Claims (11)
- Abschlusseinrichtung (2, 3) für die Stirnseite einer eine hinterschnittene Nut (4) aufweisenden Profilschiene (1), z.B. für einen Plakat- oder Bildhalter, mit einer Abdeckscheibe (15), deren Form zumindest im Wesentlichen dem Profil der Profilschiene (1) entspricht und die mit einem von ihr außermittig abstehenden Zapfen (17) verbunden ist, der in die hinterschnittene, zur Umgebung hin über einen Längsschlitz (5) offene Nut (4) einsteckbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (17) in der einen Drehlager-Lagerkanal bildenden hinterschnittenen Nut (4) drehbar einsetzbar ist und zumindest auf einem Teil (20) seiner Länge einen im Vergleich zum Lagerkanal (4) kleinen Querschnitt aufweist, dass der Zapfen (17) elastisch verformbar ist und im Lagerkanal (4) in Richtung vom Längsschlitz (5) weg federnd auslenkbar ist, und dass der Zapfen (17) einen abstehenden Rastvorsprung (21) aufweist, der in der Betriebsstellung in den Längsschlitz (5) der Profilschiene (1) ragt und den Zapfen (17) samt Abdeckscheibe (15) gegen eine Verdrehung im Lagerkanal (4) sichert.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gesamte Zapfen (17) eine Längsachse (22) hat, die in der Ruhestellung im rechten Winkel zur Ebene der Abdeckscheibe (15) verläuft.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (17) an die Abdeckscheibe (15) über einen zylindrischen Lagerabschnitt (18) anschließt, dessen Querschnitt dem Querschnitt des Lagerkanals (4) entspricht.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (17) mit der Abdeckscheibe (15) einstückig, z.B. aus einem Kunststoff, wie Polycarbonat, insbesondere Makrolon, geformt, insbesondere gespritzt ist.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine gesonderte, in den Lagerkanal (4) reibschlüssig passende Hülse (23) zur Aufnahme des Lagerzapfens (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (17) einen in der Betriebsstellung am von der Abdeckscheibe (15) abgewandten Ende der Hülse (23) stirnseitig anliegenden Anschlagvorsprung aufweist, der den Zapfen (17) gegen eine axiale Verschiebung in der Hülse (23) sichert.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagvorsprung durch den Rastvorsprung (21) gebildet ist und der Zapfen (17) zumindest benachbart diesem Rastvorsprung (21) einen im Vergleich zum Innendurchmesser der Hülse (23) kleinen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (23) ein Drehlager bildet und jener Abschnitt (19) des Zapfens (17), der in der Betriebsstellung in der Hülse (23) in deren Endbereich benachbart der Abdeckscheibe (15) aufgenommen ist, zylindrisch, mit einem Durchmesser entsprechend dem Innendurchmesser der Hülse (23), ausgebildet ist.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (23) an einem Ende (24) außen leicht abgeschrägt ist.
- Abschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (23) aus Kunststoff, wie Polycarbonat, insbesondere Makrolon, geformt, vorzugsweise gespritzt ist.
- Kombination einer Profilschiene (1), die eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Nut (4) hat, mit einer Abschlusseinrichtung (2, 3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
