especially if the opening not significantly larger than the locking lug.
  • the closing element can therefore simultaneously as Serve fuse element.
  • the guide element of which, as mentioned, several may be present, an opening on that forms the securing element.
  • connection between Driver and locking rods also a weak point represents because this connection is very close to the door gap and already with a slightly open door with tool, e.g. With a screwdriver, is accessible.
  • the connection between driver and locking linkage is therefore in one advantageous embodiment of the invention designed insoluble.
  • a preferred embodiment of the invention Locking system Figs. 1 to 3.
  • a locking bar 4 in a guide member 6 stored in the system shown here for closing a Housing door 1 of a housing 13 is a locking bar 4 in a guide member 6 stored.
  • the guide element 6 is in turn firmly connected to the housing door 1.
  • the Locking rod 4 has a locking lug 5. in the closed state (Fig. 2) engages the locking lug 5 of Locking rod 4 through an opening in a closing element 12, which is arranged in the housing 13. This encompasses the Guide element 6, which has a slot 10, the Closing element 12.
  • the closing element 12 is a Striker, which is perpendicular to the plane in a plane Movement direction of the locking lug 5 is arranged.
  • the locking lug 5 engages in closed state in the guide at the lower edge 11th the guide element 6, which in this embodiment, the Fuse element forms, which the locking lug 5 against Bending secures.
  • the fuse element is here accordingly opposite the closing element in the direction of the free tip the locking nose offset.
  • the locking bar 4 also has a predetermined breaking point 17, which is parallel to the locking lug is arranged.
  • Fig. 3 shows an inventive locking system according to the Attempt to break the associated housing door 1.
  • the Locking rod 4 is at the predetermined breaking point 17th apart, however, the locking lug 5 has not released from its connection with the strike plate 12, but is still engaged with the strike plate 12 due to the securing element 11 of the guide element. 6 Due to this connection, the housing door 1 also after the break-open attempt not be opened.
  • driver 3 and closing rod 4 are designed insoluble in the preferred embodiment.
  • the driver 3 On a bolt 8 with head first, the driver 3 is rotatable attached. Subsequently, the bolt 8 on the Locking rod 4 staggered, riveted or welded.
  • the two-part locking system shown here has two closing bars 4 and 5 closing noses, which in are movable in the opposite direction. About one Baskülver gleich 16 both locking lugs can be moved.
  • a conventional locking system Figs. 6 and 7.
  • the here provided locking rod 24 also has a Locking lug 25, the closing of the housing door 21st behind a strike plate 27 engages.
  • the locking lug 25 is this conventional Locking system, however, in no way against bending secured.
  • the locking lug 25 is the locking lug 25 in one of the opening direction of the door 21 opposite direction, i. to the left in Fig. 7, bend, and the door 21 can be opened easily.
  • Figs. 8 and 9 show another conventional one Locking system in which a locking lug in the closing element 39 is provided.
  • a locking element with mushroom head 38 engages to close the housing door 31 in this Closing element 39.
  • the closing lug of the closing element becomes 39 bend to the right and thus release the door 31.
  • driver 23/33 and locking bar 24/34 detachable are connected.
  • An access to the connection e.g. with a Screwdriver, is relatively easy.
