Abstract

Befestigungsvorrichtung für einen Ansaugverteiler sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung derselben. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung beinhaltet eine an einen Zylinderkopf eines Motors angebrachte Anschlussplatte. Die Anschlussplatte weist mindestens eine Öffnung mit einer glatten Innenfläche auf. Der Ansaugverteiler beinhaltet mindestens ein Einlassrohr und ist mit der Adapterplatte durch Anordnung des mindestens einen Einlassrohres in der mindestens einen Öffnung der Anschlussplatte befestigt. Ein Sicherungsmechanismus ist zwischen dem mindestens einen Einlassrohr und der glatten Innenfläche der mindestens einen Öffnung angeordnet. Die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung isoliert im wesentlichen den Ansaugverteiler von durch den Motorbetrieb verursachten Schwingungen, welche in der Vergangenheit über Befestigungsflansche auf den Ansaugverteiler übertragen wurden.
