Definitions
- Shading devices in particular roller shutters, blinds, Markisolettes, folding shutters, roller blinds, etc. can both inside the room as well as outdoors.
- the receptacles of the shading devices exist usually from a take-up box, winding parts or - rolling, holding mounting plates / profiles, side guides, possibly a lower part such as an end bar / end bar Etc.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a mass from the shading devices or parts or parts of Parts of it can be made to meet most requirements satisfy.
- the shading device or individual parts the same from a mass of 1 to 60, preferably at least 5, in particular at least 10 percent by weight of binder and 40 to 95 weight percent filler from crushed vegetable parts.
- the binder consists at least partially of starch.
- the proportion of starch is 1% by weight, preferably at least 5% by weight, in particular at least 10% by weight of the Dimensions.
- the proportion of the filler is at most 95, in particular at most 85% by weight.
- This mass is preferably extruded, e.g. the whole holding device of the shading device or parts to make of it.
- the shading device can be used instead of by extrusion or part of it by another molding process are produced, for example by injection molding, Injection molding, vacuum or pressure molding, pressing or similar.
- the parts can e.g. elongated parts, such as profiles, plates, bars or the like. As well as molded parts his.
- the parts can also be individual parts, for example Fasteners, stiffeners, inserts and the like.
- Such additives are also included in the binders, which enhance the effect of the binder.
- Sugar molasses is an additive that increases the binding effect of Starch, especially corn starch.
- composition according to the invention can contain further additives, for example process aids, antioxidants, Biocides, flame retardants or the like.
- wood flour can be used as filler.
- fibers are preferably used which have tensile strength increase significantly. Mixtures of wood flour and vegetable fibers can be used.
- the filler or fiber particles have a length of max. 15 mm and with wood flour of max. 3 mm.
- the filler particles can be oblong, cuboid, prismatic or in other Be prepared wisely.
- Preferred fibers are preferred Wood fibers, cotton, flax, hemp, straw, sisal, coconut, bagasse and / or palm fibers are used.
- the receiving device or its part can be starch biologically be designed to be degradable.
- the starch can be native starch. It can also be just one component the starch can be used, for example only the Amylose. Each polysaccharide is among the starches to understand from ⁇ -glycosidically linked glucose units.
- the binder can consist entirely of starch or a Mixture of starch and a thermoplastic his.
- the proportion of starch should be at least 1% by weight. %, based on the weight of the mass, or at least 10 % By weight, based on the weight of the binder. If a mixture of starch and plastic as a binder The ratio of strength to plastic is used adjusted so that an extrudable mass is created.
- the plastic can be a thermoplastic, but also a thermoset his.
- the starch can e.g. Cereal starch e.g. from wheat, corn or Be rice or starch from soy, bagasse or potatoes.
- Polyethylene for example, can be used as the thermoplastic or polypropylene can be used.
- Can also be organic degradable thermoplastic materials are used are, for example polylactides or polyester amides, e.g. B. from hexamethylene diamine, butanediol and adipic acid.
- mixtures of z. B. starch and semi-synthetic Binders or inorganic binders can be used.
- melamine can be used as a binder.
- a binder made from a mixture of starch and plastic Strength can significantly increase binding power compared to the pure plastic binder.
- the starch can also help improve biodegradability the shading device or parts thereof, the are made from this mass lead.
- the crushed vegetable Particles can absorb a significant amount of moisture, it lies with wooden particles e.g. by 10% by weight.
- the wood particles must therefore be molded before molding can be dried extensively or in the shaping of the the moisture or residual moisture formed degassed by appropriately sophisticated extruders become.
- starch is also able to e.g. bind moisture during extrusion.
- the parts produced according to the invention are surprising humid environments.
- the weather resistance can also be improved by painting, Glazing, foiling, vapor deposition or similar surface treatment processes increase. But also through Coextrusion, extrusion, injection and any kind of treatment the mass is an increase in weather resistance possible.
- These protection improvements can be immediately in the current production process as well as a later one Time.
- the invention is particularly suitable for the parts of a Shading device that is not particularly intensely weathered become.
- This includes e.g. the receiving box, in particular the upper wall and the inner wall of the receiving box, inspection cover, the winding core, the guide rails, and if necessary, the roller shutter curtain, next to a blind Box and box parts such as the inspection cover e.g. the elevator part, the guide as well as brackets and the like.
- the mass can contain additives in any concentration and amount.
- additives can artificial or natural resins e.g. B. to increase strength be added, for example obtained from wood Resin.
- Artificial resins such as epoxy resins can also be added be made to the parts of the mass made To make the receiving device water-repellent. From the for the same reason oil, fat or wax can be added to the mass become.
- Other additives can be flame-retardant, for example Fabrics, pressing or extrusion aids or UV stabilizers his.
- Coextrusion is also possible.
- the surface of the part in question by coextrusion the shading device with a water-deviating and / or UV-resistant coating in particular, if the part or a section of it is weathered.
- certain sections of the parts can be coextruded higher strength can be given.
- the density of the mass can be, for example, 0.3 to 3.0 g / cm 3 .
- a lower density can be achieved in particular by foaming the mass.
- only certain areas of the part in question can be foamed and the remaining areas less or not foamed.
- the mass-produced parts of the shading device can also be provided with any type of surface treatment, such as. B. lacquered, varnished, foiled, veneered, powder-coated or for example with a metal layer such as aluminum.
- the shading device can consist entirely of the mass, that is for example, in the case of a roller shutter, both the roller shutter curtain, like the entire roller shutter box, the winding core and the guide rails for the roller shutter curtain, or it can Parts of the roller shutter should be made from this mass for example only the box or only parts of the box, for example the box shell and / or the end caps or the inspection cover or the winding core or the guide rails for the roller shutter curtain.
- the other parts can also consist of another material, for example metal parts can be provided for stiffening.
- parts can be extruded into or onto the mass be, for example, the parts from the mass with a Stiffening, e.g. with metal edges.
- You can also e.g. Fastening plates or the like.
- Fasteners for example made of metal can be integrated into the mass.
- 1 and 2 each schematically show a cross section by a shading device in the area of the roller shutter box or blind box.
- roller shutter box 1 is in a roller shutter box 1 on a winding core 2 a roller shutter armor 3 wrapped.
- the roller shutter box 1 consists of the roller shutter shell with the Sidewalls 4, 5 and the top wall 6. On the end walls it is closed by end caps, in the drawing only one end cap 7 can be seen. Are on the end caps the bearings 8 attached to the winding core 2.
- Box 1 is closed at the bottom by inspection cover 9, which is supported on the window frame 14.
- the roller shutter curtain 3 is guided in the guide rails 11.
- the roller shutter tray with the side walls 4, 5 and the top Wall 6, the end caps 7, the inspection cover 9, the winding core 2 and the guide rails 11 can be of one mass consist of 5 to 60 percent by weight of a starchy Binder and 40 to 95 weight percent filler shredded vegetable parts.
- the shell with the side walls 4, 5 and the top wall 6 and the inspection cover 9 can also be made of foamed material consist.
- the winding core 2 and Guide rails 11 preferred an unfoamed mass.
- the rails 12, 13 can, however also consist of the crowd.
- Parts including the screws 24 from this Mass consist of 5 to 60 weight percent of one starchy binder and 40 to 95 weight percent Filler consists of shredded vegetable parts.
