Claims (14)

  1. Abwickelvorrichtung für eine Spule einer heißsiegelfähigen Verpackungshülle (11), umfassend einen Körper (3), der insbesondere versehen ist mit:
    Mitteln (4) zur Unterstützung mindestens einer Spule (2) einer Verpackungshülle (11),
    einem Austrittskopf (5) für die Hülle, umfassend:
    mindestens ein Austrittsfenster (10) für die Hülle,
    Schneidmittel (15) zum Schneiden der Hülle,
    Schweißmittel (16) zum Verschweißen der Hülle,
    Mitteln (6) zur Führung der Hülle zwischen der Spule (2) und dem Austrittskopf (5),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittskopf (5) Mittel (40) zur gleichzeitigen Betätigung der Schneidmittel (15) und der Schweißmittel (16) umfasst, die von einem Griff und einem Schwingarm (21) gebildet sind, der einen Teil der Schneidemittel (15) und der Schweißmittel (16) trägt.
  2. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißmittel (16) stromabwärts zu den Schneidemitteln (15) in Bezug auf die Abwickelrichtung F1 der Hülle angeordnet sind, um das Verschweißen von zumindest einem Teil einer von außerhalb des Kopfes (5) eingeführten Verpackung zu ermöglichen.
  3. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Austrittskopf (5) ein zweites Fenster, genannt Schweißfenster (41), umfasst, das dazu bestimmt ist, von außerhalb des Kopfes (5) eine Einführung von zumindest einem Teil einer Verpackung zu gestatten, die dazu vorgesehen ist, durch die Schweißmittel (16) verschweißt zu werden.
  4. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Austrittskopf (5) eine Rückschlagklappe (55) umfasst, die zwischen den Schneidmittel (15) und den Schweißmitteln (16) angeordnet und dazu bestimmt ist, den Zugriff auf die Schneidmittel (15) von außerhalb des Kopfes durch das Austrittsfenster (10) zu verhindern.
  5. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rückschlagklappe (55) bis zum Fenster (10) erstreckt.
  6. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückschlagklappe (55) aus einem flexiblen Material hergestellt ist, das eine Schmelztemperatur aufweist, die höher als die Schweißtemperatur der Hülle ist.
  7. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittskopf (5) abnehmbar ist, und dass der Körper (3) Mittel (45) zur Befestigung des Kopfes (5) aufweist, die derart vorgesehen sind, dass sie eine Montage des Kopfes (5) in mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Ausrichtungen gestatten.
  8. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidmittel (15) ein bewegliches Messer (20) mit einer Länge größer oder gleich der Breite der Verpackungshülle (11) umfassen, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer festen Schneiderille (22) zusammenzuwirken.
  9. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißmittel (16) einen Heizstab (25) und einen Gegenstab (26) umfassen, zwischen denen ein zu schweißendes Element gepresst werden soll.
  10. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (6) der Hülle umfassen:
    eine Führungsrolle (30) und eine Druckrolle (31), zwischen denen die Verpackungshülle (11) durchlaufen soll,
    Mittel (32) für den Drehantrieb der Führungsrolle (30) und/oder der Druckrolle (31),
    mindestens eine Führungsplatte (33), die sich stromaufwärts und stromabwärts zu den Führungs- (30) und Druckrollen (31) erstreckt und derart ausgeführt ist, dass sie die Hülle (11) vor und nach den Rollen (30, 31) führt und dass sie die Hülle (11) bei ihrer ursprünglichen Einführung zwischen die Rollen führt.
  11. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Führungsplatte (33) zwischen den Führungs- (30) und Druckrollen (31) erstreckt und mindestens eine Zone (35) definiert, in der die Führungsrolle und die Druckrolle gleichzeitig mit der Hülle (11) zusammenwirken können.
  12. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (6) stromabwärts zu der Führungsrolle (30) in Abwickelrichtung F2 der Hülle einen Tunnel (50) umfassen, der eine Führung der Hülle im Inneren des Austrittskopfes (5) bis stromaufwärts zu den Schneid- (15) oder Schweißmitteln (16) sicher stellt.
  13. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungstunnel eine erweiterte Eintrittszone (51) aufweist.
  14. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tunnel (50) die Hülle derart führt, dass sie zu dem Austrittsfenster (10) des Austrittskopfes (5) gelenkt wird.
