  • the ratio of full drum of the twister shall be improved over than 99% since the jumping phenomenon and chewing phenomenon caused by unwinding inferiority of yarn feeding bobbin (B) could be prevented.
  • Twist 2 strings of 1,500 denier polyester yarn at 9,000rpm of twisting speed and 1,340g/d of twisting tension with Saurer Twister of Allma Co. (see Figure 2) wherein the bobbin cover plate (1) of the present invention is installed at right upward angle to yarn feeding bobbin (B) as shown in Figure 3.
  • the said bobbin cover plate (1) is made of acryl resin and the diameter is 200mm. Also, the ⁇ angle of yarn guide supporter (1b) is 65°, and the diameter of yarn guide groove (1a) is 10mm.
  • the turn number of yarn in inner yarn tensioner (3) is set up at 5 times. Table 2 is the experiment result on ratio of full drum, LD value and waste ratio.
  • the present invention prevents the over-feeding and jumping phenomenon of yarn caused by unwinding inferiority of yarn feeding bobbin (B). As a result, it is possible to improve the twister's ratio of full drum over than 99% since the chewing phenomenon or rolling phenomenon is remarkably decreased even the rotation speed of twister is elevated. In addition, the productivity is improved since the rotation speed of twister could be elevated until 10,000rpm.

Claims (8)

  1. Plaque couvre-bobine (1) circulaire destinée à être utilisée dans une retordeuse, comportant une rainure guide-fil (1a) installée dans sa partie centrale, la rainure guide-fil (1a) guidant le fil d'une bobine d'alimentation en fil (B) vers un côté supérieur de la plaque couvre-bobine (1), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :
    un support de guide-fil (1b) comportant un guide-fil perforé (1c) qui guide le fil vers le centre des rouleaux de guidage (2), le support de guide-fil (1b) étant installé sur la plaque circulaire et disposé devant les rouleaux de guidage (2) pendant le fonctionnement ; et
    un élément fixe (1d) qui peut fixer la plaque couvre-bobine (1) à un corps des rouleaux de guidage (2), l'élément fixe (1d) étant installé sur le côté supérieur de la plaque circulaire à un emplacement différent de celui du support de guide-fil (1b).
  2. Plaque couvre-bobine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le support de guide-fil (1b) est en forme de ∠.
  3. Plaque couvre-bobine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le diamètre de la plaque couvre-bobine (1) circulaire représente 85 à 95 % du diamètre de la bobine d'alimentation en fil (B) dans un état de bobine pleine.
  4. Plaque couvre-bobine (1) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle l'angle  du support de guide-fil (1b) en forme de ∠ va d'environ 50 à 70°.
  5. Plaque couvre-bobine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle une distance (hauteur) entre le centre du guide-fil (1c) et la base du support de guide-fil (1b) est égale à celle du rouleau de guidage (2).
  6. Plaque couvre-bobine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la plaque couvre-bobine (1) est réalisée dans une résine de polycarbonate ayant fait l'objet d'un traitement antistatique.
  7. Plaque couvre-bobine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le bord extérieur de la plaque couvre-bobine (1) fait l'objet d'un traitement d'arrondissement.
  8. Plaque couvre-bobine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la rainure guide-fil (1a) est réalisée en céramique.
