Definitions
- the invention is based on a hand tool the genus of claim 1.
- the performance of the known dust box is through the limited to the hand tool integrated suction unit, that of a fan and associated air ducting system exists and in terms of performance and efficiency hardly can be improved.
- the hand-crafting machine according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that the Staubabsaug oriental compared with the known hand tool machines Dust box is significantly increased, without changing the in the hand tool integrated dust extraction system and without increased particulate matter emission.
- the invention is based on an associated Drawing explained.
- FIG. 1 shows a hand-held power tool 10, which serves as an orbital sander is designed.
- This has a housing 12 with a upper handle 14, which is in viewing direction extends to the left, with its rear end a Electrical connection cable 15 emerges. From the handle 14 protrudes down a hand-operated button 16 a not closer designated switch for putting the power tool 10th
- an electric motor 18th In the front region of the housing 12 is an electric motor 18th arranged. Its output shaft 20 is rotationally fixed with a Fan 22 coupled and with its free end battingmitivad connected to a sanding plate 24.
- the sanding plate 24 carries axially continuous dust extraction openings 26, due to the accumulating sanding dust when working with the Hand tool 10 of an unspecified Workpiece surface is sucked and a dust outlet 28 is inflatable in a dust box 36.
- the Dust box 36 carries in her the power tool 10 facing Area a dust inlet pipe 35th This overlaps with its inner diameter the outer diameter of the Staubausbergsstutzens 28 and is there releasably secured latchable.
- the dust box 36 is airtight top closed with a lid 38 and to open for emptying.
- This lid 38 carries an upwardly facing retaining hook 40, the one Engagement opening 29 of the lower, bow-shaped portion of the Handle 14 passes and in this way the dust box 36th additionally secured in position on the housing 12.
- the lid 38 engages with its circumferential locking groove 41st a matching circumferential detent spring 43 passing through the outer wall the dust box 36 is formed.
- the dust inlet nozzle 35 goes in the direction of observation to the left - ie to the rear - Down in a bottom 39 and laterally in side walls 42nd ( Figure 7) via.
- the bottom 39 sits on a transverse Lower detent groove 41 further leading backwards into a bottom 47 of a suction unit 48, which is a motor 50 with upper and lower fan 52, 54 contains and behind is completed by a rear wall 421. This one goes above in a further detent spring 43 via which of the locking groove 41 of a motor cover 45 is overlapped overlapping.
- the engine cover 45 is in the direction of looking to the right Angled down and wearing in the angled, with breakthroughs 450 provided a microfilter 46, the the breakthroughs 450 serving as air outlet openings breathable, dust-retaining overlaps.
- the dust outlet port 28 carries top contact rails 30, in each case a bent, leaf-spring-like contact tongue 32 ends with those on top of the dust inlet pipe 35 sitting contact lugs 34 are coupled.
- the contact flags 34 lead electrically connecting back to the motor 50, while the contact rails 30 forward in the interior of the Housing 12 to a power supply device, e.g. one unspecified battery or transformer lead.
- the dust box 36 is at the dust outlet port 28 of the power tool 10 via locking means 37 (FIG. 2) releasably locked.
- FIG. 1 shows that the dust inlet nozzle 35 is a chassis-like Part of the dust box 36 forms, to which the Staubboxêt 39 and 47, side walls 42 and rear wall 421 connect.
- the thus formed, open-topped box is lockable, by first turning the engine cover 45 with its right angle pointing down, carrying the microfilter 46 Partition 44 by means of tongue and groove connection 41, 43 latching is attached. Subsequently, the dustproof lid 38 with its locking groove 41 via the locking springs 43 of the dust inlet nozzle 35 and the side walls 42 and the partition 450 clipped.
- the engine cover 45 can be shared with the partition 450 and the filter 46 only then off the dust box 36 are released when previously removed the lid 38 has been. This is an accidental opening of the engine cover 34 practically excluded and collected in the dust box 36 Abrasive dust does not reach the engine 50, because he normally already emptied after opening the lid 38 has been.
- Closing the lid of the dust box 36 is in reverse Easy to accomplish sequence as when emptying.
- FIG. 2 shows the handheld power tool 10 according to FIG. 1 in FIG a view from above, here on the previously already FIG. 1 does not explain reference signs again shall be. It is beyond the figure 1 addition clearly the upper, airtight lid 38 of the dust box 36 can be seen, and the engine cover 45 with the air outlet holes 440th
- Figure 3 shows a plan view of the dust box 36, wherein about Figures 1 and 2 beyond the microfilter 46 and the Contact lugs 34 in the area of the inlet nozzle 35 particularly are clearly recognizable.
- the designed as a folded filter Microfilter 46 protrudes into the center of the dust box 36.
- FIG. 4 shows the dust box 36 without a dustproof cover 38 and without engine cover 45 from above and the engine 50 with its Electric connection cables 51 passing into the contact lugs 34th
- the motor has 50 holding arms 49. These are bolted to projections 420 of the side walls 42.
- Figure 5 shows a plan view of the engine cover 45 with the upper air outlet holes 440 and the angled down in the plane extending partition 44 with the holes 450 area with the microfilter 46th
- Figure 6 shows the cross section of the inlet channel 35 and the Design of the contact lugs 34th
- FIG. 7 shows a cross section of the dust box 36 with a view into FIG the interior of the box 36 with view of the front side wall 42nd with the dust inlet pipe 35.
- Figure 8 shows a cross section of the dust box 36 in the area the motor 50 with the motor cover 45 with its vertically downwardly extending, carrying the microfilter 46 Area 44 with the holes 450. It is also recognizable that the Motor 50 with its fans 52, 54 in a separate housing sits with holder arms 49, by means of which it is attached to the Projections 420 is supported or anchored thereto.
- FIG. 9 shows an enlarged detail of that in FIG. 1 from a circle trapped area between dust outlet pipe 28 and dust inlet pipe 35, where clearly the top of the dust inlet nozzle 35 fixed tabs 34 and the machine-side electrical contact rail 30 with her bent contact tongue 32 can be seen.
- Figure 10 shows an enlarged section of the engine cover 45 connected side wall 47 of the dust box 36th
- FIG. 11 shows an enlarged detail of the one of FIG Circle surrounded area of the dust inlet nozzle 35 according to Figure 6, wherein the fixed points 58 in the form of thermal deformed, the contact lugs 34 fixing Kunststoffnokken 58 are recognizable.
