Claims (16)
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß
mit mechanischen Schließelementen (1, 2), insbesondere einer Schloßfalle (1) und einer Sperrklinke (2), in einer Schließeinheit (3),
mit einer Schloßmechanik (5) mit mehreren miteinander zusammenwirkenden Elementen in einer von der Schließeinheit (3) getrennten Steuereinheit (7),
ggf. mit einer Schloßelektronik (8) in der Steuereinheit (7),
wobei die Schließeinheit (3) räumlich beabstandet von der Steuereinheit (7) in oder an einer Kraftfahrzeugtür oder -klappe (9) anzuordnen ist,
wobei die Schließeinheit (3) mittels eines Entfernungs-Kraftübertragungsmittels (11), insbesondere eines Bowdenzugs, mit der Steuereinheit (7) verbunden ist und wobei ein Schließelement (2), insbesondere die Sperrklinke (2), in der Schließeinheit (3) mittels des Entfemungs-Kraftübertragungsmittels (11) von einem Element der Schloßmechanik (5) in der Steuereinheit (7) aus mechanisch betätigbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung des Schließelementes (2), insbesondere der Sperrklinke (2), in der Schließeinheit (3) mittels einer Zugfunktion des Entfernungs-Kraftübertragungsmittels (11) in einer ersten Richtung erfolgt,
daß das Entfernungs-Kraftübertragungsmittel (11), insbesondere die Seele (11') des Bowdenzugs, zumindest in der Schließstellung oder der Hauptraststellung der Schloßfalle (1) auch mit der Schloßfalle (1) verbunden ist,
daß das Erreichen der Schließstellung oder der Hauptraststellung der Schloßfalle (1) durch Nutzung der Zugfünktion des Entfernungs-Kraftübertragungsmittels (11), insbesondere der Seele (11') des Bowdenzugs in einer zweiten, der ersten Richtung entgegengesetzten Richtung in die Steuereinheit (7) mechanisch signalisierbar ist und
daß die Bewegung des Entfemungs-Kraftübertragungsmittels (11), insbesondere der Seele (11') des Bowdenzugs, in der zweiten Richtung in der Steuereinheit (7) schaltungstechnisch auswertbar ist. - Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entfernungs-Kraftübertragungsmittel (11), insbesondere die Seele (11') des Bowdenzugs, mit dem Schließelement (2), insbesondere der Sperrklinke (2), unter Zwischenschaltung eines Sperrklinkenhebels (50) oder eines anderen Zwischenelementes unter Einschluß eines beidseitigen Freilaufes (51) gekuppelt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sperrklinkenhebel (50) o. dgl, in eine Mittelstellung mittels einer Feder (52) vorgespannt und bei Erreichen der Schließstellung oder Hauptraststellung der Schloßfalle (1) entgegen der Federkraft auslenkbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Freilauf (51) durch eine Langloch-Zapfen-Anordnung zwischen dem Sperrklinkenhebel (50) und der Sperrklinke (2) gebildet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entfernungs-Kraftübertragungsmittel (11), insbesondere die Seele (11')des Bowdenzugs, mit der Schloßfalle (1) außerhalb der Schließstellung oder Hauptraststellung lösbar verbunden ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schloßfalle (1) ein Fangelement (53), insbesondere in Form des Endes eines an der Schloßfalle (1) gelagerten Federelementes (54) aufweist, das das Ende des Entfemungs-Kraftübertragungsmittels (11), insbesondere das Ende der Seele (11') des Bowdenzugs, vor Erreichen der Schließstellung oder Hauptraststellung einfängt und mitnimmt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließeinheit (3) ein verstellbares Übertragungselement (60) aufweist,
daß das Übertragungselement (60) mit dem Entfemungs-Kraftübertragungsmittel (11), insbesondere mit der Seele (11') des Bowdenzugs, verbunden ist,
daß das Entfernungs-Kraftübertragungsmittel (11), insbesondere die Seele (11') des Bowdenzugs, zumindest in der Schließstellung oder der Hauptraststellung der Schloßfalle (1) über das Übertragungselement (60) mit der Schloßfalle (1) verbunden ist und von dieser in der zweiten Richtung verstellbar ist,
daß das Übertragungselement (60) ein verstellbares Zwischenelement (61) mit einer Anlagefläche (62) aufweist,
daß das Zwischenelement (61) durch die Verstellung des Übertragungselements (60) in der ersten Richtung über seine Anlagefläche (62) in Anlage an einer Anlagefläche (63) des Schließelements (2) bringbar ist und damit das Schließelement (2) betätigbar ist,
daß durch die Verstellung des Zwischenelements (61) am Übertragungselement (60) der Abstand der Anlagefläche (62) des Zwischenelements (61) zur Anlagefläche (63) des Schließelements (2) einstellbar ist,
daß die Schloßfalle (1) und das Zwischenelement (61) bewegungsgekoppelt sind und daß durch die Bewegungskopplung die Verstellung der Schloßfalle (1) von der Vorraststellung in die Schließstellung oder in die Hauptraststellung eine Verstellung des Zwischenelements (61) derart bewirkt, daß die Anlagefläche (62) des Zwischenelements (61) zumindest bei Erreichen der Schließstellung oder der Hauptraststellung in Anlage an die Anlagefläche (63) des Schließelements (2) kommt. - Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die übertragungswirksame Länge zwischen Übertragungselement (60) und Schließelement (2) durch die Verstellung des Zwischenelements (61) einstellbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schloßfalle (1) eine Steuerkante (64) aufweist, daß das Zwischenelement (61) ein Eingriffselement (65), vorzugsweise einen Zapfen, aufweist und daß die Bewegungskopplung zwischen Schloßfalle (1) und Zwischenelement (61) durch die Anlage des Eingriffselements (65) an der Steuerkante (64) bewerkstelligt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenelement (61) als um eine Achse (66) am Übertragungselement (60) schwenkbarer Hebel ausgestaltet ist, und daß die Anlagefläche (62) des Zwischenelements (61) derart am Hebel angeordnet ist, daß der Abstand der Anlagefläche (62) des Zwischenelements (61) zur Anlagefläche (63) des Schließelements (2) durch das Verschwenken des Hebels einstellbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlagefläche (62) des Zwischenelements (61) durch ein am Zwischenelement (61) angeordnetes keil- oder stufenförmiges Element (67) gebildet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Übertragungselement (60) und/oder am Zwischenelement (61) eine Begrenzungsanordnung (68, 69) vorgesehen ist, die die Verstellbewegung des Zwischenelements (61) relativ zum Übertragungselement (60) begrenzt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Kopplung zwischen der Schloßfalle (1) und dem Übertragungselement (60) ein um eine Achse (70) schwenkbarer Mitnehmer (71) vorgesehen ist, daß der Mitnehmer (71) über eine Feder (72) mit dem Übertragungselement (60) gekuppelt ist, daß die Schloßfalle (1) derart in Eingriff mit dem Mitnehmer (71) bringbar ist, daß bei der Verstellung der Schloßfalle (1) von der Vorraststellung in die Schließstellung oder in die Hauptraststellung der Mitnehmer (71) verschwenkt wird und dadurch über die Feder (72) eine Betätigungskraft in der zweiten Richtung auf das Übertragungselement (60) ausgeübt wird.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenelement (61) eine Ausformung (75) aufweist und daß der Mitnehmer (71) bei in Vorrast- bzw. in Offenstellung befindlicher Schloßfalle (1) derart in die Ausformung (75) eingreift, daß das Zwischenelement (61), vorzugsweise in Verbindung mit der Begrenzungsanordnung (68, 69), in einer bestimmten Grundstellung fixiert wird.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungselement (60) längsverschiebbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Feder (76) zur Fixierung des Übertragungselements (60) in einer bestimmten Grundstellung vorgesehen ist und daß das Übertragungselement (60) gegen die Rückstellkraft der Feder (76) in der ersten und der zweiten Richtung auslenkbar ist.
