Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door leaf, with an outside and an inside, in particular a door leaf that closes a room to be ventilated, e.g. out BE 452 932 A is known.
Internal sanitary rooms or toilets must be adequately ventilated. The exhaust air is usually blown out via a fan and a shaft. The supply air flows in through a gap between the door sill and the lower edge of the door leaf or through passage openings in the area of the lower edge of the door leaf. DIN 18017 specifies that the supply air duct should preferably have a free flow cross section of 150 cm 2 for ventilation of sanitary or toilet rooms without an external window. Due to the mostly right-angled, large-area passage opening and / or the partially deliberately provided gap on the door sill, the door leaf used achieves completely unsatisfactory noise insulation. Especially in sanitary and toilet rooms, however, there is always a desire to make them noise-absorbing, especially when it comes to sanitary rooms or toilets in offices. Since the previous door leaves, in particular those with a through opening, do not provide any noteworthy noise insulation, door leaves without a through opening are often installed with a precise fit, which allows noise insulation, but almost completely prevents the supply air duct.
There are also problems with windowless rooms in which electrical or Electronic devices are housed, which have sufficient supply air for prevention need from overheating, but also generate noise. Jobs near such Rooms are often uncomfortable for employees because the door leaves are hardly soundproof are often open to adequate ventilation of the room, so that a there is permanent ambient noise.
The invention provides a door leaf that avoids the above disadvantages. This is with achieved a door leaf of the type mentioned in that by Door leaf interior at least one substantially parallel to the outside and inside extending flow channel extends, which offset at least two to each other Fluidly connects blind holes with each other, one blind hole to the outside and a blind hole is open to the inside to allow air exchange between outside and allow inside.
As initial tests have shown, the door leaf according to the invention has one excellent noise insulation, although it also allows good air supply. The flow channel, preferably numerous flow channels, is provided not formed by a through opening as in the prior art, but in that the flow channel extends through the inside of the door leaf and extends over Blind holes has an air inlet and an air outlet. Sound waves over a Blind hole can get inside the door leaf, but can not on the opposite Exit the side. The sound waves essentially have to be inside the door panel Deflected 90 °, spread out in the flow channel and can only over the emerge staggered blind hole open on the opposite side of the door leaf.
The outside blind hole is preferably in the region of the upper edge of the door leaf and the inside blind hole is arranged in the region of the lower edge of the door leaf, or vice versa, depending on what is called the outside or inside. In the Installation situation should be the or the blind holes opening into the room to be ventilated preferably be provided in the area of the lower edge in order to close the space well ventilate because the exhaust fans are usually installed near the ceiling.
Alternatively, it would also be possible to get a higher total Flow cross section of the or all flow channels to achieve that several Flow channels are arranged one behind the other, but then each one have a shorter length. For example, it would be possible to have a blind hole on the To be provided on the outside in the area of the upper edge, via a flow channel is in flow connection with an inside blind hole, which in the area of Door handle is arranged. A second one could then be located below the inside blind hole external blind hole is provided, which is connected to flow channels, which extend from below the door handle to close to the lower edge and there in a second inside blind hole. The length of the flow channel is likely strongly influence the sound insulation, because the number of reflections of the Sound waves increase with length, so that the shorter flow channels in this Embodiment should provide a somewhat poorer noise insulation.
A plurality of, in particular, arranged in parallel preferably runs through Flow channels the door leaf interior, which in assigned outside and inside Blind holes. By providing numerous not too large flow channels the stability of the door leaf can be increased, which improves sound insulation. In addition, several small flow channels are better than soundproofing few or only one large flow channel in cross section. Preferably extend the flow channels are therefore distributed over almost the entire width of the door leaf.
The preferred embodiment of the door leaf according to the invention provides that in A tube chipboard is provided inside the door leaf and the tubes the Form flow channels.
The construction of previously known door leaves with chipboard panels can be maintained, only the blind holes have to be made in the tubes pass.
So far, the tubes have run almost exclusively horizontally in the However, the door leaf according to the invention is preferably vertical to the length of the To be able to increase flow channels.
Each flow channel is preferably one on the outside and one on the inside Blind hole associated, the blind holes in the region of the opposite ends of the Flow channels are provided. Optionally, what could be at the expense of Soundproofing goes, also several outside or inside blind holes one Assign flow channel.
If the blind holes have a larger flow cross-section than the assigned one Flow channel have certain positional tolerances in the manufacture of the Blind holes are acceptable because the large blind holes still hit to the assigned smaller flow channels while ensuring a large one Transition cross section between blind hole and flow channel.
If the flow channels are very close to each other, it is advantageous if Adjacent blind holes are offset in height from each other. Otherwise, would namely the neighboring blind holes are too close to each other, and the The remaining wooden walkway between the blind holes would have little stability.
Protective sleeves that are inserted into the blind holes do not lend the blind holes only a relatively high quality appearance, but also prevent injury to the Door leaf in the area of the blind holes.
The protective sleeves preferably have a stop collar that acts as a depth limiter serves when inserting.
According to the preferred embodiment, the door leaf according to the invention is a Wooden door leaf, and the flow channel is limited by a wooden front. The one or the The flow channel / channels delimiting wooden surface should be quite rough. It will namely suspected that the reflection of the sound waves inside the flow channel is significantly deteriorated by the rough surface, which has a measurable impact has the soundproofing of the door leaf.
An effect that the excellent noise insulation of the invention Door leaf could explain, for example, that inside the Flow channel spreads a standing sound wave, resulting in a through opening just isn't the case.
The channel or channels in the interior of the door leaf can be surface-coated, e.g. be painted. This leads to surface protection, for example, which causes dusting the channels difficult. Also the coating with a germicidal substance or with a formaldehyde scavenger is conceivable.
