Claims (6)
- Ventil für die Entnahme von zwei fließfähigen Medien aus einem das erste Medium enthaltenden druckdichten Beutel mit Hilfe eines fluiden Treibmittels, wobei das zweite Medium ebenfalls in dem Behälter vorgesehen ist, miteinem Dom (12) und einem den Dom (12) umgebenden mit einem Flansch (14) versehenen Ventilteller (10), der dichtend in einer Öffnung des Behälters anbringbar ist,einem hülsenförmigen Gehäuse (20), das am oberen Ende im Dom (12) festgelegt ist,einer ersten ringförmigen Dichtung (22) zwischen dem Ende des hülsenförmigen Gehäuses und dem Dom (12),einem hohlen Ventilstem (32), der durch eine mittige Öffnung (30) im Dom (12) und dichtend durch die erste Dichtung (22) in das Gehäuse hineingeführt ist und am unteren Ende mindestens eine Querbohrung (36) aufweist, die das Innere des Stems (32) mit dem Inneren des Gehäuses (20) verbindet,einer Feder (50), welche von unten an dem Stem (32) anliegt und den Stem (32) in die Schließstellung nach oben vorspannt, in der der Stem (32) und die erste Dichtung (22) einen in der Öffnungsstellung des Stems (32) freien Ausgang aus dem Behälter verschließteiner im Inneren des Gehäuses (20) axial festgelegten zweiten Dichtung (46), welche die Querbohrung (36) in der Schließstellung des Stems dichtend verschließt, in der Öffnungsstellung jedoch freigibt,mehreren Öffnungen (46a), die einen Bereich des Gehäuses zwischen erster und zweiter Dichtung mit dem Behälterinnenraum verbinden,wobei der Stem (32) einen achsparallelen, zum oberen Ende des Stems (32) hin geöffneten Kanal (33) aufweist, der über eine zweite Querbohrung (35) mit der Außenseite des Stems (32) verbunden ist und die zweite Querbohrung (35) in der Schließstellung von der ersten Dichtung (22) abgesperrt ist und in der Öffnungsstellung über eine der Öffnungen (46a) im Gehäuse (20) mit dem Inneren des Behälters in Verbindung steht,das Gehäuse (20) von einer zwischen den beiden Dichtungen (22, 46) angeordneten Distanzhülse (42) umgeben ist,die zweite Dichtung (46) sich auf einer mindestens einen axialen Durchgang aufweisenden Schulter des Gehäuses (20) und die Distanzhülse (42) sich über in Umfangsrichtung beabstandete Rippen (44) an der ersten Dichtung (22) abstützt,eine der Öffnungen (46a) mit einem in den Bodenbereich des Behälters reichenden Steigrohr verbunden ist, über das ein zweites Medium austritt, undder Kanal (33) und die Bohrung im Ventilstem (32) sich in gleicher Höhe an dem Ende des Stems öffnen, damit das erste Medium und das zweite Medium nach dem Austritt aus dem Ventilstem miteinander reagieren.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der achsparallele Kanal (33) im Stem (32) ringzylindrisch ist.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beutel (62), vorzugsweise ein laminierter Beutel, mit dem Gehäuse (20) verschweißt ist und der Kanal (33) in der Öffnungsstellung des Stems (32) mit dem Behälter außerhalb des Beutels (62) verbunden ist.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Dichtung (46) sich auf Rippen (48) des Gehäuses (20) abstützt.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stem (32) eine radiale Schulter (58) aufweist, die in der Schließstellung mit der zweiten Dichtung (46) zur Anlage kommt.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (50) am unteren Ende sich auf einer mindestens einen achsparallelen Durchgang aufweisenden Schulter des Gehäuses (20) abstützt und an der Außenseite der Feder (50) ein Durchlaß vom Durchgang zur zweiten Dichtung (46) vorgesehen ist.
