Description
Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung längsnahtgeschweißter, schraubenlinienförmig gewellter Metallrohre, bei dem ein von einem Bandvorrat abgezogenes Metallband zu einem Rohr mit Längsschlitz geformt, der Längsschlitz verschweißt wird und die Wellung vorzugsweise durch ein exzentrisch und geneigt zur Rohrachse frei drehbar in einem drehantreibbaren Wellerkopf gelagertes Wellwerkzeug erzeugt wird, welches sich auf der Oberfläche des Rohres abwälzt, wobei das Metallband sowie das ungewellte Metallrohr durch eine zwischen dem Schweißpunkt und der Wellvorrichtung vorgesehene Abzugsvorrichtung vorwärts bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Abzugsvorrichtung (8) unmittelbar hinter der Wellvorrichtung (6) an dem gewellten Rohr (7) angreift und die Abzugsgeschwindigkeit der zweiten Abzugsvorrichtung (8) kleiner ist als die sich aus der Neigung der Wellerscheibe und der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Wellerkopfes ergebende Vortriebsgeschwindigkeit des gewellten Rohres (7) ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Abzugsvorrichtung ein aus zwei endlosen angetriebenen Bändern aus elastisch verformbaren Material besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vor der Wellvorrichtung (6) an dem ungewellten Rohr angreifende Abzug ein sogenannter Spannzangenabzug ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das noch offene Schlitzrohr ein langgestrecktes strangförmiges Gut eingefahren wird, dessen Außendurchmesser gleich oder kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser des gewellten Rohres hinter der zweiten Abzugsvorrichtung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das strangförmige Gut ein Lichtwellenleiter aus Kunststoff ist.
