Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Fahrbahnmarkierungslinien (7) mit erhabenen Wülsten (23) quer oder schräg zur Linienlängsachse, wobei die Markierungslinien (7) aus einem zunächst fließfähigen, aushärtenden Markierungsmaterial erzeugt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit einem in eine auf eine Fahrbahn (8) zunächst eben aufgebrachte, noch nicht ausgehärtete Markierungsmaterialschicht eintauchenden, im wesentlichen vertikal verschieblichen Schieber (12) bei einer Bewegung in Linienrichtung Markierungsmaterial zu nach streckenweisem Anheben des Schiebers (12) auf der Linie (7) zurückbleibenden Wülsten (23) zusammengeschoben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Markierungsmaterial vor dem Erzeugen der Wülste (23) mit Hilfe mindestens einer direkt mit einer Austragöffnung (6) verbundenen Pumpe (1, 2) in konstanter Dicke auf die Fahrbahn (8) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wulsthöhe nach Maßgabe eines sich vor dem Schieber (12) ansammelnden Markierungsmaterialüberschusses (24) so verändert wird, daß der Überschuß (24) eine obere und untere Überschußmengengrenze nicht über- bzw. unterschreitet.
- Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Fahrbahn-Markierungslinien (7) mit erhabenen Wülsten (23) quer oder schräg zur Linienlängsachse,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung einen zwischen neben den Rändern einer vorher aufgebrachten ebenen Markierungsmaterialschicht (7) auf der Fahrbahn gleitenden Kufen (10a, 10b) im wesentlichen vertikal verschieblichen, bei Bewegung in Linienrichtung den Markierungsstoff zu Wülsten (23) zusammenschiebenden Schieber (12) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese mit einer die ebene Markierungsmaterialschicht (7) erzeugenden Austrageinrichtung, die mit Pumpen (1, 2) für das Markierungamaterial ausgestattetet ist, verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine fernbetätigbare Verschiebeeinrichtung für den Schieber (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebeeinrichtung für den Schieber (12) mit einem von Bedienungspersonal von einem Bedienungsstand der Vorrichtung aus verstellbaren, die Höhe der Wülste (23) beeinflussenden oberen Anschlag (16) ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebeeinrichtung für den Schieber (12) und/oder der obere Anschlag (16) durch je eine pneumatisch betätigbare Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit gebildet sind/ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit mindestens einer Zugstange (25) ausgestattet ist, über die sie mit der Austrageinrichtung verbunden oder verbindbar ist, wobei die Zugstange (25) in ihren Verbindungspunkten mit der Austrageinrichtung und mit der Vorrichtung um je eine horizontale, quer zur Linienrichtung verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (12) auf seiner in Bewegungsrichtung weisenden Seite einen oder mehrere vertikal verlaufende Stege (12') aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (12) schräg zur Linienlängsachse verläuft und daß der Steg oder die Stege (12') parallel zu den Kufen (10a, 10b) verlaufen.
