It concerns a feed roll for heat sealing package tubing reel ( 11 ), comprising a body ( 3 ) provided with, in particular: means ( 4 ) supporting at least one reel ( 2 ) of package tubing ( 11 ); an outlet head ( 5 ) for the tubing including: at least an outlet window ( 10 ) for the tubing, means for cutting (15) the tubing, means for welding ( 16 ) the tubing, means ( 6 ) guiding the tubing between the reel ( 2 ) and the outlet head ( 5 ). The invention is useful for supplying and welding a heat sealing tubing in a fish market.

Claims (14)

  1. A paying out device for a roll of heat-weld packing sheath (11) consisting of a body (3) provided more particularly with:
    supporting means (4) for at least one roll (2) of packing sheath (11),
    a sheath exit head (5) including:
    at least one sheath exit window (10),
    sheath cutting means (15),
    sheath welding means (16),
    sheath guiding means (6) between roll (2) and exit head (5),
    characterized in that exit head (5) includes means (40) of simultaneously maneuvering cutting means (15) and welding means (16), formed by a handle and an oscillating arm (21) supporting a pair of cutting means (15) and welding means (16).
  2. A paying out device according to claim 1 characterized in that welding means (16) are arranged downstream of cutting means (15) with respect to the sheath paying out direction F1 to allow the welding of at least part of the package inserted from the outside of head (5).
  3. A paying out device according to claim 2, characterized in that exit head (5) includes a second window (41) referred to as the welding window, adjusted to allow, from outside of head (5) introduction of at least part of a package to be welded by welding means (16).
  4. A paying out device according to claim 2, characterized in that exit head (5) includes a non-return flap (55) placed between cutting means (15) and welding means (16), designed to prevent access to cutting means (15) from outside of the head through exit window (10).
  5. A paying out device according to claim 4 characterized in that nonreturn flap (55) extends as far as window (10).
  6. A paying out device according to claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the nonreturn flap (55) is made of flexible material having a fusion temperature higher than the sheath welding temperature.
  7. A paying out device according to claim 1, characterized in that exit head (5) is removable and in that body (3), includes means (45) of attaching head (5) adapted to permit the assembly of head (5) in at least two different directions.
  8. A paying out device according to claim 1, characterized in that cutting means (15) include a mobile knife (20), with length equal to or greater than the width of packing sheath (11), designed to work together with a fixed cutting groove (22).
  9. A paying out device according to claim 1, characterized in that welding means (16) include a heating bar (25) and a counter bar (26) between which an element to be welded is required to be pressed.
  10. A paying out device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sheath guidance means (6) include:
    a guide roller (30) and a pressure roller (31) between which packing sheath (11) is intended to run,
    driving means (32) turning guide roller (30) and/or pressure roller (31),
    and at least one guide plate (33) extending from upstream and downstream of the guide roller (30) and pressure roller (31), matching them to guide sheath (11) before and after rollers (30, 31) and to guide sheath (11) when it is initially inserted between the rollers.
  11. A paying out device according to claim 10, characterized in that guide plate (33) extends between guide roller ( 30) and pressure roller (31) defining at least one area (35) in which guide roller and pressure roller can work together simultaneously with sheath (11).
  12. A paying out device according to claim 10 or 11 characterized in that guide means (6) include, downstream of guide roller (30) in the sheath paying-out direction F2, a tunnel (50) guiding the sheath inside exit head (5) to the upstream side of cutting means (15) or welding means (16).
  13. A paying out device according to claim 12, characterized in that the guiding tunnel has a flared entry area (51)
  14. A paying out device according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the tunnel (50) guides the sheath so as to direct it toward exit window (10) of exit head (5).
