Claims (9)
- Falzwerk (10) mit einer Mehrzahl von Falzwalzen (12, 14, 18), die an ihren Enden gelagert und belastet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Belastung an wenigstens einer der Falzwalzen (12) ein Belastungselement (23) mit einer nicht-linearen Ausdehnungs-Kraft-Kennlinie (38) vorgesehen ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Belastungselement (23) ein Elastomerkörper (30), der von einem Eindringkörper (32) mit gekrümmter Fläche, insbesondere einem konischen Eindringkörper, geklemmt wird, vorgesehen ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastomerkörper (30) ein Naturkautschuk, ein Styrolbutadienkautschuk oder ein anderer reversibel verformbarer Gummi ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastomerkörper (30) an einer seiner Seiten von einer flachen Platte (28) und an der dieser Seite gegenüber liegenden Seite von einem konischen Eindringkörper (32) abgestützt ist, wobei der konische Eindringkörper (32) in das Volumen des unbelasteten Elastomerkörpers (30) eindringt. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Belastungselement (23) ein pneumatisches Expansionselement (24) vorgesehen ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das pneumatische Expansionselement (24) eine pneumatische Ringmembran oder einen Balgzylinder aufweist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das pneumatische Expansionselement (24) mit einer Druckleitung (26) versehen ist, sodass das pneumatische Expansionselement (24) mit Druck, insbesondere Druckluft, versorgt werden kann. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck in dem pneumatischen Expansionselement (24) über ein Bedienpult einstellbar ist. - Falzmaschine mit wenigstens einem Falzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
