Claims (20)
- Betätigungsvorrichtung für ein Schloß, insbesondere an einem Kraftfahrzeug,
mit einem Betätigungselement (30) und einem bei bestehender Wirkverbindung durch dessen Betätigungsbewegung linear bewegbaren Übertragungselement (20),
wobei am Übertragungselement (20) eine Mitnehmervorrichtung (21) vorgesehen ist, die dessen Bewegung auf ein Auslöseelement (12) überträgt, das mit einem Betätigungsgestänge für das Schloß zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungselement als eine axial verschiebliche und vermittels einer ersten Sicherungsvorrichtung (11) zwischen mehreren Drehlagen drehbare Welle (20) mit einem exzentrisch angeordneten Fortsatz (22) ausgestaltet ist
und das Betätigungselement einen vermittels einer zweiten Sicherungsvorrichtung zwischen mehreren Drehlagen drehbaren und in etwa axial verschieblichen Bereich (31) mit einem exzentrisch angeordneten Fortsatz (32) umfaßt,
wobei die Stirnflächen (23, 33) der Fortsätze einander zugewandt sind und einander in wenigstens einer - nicht aber in jeder - einstellbaren, relativen Drehlage überlappen,
dabei ist wenigstens eine Drehlage eines der Fortsätze (22, 32) vorgesehen, in welcher sich keine Überlappung der Stirnflächen (23, 33) ergibt, unabhängig davon, in welcher seiner einstellbaren Drehlagen sich der andere Fortsatz (33, 23) befindet. - Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Betätigungs- (30) und dem Übertragungselement (20) eine Sperrscheibe (40) angeordnet ist, die eine Ausnehmung (41) aufweist, deren Formgebung ein Hindurchgreifen des Fortsatzes (32) des Betätigungselementes (30) in wenigstens einer - nicht aber in jeder - seiner vorgesehenen Drehlagen gestattet.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement ein linear bewegbarer Druckknopf (30) ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Sicherungsvorrichtung ein in den Druckknopf (30) integriertes, mit Hilfe eines mechanischen Schlüssels (35) ver- und entriegelbares Zylinderschloß ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Sicherungsvorrichtung ein elektrisches Schloß ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrplatte (40) drehfest gehaltert ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrplatte (40) wenigstens bereichsweise als einstückiger Bestandteil eines Gehäuses (10) ausgeführt ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Stirnfläche (23) des Wellenfortsatzes (22) in nur einer der zwei Halbebenen erstreckt, die durch eine die Drehachse senkrecht schneidende Gerade voneinander getrennt sind.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche (23) des Wellenfortsatzes (22) in etwa kreisabschnittförmig ist, wobei die Sehne des Kreisabschnitts nur um weniges von der die Drehachse schneidenden Geraden zurückversetzt ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Stirnfläche (33) des Fortsatzes (32) des Betätigungselementes (30) nur in einer der vier Viertelebenen erstreckt, die durch zwei die Drehachse sowie einander senkrecht schneidene Geraden voneinander getrennt sind.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche (33) des Fortsatzes (32) des Betätigungselementes (30) in etwa die Form eines Viertelkreises aufweist, wobei die Spitze um weniges von der Drehachse zurückversetzt ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (20) in eine Entriegelungslage (20") und eine um etwa 90° rotierte Verriegelungslage (20') drehbar ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der drehbare Bereich (31) des Betätigungselementes (30) in eine Entriegelunglage (31'') und in eine um etwa 90° rotierte Verriegelungslage (31') drehbar ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Entriegelungslage (31'') des drehbaren Bereiches (31) des Betätigungselementes (30) dessen Fortsatz (32") bei Betätigung die Ausnehmung (41) der Sperrplatte (40) durchgreifen kann, während dieser in der Verriegelungslage (32') bei Betätigung mit der Sperrplatte (40) kollidiert.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ver- und Entriegelungslagen der Welle (20', 20'') und des drehbaren Bereiches (31', 31'') des Betätigungselementes (30) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß die Stirnflächen (23, 33) ihrer Fortsätze (22, 32) einander nicht überlappen, wenn sich eines der Elemente in seiner Verriegelungslage befindet.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine weitere Drehlage (31''') des drehbaren Bereiches (31) des Betätigungselementes (30) vorgesehen ist, in welcher die Stirnfläche (33''') seines Fortsatzes (32''') die Stirnfläche (23') des Wellenfortsatzes (22') in dessen Verriegelungsstellung (22') überlappt.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der weiteren Drehlage (31''') des drehbaren Bereiches (31) des Betätigungselementes (30) dessen Fortsatz (32''') bei Betätigung die Ausnehmung (41) der Sperrplatte (40) durchgreifen kann.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mechanische Schlüssel (35) in der weiteren Drehlage (31''') des drehbaren Bereiches (31) des Betätigungselementes (30) nicht abziehbar ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Sicherungsvorrichtung eine Zentralverriegelungsvorrichtung (11) ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Kraftfahrzeug in der Umgebung des Druckknopfes (30) ein Vorsprung (51) vorgesehen ist, der ein Eindrücken des Druckknopfes (30) in verriegelter Stellung des Schlosses durch Hemmung an dem mechanischen Schlüssel (35) verhindert.
