This ensures more secure mounting due to the fact that the borders between the contact surfaces 60 and 62 and the side surfaces 72 and 74 of the anchorage elements 52 and 54 come into exact alignment with the internal corners of the groove 18.
  • the two anchorage elements 52 and 54 are shaped such that when one of the screws 42 and 44 are tightened, the other anchorage element that is not directly connected to that screw automatically comes into contact with the internal surface of the groove. In the condition where both of the screws are tightened, the anchorage elements are solidly engaged with each other and, to all effects, behave as a substantially monolithic anchorage plate.
