Claims (7)
- Dispositif de transport de papier comprenant une section de transfert (7) qui est placée entre un traceur à jet d'encre pour feuilles de papier de grande de surface et une plieuse (2) raccordée à ladite section de transfert et qui comporte des rouleaux d'entraînement (8), un agencement de capteurs (6, 18, 12), des moyens de commande des rouleaux d'entraînement (8) et des organes de retenue de papier (10, 26),
caractérisé en ce que les organes de retenue de papier (10, 26), qui peuvent être facultativement actionnés et qui sont destinés à former une boucle de papier (9, 20, 24), sont disposés de façon à équilibrer la sortie de papier, à fonctionnement discontinu, du traceur (1), l'agencement de capteurs (6, 18, 12), qui est relié au dispositif de commande et qui permet de déterminer la présence de papier et une longueur minimale respectivement une longueur maximale de la boucle de papier (9) servant à commander au dispositif de commande de libérer la feuille de papier pour la transporter dans la plieuse (2) lorsque la boucle de papier (9) atteint une longueur maximale prescrite, tandis que la plieuse (2) peut être arrêtée lorsque la boucle de papier (9) atteint une dimension minimale prescrite, ce processus pouvant être répété jusqu'au bout de la feuille de papier. - Dispositif de transport de papier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes de retenue de papier sont conformés en organes de serrage de papier (10) et sont placés au niveau de l'entrée de la section de transfert (7), et en ce que la boucle de papier (9) se forme dans l'espace entre la section de transfert (7) et le traceur (1).
- Dispositif de transport de papier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la boucle de papier (24) est formée entre l'extrémité de la section de transfert (7) et les rouleaux d'entrée (22) de la plieuse (2) (figure 5).
- Dispositif de transport de papier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des premiers rouleaux d'entraînement (16', 8') sont entraînés à des vitesses différentes de celles des deuxièmes rouleaux d'entraînement (8) et la boucle de papier (20) est formée entre les premiers et deuxièmes rouleaux d'entraînement (figure 4).
- Dispositif de transport de papier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un volet d'entrée de papier (5), monté de façon à pouvoir pivoter, est placé en amont de la section de transfert (7), en ce qu'il comporte un premier capteur (6) qui est relié au dispositif de commande et qui détecte la présence ou l'absence de papier, et en ce qu'il comporte en outre un capteur (18) détectant la longueur minimale de la boucle de papier (9) et un autre capteur (12) détectant la longueur maximale de la boucle de papier (9), ces capteurs coopérant avec le dispositif de commande et agissant sur l'entraînement des rouleaux.
- Dispositif de transport de papier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que tous les rouleaux de transport (8) sont entraînés à une même vitesse.
- Dispositif de transport de papier selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de retenue de papier est formé par une paire de rouleaux (20) qui est entraînée à une vitesse inférieure à la vitesse du papier en sortie du traceur.
