Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door leaf, with an outside and an inside, in particular a door leaf that closes a room to be ventilated, e.g. out BE 452 932 A is known.
  • the exhaust air is usually blown out via a fan and a shaft.
  • the supply air flows in through a gap between the door sill and the lower edge of the door leaf or through passage openings in the area of the lower edge of the door leaf.
  • DIN 18017 specifies that the supply air duct should preferably have a free flow cross section of 150 cm 2 for ventilation of sanitary or toilet rooms without an external window. Due to the mostly right-angled, large-area passage opening and / or the partially deliberately provided gap on the door sill, the door leaf used achieves completely unsatisfactory noise insulation. Especially in sanitary and toilet rooms, however, there is always a desire to make them noise-absorbing, especially when it comes to sanitary rooms or toilets in offices. Since the previous door leaves, in particular those with a through opening, do not provide any noteworthy noise insulation, door leaves without a through opening are often installed with a precise fit, which allows noise insulation, but almost completely prevents the supply air duct.
  • the invention provides a door leaf that avoids the above disadvantages. This is with achieved a door leaf of the type mentioned in that by Door leaf interior at least one substantially parallel to the outside and inside extending flow channel extends, which offset at least two to each other Fluidly connects blind holes with each other, one blind hole to the outside and a blind hole is open to the inside to allow air exchange between outside and allow inside.
  • the door leaf according to the invention has one excellent noise insulation, although it also allows good air supply.
  • the flow channel preferably numerous flow channels, is provided not formed by a through opening as in the prior art, but in that the flow channel extends through the inside of the door leaf and extends over Blind holes has an air inlet and an air outlet. Sound waves over a Blind hole can get inside the door leaf, but can not on the opposite Exit the side. The sound waves essentially have to be inside the door panel Deflected 90 °, spread out in the flow channel and can only over the emerge staggered blind hole open on the opposite side of the door leaf.
  • the outside blind hole is preferably in the region of the upper edge of the door leaf and the inside blind hole is arranged in the region of the lower edge of the door leaf, or vice versa, depending on what is called the outside or inside.
  • the or the blind holes opening into the room to be ventilated preferably be provided in the area of the lower edge in order to close the space well ventilate because the exhaust fans are usually installed near the ceiling.
  • a plurality of, in particular, arranged in parallel preferably runs through Flow channels the door leaf interior, which in assigned outside and inside Blind holes.
  • Flow channels the door leaf interior, which in assigned outside and inside Blind holes.
  • the preferred embodiment of the door leaf according to the invention provides that in A tube chipboard is provided inside the door leaf and the tubes the Form flow channels.
  • the door leaf according to the invention is preferably vertical to the length of the To be able to increase flow channels.
  • Each flow channel is preferably one on the outside and one on the inside Blind hole associated, the blind holes in the region of the opposite ends of the Flow channels are provided.
  • the blind holes in the region of the opposite ends of the Flow channels are provided.
  • Soundproofing goes, also several outside or inside blind holes one Assign flow channel.
  • blind holes have a larger flow cross-section than the assigned one Flow channel have certain positional tolerances in the manufacture of the Blind holes are acceptable because the large blind holes still hit to the assigned smaller flow channels while ensuring a large one Transition cross section between blind hole and flow channel.
  • the protective sleeves preferably have a stop collar that acts as a depth limiter serves when inserting.
  • the door leaf according to the invention is a Wooden door leaf, and the flow channel is limited by a wooden front.
  • the one or the The flow channel / channels delimiting wooden surface should be quite rough. It will namely suspected that the reflection of the sound waves inside the flow channel is significantly deteriorated by the rough surface, which has a measurable impact has the soundproofing of the door leaf.
  • the channel or channels in the interior of the door leaf can be surface-coated, e.g. be painted. This leads to surface protection, for example, which causes dusting the channels difficult. Also the coating with a germicidal substance or with a formaldehyde scavenger is conceivable.
  • Figure 1 is a preferably in sanitary or toilet rooms without windows or door leaf used in other well-ventilated rooms.
  • the door leaf has a flat outside and a flat inside 2 and 4, the sides parallel to each other.
  • the structure of the door leaf which is made of wood, comprises cover layers 6 made of real wood or veneer, a so-called barrier 8, one on the outer edge closed peripheral frame 10, a chipboard 12 with numerous parallel, vertically extending tubes 14 which end through the frame 10 be closed, and on the outside of the tube chipboard 12 adjacent plane Plates 16.
  • each blind hole 20 ends and opens into a tube 14 assigned to it.
  • the diameter D of each blind hole 20 is larger than the diameter d of the tubes 14. Because of the small distance adjacent tubes 14, the associated outside blind holes 20 are adjacent Tubes 14 offset in height from one another, that is to say in other rows 18.
  • blind holes 24 are open into the tubes 14.
  • the adjacent tubes 14 also assigned blind holes 24 are offset in height.
  • the blind holes 20, 24 are thus at the upper and lower ends of the tubes 14 intended.
  • the door leaf shown allows excellent air exchange between the rooms separated by the door leaf.
  • the air flows over, for example, the am upper edge arranged numerous blind holes 20 in the tubes 14, which as Flow channels in the door leaf interior act and exits through the blind holes 24 again the door leaf.
  • each flow channel i.e. each Tube 14 bounded by a wall 26 of wood with a rough surface, which the Soundproofing properties improved.
  • the blind holes 20, 24 are in the region of the opposite ends of the tubes 14 arranged, with blind holes optionally also being provided in between, which, however, comes at the expense of soundproofing.
  • each blind hole 20 there is a short protective sleeve 28 with a stop collar 30 pressed in from metal, one of the protective sleeves 28 being shown enlarged in FIG is.
  • the sound reduction index R w of the door leaf is 39 dB.
  • the flow channels run parallel to the outside and to the inside 2, 4.
  • the total flow cross section of all through the tubes 14 channels formed could also be increased, for example, by the fact that inside Extend blind holes vertically in rows on the frame close to the hinge and horizontally extending tubes 14 are in flow connection with inside blind holes, which are in flow connection in vertical rows at the edge of the castle.
  • the Channel length should be more than 50 cm.
  • FIG. 2 essentially corresponds to that in FIG. 1 shown, so that only the differences have to be discussed in the following.
  • each tube 14 had its own inside and assigned its own outside blind hole 20, 24.
  • FIG. 4 provides that for numerous tubes 14 Common outside and inside blind holes 20, 24 are provided, which the Have a roughly rectangular cut. On the two blind holes 20, 24 is each a ventilation grille 40 screwed on, which protects against dust.
  • Figures 5 and 6 are shown somewhat simplified in that the blind holes 20, 24 together with the ventilation grille 40 to the tube 14 which is closest to the door hinge side is shown shifted. In Figure 4, however, it can be seen that only the middle Tubes 14 are integrated into the ventilation duct system.
  • the door leaf could also be a hard fiber louvre or have another known structure in which long cavities are provided.
  • the invention comes without expensive and unsightly box-like attachments Door leaf, which form sound-absorbing attachments. So the channels are between the parallel plates 6, which form the outside and inside, arranged. Except for the visible blind holes, the door leaf according to the invention therefore differs from not on the outside compared to a conventional door leaf.
  • the channel or channels in the interior of the door leaf can be surface-coated, e.g. be painted. This leads to surface protection, for example, which causes dusting the channels difficult. Also the coating with a germicidal substance or with a formaldehyde scavenger is conceivable.
  • the coating has the reference symbol 40 indicated.
