Die Gitterwände 2 bis 5 sind über die vertikalen Gitterstäbe 7 mit dem Blechboden verbunden. Einen oberen Abschluß der Gitterwände bildet ein an den oberen Enden mit den vertikalen Gitterstäben 7 verbundener Ringträger 13, welcher aus Rundstäben 14 und abgebogenen Verbindungsstücken 15 zusammengesetzt ist.
Claims (8)
- Gitterkorb für einen zu elektrostatischer Aufladung neigenden Behälter, insbesondere für einen Palettenbehälter mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff,
gekennzeichnet durch ein für die Festigkeit des Gitterkorbs maßgebendes Grundgitter (6,7) sowie zusätzliche Gitterstränge (10,17) für die Bildung gegenüber dem Grundgitter verengter Gittermaschen. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundgitter (6,7) allein maßgebend für die Festigkeit des Gitterkorbs ist oder dass die zusätzlichen Gitterstränge (10,17) zur Festigkeit des Grundgitters (6,7) beitragen. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die zusätzlichen Gitterstränge (10,17) verengte Gittermaschen gemeinsam mit Gittersträngen (6,7) des Grundgitters gebildet sind. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzlichen Gitterstränge (10,17) mit den Gittersträngen (6,7) des Grundgitters verbunden sind. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gitterstränge (6,7) des Grundgitters ein Hutprofil (8) aufweisen und an Kreuzungsstellen über die Hutkrempen des Hutprofils (8) miteinander verbunden sind. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzlichen Gitterstränge (10,17) mit den Gittersträngen (6,7) des Grundgitters über die Hutkrempen (9) des Hutprofils (8) verbunden sind. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Strangenden (12) der zusätzlichen Gitterstränge (10) in das Hutprofil (8) eines Gitterstrangs (7) hinein abgebogen sind. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gitterkorb unter Abbiegung einer das Grundgitter (6,7) und die zusätzlichen Gitterstränge (10,17) aufweisenden Gitterbahn hergestellt ist.
