Definitions
- the invention relates to a package consisting of a produced by folding and gluing operations, cuboid Box according to the preamble of claim 1.
- This is mostly folding boxes, which can be packed fully automatically are. For example, they are used to wrap candy, Chewing gum or lozenges used as bulk in the box can be filled.
- Generically comparable packaging is on one end closed with a swing-open cap lid, the in the open position a kind of collection tray for the evacuated Content forms.
- a disadvantage of this closure element consists in that the box with increasing content getting stronger be inclined to be able to extract something, wherein in the Usually it is not foreseeable how strong the inclination must be. Becomes the cap lid swings too much, part of the Lost content. Moreover, it is in the known boxes not possible, this for a withdrawal at certain intervals To place firmly, for example, next to the dashboard of a car, because otherwise the content can only be accessed by means of Thumb and index finger is relatively difficult to access.
- the packaging should be easy to make, too be transported and stored, and she should be on a packaging line be automatically filled.
- the packaging should are finally suitable, as a donor packaging firmly positioned to become, with the closure element with one hand pivotable between the closed position and the dispensing position is.
- Both the opening wall section, or the flap, as well as a to the opening wall portion parallel rear wall portion are double-layered formed, which gives a particularly high stability. Because at least one end of the box with a resealable Lid is provided, it can be relatively be easily refilled while the actual removal is over the flap takes place. As the rear wall portion with holding means provided for hanging and / or gluing the box, It can be very easily fixed.
- the packaging is from a single blank, for example made of cardboard or made from a laminate.
- At least one of the flap side walls is particularly advantageous a stop, which limits the maximum possible Pivoting movement of the flap with the opening wall section interacts.
- the maximum tilt angle of the flap can be be limited to a maximum of 75 °, preferably to a maximum of 60 °. Of the Stop thus prevents the flap from being opened too far may or that the flap side walls leave their guides can.
- the inner layer of the Flap has a tongue, which behind a the insertion tongue overlapping portion of the outer layer of the opening wall portion is pluggable. This allows the flap in one safe closing position.
- the flap side walls be articulated.
- the flap have a Einsteckzunge, which behind a Einsteckzunge overlapping portion of the inner layer of the opening wall portion can be inserted. This is basically the same effect as in the opposite case.
- the insertion tongue can be different be dimensioned. It would be e.g. also conceivable, the inner layer of the opening wall portion to be provided with an incision, in which inserted the insertion tongue on the outer layer of the flap can be.
- a particularly advantageous guidance of a flap side wall can be achieved when parallel to this flap side wall Box side wall formed at least partially double-layered is and if the flap sidewall between the inner and the outward position of the box side wall is guided. At a such leadership is even with the door open high lateral stability guaranteed.
- a particularly optimal donor packaging is achieved by that the cuboid box has a rectangular cross-section with two parallel broad sides and two parallel narrow sides and that the opening wall portion is one of the broad sides forms and the Gelenkfalz with a side edge of this Broadside collapses.
- the flap is at the end hinged the box, so that the contents of the package almost empty box is always easily accessible.
- the flap can be opened before opening for the first time Predetermined breaking points to be connected to the opening wall portion. This facilitates on the one hand the production of the box and On the other hand, this receives a guarantee function, with a first-time Open by separating the predetermined breaking points is displayed.
- a guarantee function can also be ensured by that the flap before a first opening over a rupturable Guarantee tape is connected to the opening wall portion.
- the guarantee strip has the advantage that it is independent of the Opening direction of the flap torn in another direction can be and that its absence or even only a partial one Tearing is clearly visible.
- the holding means could be, for example, a retaining tab to hang and / or stick the box.
- this can be at least one self-adhesive Be provided section.
- This can be a Adhesive section act, which is covered with a protective film.
- the self-adhesive section could also be a piece of Velcro be liable to textile backing.
- the box according to FIGS. 3 to 7 consists of a single, contiguous blank 21 according to FIG
- the box has an insert closure on both ends and is thus only partially glued.
- the individual sections the blank are by fold lines 22 or perforations 23 separated from each other.
- the blank 21 according to FIG. 1 has an outer layer 12 the opening wall portion, with the outer layer 10 of the flap connected via a perforation. About in the middle of the Dividing line between the two sections 10 and 12 is a Cut out recess 13.
- the outer layer 12 is with an inner layer 11 of the opening wall portion connected and to this closes the inner layer 9 of the flap, the sections 9 and 11 also by a perforation 23 from each other are separated.
- a tongue 32 is completely cut out.
- flap side walls 7, 7 'arranged at the end of a circular arc-shaped upper edge 34 each have a mandrel-like stop 8, 8 '.
- the length L1 the inner layer 11 is slightly larger than the length L2 of the outer layer 12, so that the inner layer 11 after folding the outer layer 12 slightly overlapped.
- the outer layer 10 of the flap is on the later Gelenkfalz. 4 connected to a bottom portion 29 having a plug-in bottom flap 30 has.
- the box back wall is formed by a Inner layer 24 and an outer layer 25.
- the latter is the Einsteckdeckel 16 arranged with a lid flap 31.
- After all the longitudinal side walls of the box consist of the inner layer 14 and the outer layer 15 of a first box side wall and from a simple second box side wall 26.
- To the Sections 15 and 26 are dust flaps 27, 27 'for the floor and Dust rags 28, 28 'arranged for the lid.
- FIG. 2 shows the blank 21 according to FIG. 1 after a first Folding and gluing operation.
- the inner layer 11 of the opening side wall folded with the inner layer 9 of the flap by 180 ° and flat with the outer layer 12 of the opening side wall and the outer layer 10 of the flap glued.
- FIGS. 3 to 5 show the position of the individual sections, in particular the double-layered wall sections. While the inner layer 24 and the outer layer 25 of the rear wall surface lie on each other, take the inner layer 14 and the outer layer 15 of the first box side wall, the flap side wall. 7 sliding between them. The flap side wall 7 'becomes by the default behavior of the material against the second Box side wall 26 pressed.
- FIG 6 For example, one filled in an automatic bottling plant Box 1 with the cuboid box body 2 is shown in FIG 6 shown.
- the perforations 23 including the oblique perforations 35 are broken.
- the flap 5 to the hinge fold 4th be swung out in the direction of arrow a.
- FIG. 8 shows an alternative embodiment of a box, which is essentially the same structure as the Box according to Figures 6 and 7. At the end faces is the Box but firmly glued. On the lid portion 36 is a Lug 18 articulated, which provided with an adhesive strip 19 is. At this tape, the box can be fixed. In addition, also an opening 20 may be provided so that presented the box on a suitable sales stand can be. Of course, it would also be possible to use the adhesive strip 19 or individual adhesive dots on the rear wall portion 17th to arrange.
- Figure 9 shows an alternative embodiment of a box 1, in the opening of the flap 5, first, a guarantee strip 37 must be demolished.
- a tongue 38 assigned directly to the outer layer 10 of the flap be.
- the inner layer of the double-layered opening wall section 6 forms after tearing off the guarantee strip 37 a Bridge 33, which has at least the same width as the guarantee strip.
- the insertion tongue 38 can be dimensioned to be behind the Web 33 or in a slot in the web 33 can be inserted.
