Description
The invention relates to a locking system for a housing the preamble of claim 1, for example a Locking system for a housing for a cash safe in a telephone column, with at least one locking lug in the closed state of the housing door with a in the housing arranged closing element is engaged.
Find such locking systems for securing housing doors on housings of all kinds. Special requirements for the Security of such locking systems apply, for example in the case of money safes from coin-operated devices such as. Phone columns. Experience has shown that the Casing doors of enclosures containing such cash safes often vandalism and in particular attempts to break up are exposed. This is all the more true, as the mentioned coin-operated devices are often publicly available and the corresponding housing therefore in the case of a Inadequate locking system can be easily broken can.
A known closure system for cabinet doors is as follows designed.
Fig. 6 und 7).In the housing door, a guide element is arranged in the one or more lock rods are stored. The Locking rod is in turn actuated by a driver, the one turn of a key in a linear motion the lock bar transferred, and the lock bar has a Locking nose on, in the closed state of the housing door behind a closing element or strike plate in the housing engages (See Figures 6 and 7).
Ein zweites bekanntes Schließsystem (vgl. Fig. 8 und 9) ist ähnlich aufgebaut. Fig. 8 und 9).A second known locking system (see Figures 8 and 9) is similarly constructed. Unlike the first known Locking system, however, the locking lug is not here on the locking bar, but on the strike plate, and the Locking rod has a spike for that, in the closed state of the housing door with the locking lug of the Striker plate is engaged (see Fig. 8 and 9).
A cabinet door with one of these two known Locking systems can, however, within a very short time be broken, since when prying the housing door - for example, by inserting a lever between Housing door and housing - the locking nose slightly bends. Thus closing nose and closing element disengage, and the door can be opened.
US 1,438,547 discloses a lockable cabinet with a cabinet door in which a locking bar with several Locking noses is slidably mounted. In the closed Condition engage the locking lugs in locking lugs, which in the cabinet housing are formed.
WO 98/41719 describes a locking mechanism for a window or a door, in which a locking bolt in a Locking element engages.
US 1,460,991 relates to a door lock in which two locking rods are moved by means of a lever, the each insert a locking bolt in an opening.
The invention is therefore based on the object to create an improved locking system for enclosure doors.
The solution to this problem is provided by the locking system according to claim 1.
According to the invention, in the vicinity of the closing nose, at least on the side facing away from the opening direction of the Closing lug, a securing element provided, which the Locking nose in the closed state against bending guaranteed.
This leads to the significant advantage that the locking lug not in the attempt to break the housing door bends and that locking nose and closing element not except Intervention can come.
In the context of the device according to the invention is also provided that the closing linkage in a parallel to Locking nose extending area a predetermined breaking point having. An attempt to break open the door breaks the closing linkage then at the predetermined breaking point, the However, locking lug remains in place or even becomes further pulled into the fuse element. The door can therefore not or only a little bit open wide.
It is not necessary that locking nose and Closing element in the closed state of the housing door already collide, but a certain distance between closing lug and closing element is quite permissible, thereby reducing the requirements for the Manufacturing tolerances decrease. In a break-up attempt will Although the closing nose against the Bend opening direction of the door, but only so far, until the locking lug abuts the securing element. The Securing element then prevents further bending and thus opening the door. It should be mentioned that the Closing direction both in the direction from top to bottom, as well as from bottom to top can be provided. With In other words, the locking nose on the one hand at a Movement from top to bottom and the other at one Movement from bottom to top in the closing position reach.
Preferred developments of the invention Locking system are described in the further claims.
According to the invention, the securing element in be advantageous part of a guide element, with the housing door is connected and in which a closing linkage is stored. The locking nose then engages in the Closing element and in the securing element of the Guide element and is secured against bending. It It should be noted that one or more guide elements can be provided, and that the fuse element Accordingly, part of the respective guide element.
At the same time, the locking lug can be part of the closing linkage be. This reduces the number of items and thus the Manufacturing and assembly costs.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention Locking system, a closing linkage has several locking lugs on. In the housing accordingly several locking elements intended. This has the advantage that the housing with the Movement of a single locking bar in several places can be closed.
Preferably, the guide element has a recess which the closing element engages in the closed state. So can be structurally simply guaranteed that the Locking nose in the preferably in the guide element arranged fuse element engages and in this case from Edge of the recess in the guide element as a fuse element is secured.
When the locking lug in the closed state by a Opening - for example, a slot - in the closing element engages, the closing nose is already through the closing element secured against bending, especially if the opening not significantly larger than the locking lug. In this Case, the closing element can therefore simultaneously as Serve fuse element.
Further preferably, the guide element, of which, as mentioned, several may be present, an opening on that forms the securing element.
In all previously described embodiments it can be advantageous, the securing element against the Closing element in the direction of the free end of the locking lug to move. So it can be guaranteed that the Locking nose by the securing element at bending is prevented before they disengage from the Closing element comes.
It has proved to be particularly advantageous to use a Housing door with a combination of two invention Equip locking systems. So the housing door can be attached to two Places, for example on her upper and on her Bottom, be backed up, and it is not possible the Housing door at a remote from the closing connection Stand a little way up.
It offers when using two locking systems Advantages, these two locking systems over a single To press the shutter. This offers, for example, a Baskülverschluss on, the two locking tabs in moved opposite directions.
Breaking tests have shown that the connection between Driver and locking rods also a weak point represents because this connection is very close to the door gap and already with a slightly open door with tool, e.g. With a screwdriver, is accessible. The connection between driver and locking linkage is therefore in one advantageous embodiment of the invention designed insoluble.
