Claims (6)
- Anordnung einer Matrizenplatte einer hydraulischen Presse zum Verpressen von Pulvermaterial, bei der ein Ober- und ein Unterstempel mit einer Bohrung der Matrizenplatte zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matrizenplatte (10) über vertikal angeordnete Stützträger (22, 24) abgestützt ist, die mit oberen Stützabschnitten (38), die zur Achse der Matrizenbohrung (12) hin ausgekragt sind und nahe der Matrizenbohrung (12) liegende nach oben weisende Auflageflächen (40) für die Matrizenplatte (10) bilden.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützträger (22, 24) sich am unteren Ende auf einem Flansch (14) abstützen, der an seiner Unterseite an dem Hydraulikzylinder für den Unterstempel befestigbar ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützträger (22, 24) sich über eine Zwischenplatte (18, 20) am Flansch (14) abstützen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Bohrungsachse jeweils ein Stützträger (22, 24) angeordnet ist mit zwei parallel beabstandet angeordneten Armen (28, 30), die am oberen Ende die Stützabschnitte (38) mit ihren Auflageflächen (40) aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vier in gleichem Umfangsabstand angeordnete Auflageflächen (40) vorgesehen sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auskragenden Stützabschnitte (38) ihrerseits durch einen sich allmählich nach oben verbreiternden Abschnitt (36) des Stützträgers (22, 24) bzw. des Stützarms (28, 30) abgefangen sind.
