Claims (10)
- Anschlagvorrichtung, insbesondere Verkürzungslasthaken, für Ketten (1), vorzugsweise Rundgliederketten (1), mit einem Haken (2) und einer an den Haken (2) angeschlossenen Verkürzungsklaue (3), welche die Kette (1) in einen Laststrang (5) sowie einen Leerstrang (6) jeweils variabler Länge unterteilt, wobeidie Verkürzungsklaue (3) einen das klauenseitige Ende des Laststranges (5) der Kette (1) aufnehmenden Befestigungskopf (11) mit wenigstens zwei Backen (12) mit dazwischen liegendem Längsschlitz (13) aufweist,das vorletzte Kettenglied (1a) des Laststranges (5) im laststrangseitig offenen Längsschlitz (13) aufgenommen wird, während das lastübertragende letzte Kettenglied (1b) des Laststranges (5) gegen die beiden Backen (12) anliegt.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laststrang (5) im Wesentlichen in der durch den Befestigungskopf (11) sowie gegebenenfalls den Haken (2) aufgespannten Ebene (Q) angeordnet ist.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lastübertragende letzte Kettenglied (1b) des Laststranges (5) in einer von den beiden Backen (12) gebildeten Aufnahme (17) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig aufgenommen wird.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (17) aus zwei gegenüberliegenden Längsschlitzen (17a, 17b) vorgegebener Länge (1) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (2) und die Verkürzungsklaue (3) ein einstückiges Bauteil, insbesondere Schmiedeteil, formen.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (2) und die Verkürzungsklaue (3) über zumindest ein Drehgelenk (7, 8, 9, 10) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Sicherung der Kette (1) eine den Laststrang (5) an der Verkürzungsklaue (3) festlegende Sicherungsvorrichtung (14) realisiert ist.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsvorrichtung (14) als das vorletzte Kettenglied (1a) und/oder das letzte Kettenglied (1b) gegen Herausfallen aus der Verkürzungsklaue (3) blockierender Sicherungsstift (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Verbindungseinrichtung (7, 8, 9, 10) vorgesehen ist, welche das freie Ende des Leerstranges (6) fixiert.
- Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (7, 8, 9, 10) einen das letzte Kettenglied (1c) des freien Endes des Leerstranges (6) durchdringenden Bolzen (7) aufweist, welcher gleichzeitig als Drehachse des Drehgelenkes (7, 8, 9, 10) zwischen Haken (2) und Verkürzungsklaue (3) fungiert.
