Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherheitsverriegelungsvorrichtung (nachfolgend SV-Vorrichtung) mit einer Fluchtentriegelungseinrichtung (nachfolgenden FE-Einrichtung). Zugänge zu Gefahrenräumen müssen mit SV-Vorrichtungen abgesichert werden. Diese gewährleisten, dass der Zugang nur dann freigegeben wird, wenn bestimmte Bedingungen erfüllt sind, so dass das Betreten des Gefahrenraumes ungefährlich ist. Bei einer SV-Vorrichtung ist eine FE-Einrichtung notwendig, da der Gefahrenraum jederzeit, und daher auch bei verschlossenem Zugang, verlassen werden können muss. Die Fluchtentriegelung der SV-Vorrichtung darf daher lediglich vom Gefahrenraum her möglich sein. Dies dient dazu, die verriegelte Türe vom Gefahrenbereich her zu öffnen, um aus dem Gefahrenbereich flüchten zu können.

Axial zur ersten Bohrung 43im Riegelanschlag 33 ist auch inder Grundplatte 31 eine zweite Bohrung 47 ausgebildet.Die Arretierspitze 41 erstreckt sich durch beide Bohrungen 43,47 hindurch. Weil die ersten Arretierflächen in der ersten Bohrung und die zweiten Arretierflächen in der zweiten Bohrung nicht koaxial zur Schwenkachse 35 angeordnet sind, müssen sie bei einer Verschwenkung des Riegelanschlags gegenüber der Grundplatte eine relative Winkeländerung zueinander durchlaufen. Diese Winkeländerung ist durch die steife Arretierspitze 41 jedoch verhindert. Diese ist in Anschlag mit den beiden Anschlagflächen und lässt daher die Verschwenkung nicht zu. Durch eine Verschiebung der Arretierspitze entlang ihrer senkrecht zur Auflagefläche der Grundplatte verlaufenden Achse, kann sie jedoch ausser Wirkverbindung mit einer dieser Arretierflächen gebracht werden.

Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Figur 12 aber ist die FE-Einrichtung 39 auf einen Druck auf den Notgriff 23 zum Entriegeln des Riegelanschlags33 ausgelegt. Die Arretierspitze 41 ist zuvorderst verdickt, so dass hinter dieser Verdickung 57 ein Zwischenraum 59 zwischen der Arretierspitze 41 und der Aussenfläche des Riegelanschlags 33 besteht. Durch Drücken des Notgriffs 23 wird diese Verdickung zur sicheren Seite hin über den Anschlagbereich am Riegelanschlag 33 hinaus geschoben. Der Riegelanschlag kann nun verschwenkt werden, da der Zwischenraum 59 den gegen die Arretierspitze hin verschwenkenden Teile des Riegelanschlags keinen Widerstand entgegensetzen kann. Es ist bei dieser Konstruktion auch möglich, den Notgriff 23 zu ziehen, um den Riegelanschlag zu entriegeln. Mit einer solchen Konstruktion kann daher eine SV-Vorrichtung erreicht werden, deren FE-Einrichtung sowohl durch Ziehen als auch durch Drücken am Notgriff entriegelt wird. Eine von beiden Möglichkeiten kann auch gezielt verhindert werden, indem ein entsprechender Anschlag zur Verhinderung eine Ziehbewegung oder ein Anschlag zur Verhinderung einer Drückbewegung eingerichtet wird. Zwischen einem Notgriff (23) und der Arretierspitze (41) ist ein gestrecktes Stabstück (49) vorhanden, welches zusammen mit der Arretierspitze (41) verschieblich ausgebildet ist. - Safety locking device (11) comprising:a) a bolt unit (13) for mounting on the safe side (19) on a door (17) to a danger zone, which bolt unit (13) comprises a guide (29) that can be fixed to the door (17) and a bolt (27) with an actuation handle (25) guided in the guide (29),b) a bolt cage (15) for mounting to a door frame (18) cooperating with the door (17)c) and an escape unlocking device (39) for unlocking the safety locking device (11) to open the locked door (17) from the danger zone and to be able to escape from the danger zone,

- Safety locking device (11) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stopping tip (41) engages into a bore in the bolt stopper (33).
- Safety locking device (11) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stopping tip (41) fills an intermediate space (55) between an outer surface of the bolt stopper (33) and an inner surface of the base plate (31).
- Safety locking device (11) according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that two bolt stoppers (33) are articulated on the base plate (31) that are swivellable in opposite direction of rotation from the locking position into the emergency opening position and that the escape unlocking device (39) has a stopping tip (41) and a bar (49) per bolt stopper (33), which bars (49) have a common emergency handle (23).
- Safety locking device (11) according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the stopping tip (41) forms the tip of the bar (49) and disables the operative connection with the first stopping surface of the bolt stopper (33) while pulling the emergency handle (23) and the bar (49) and the stopping tip (41) being displaced together and thus the stopping tip (41) being moved out of the swivelling area of the first stopping surface.
- Safety locking device (11) according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the stopping tip (41) is a piece independent from the bar (49) and disables the operative connection with the second stopping surface on the base plate (31) while pushing the emergency handle (23) and the bar (49) and the stopping tip (41) being displaced together and thus the stopping tip (41) being moved out of a guiding area in the base plate (31).
