Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum aufrechten bzw. weitgehendst vertikalen Deponieren von längsausgedehnten, stockartigen Gebrauchsgegenständen, wie Gehhilfen bzw. Krücken, Schirmen, Wanderstöcken und dergleichen sowie einen Gehstock- bzw. Krückenständer mit einer Vorrichtung.
Behinderte oder ältere Personen stehen oft vor dem Problem, wie und wo ihre Gehstöcke bzw. Krücken bei einem Arztbesuch, beim Besuch eines Restaurants usw. zu deponieren sind. In der Regel werden diese Gehhilfen auf dem Fussboden liegend deponiert und stellen so eine Gefahr für andere Personen dar.
Eben diese Situation war es dann auch, welche für den Erfinder der vorliegenden Erfindung, Herrn Hans Oetiker, den Anstoss gab, bezüglich dieser unakzeptablen Situation Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Herr Oetiker, infolge einer Hüftoperation selbst behindert, besuchte seinen Arzt und wurde im Wartezimmer desselben Zeuge eines Unfalls mit tragischer Folge. Ein anderer, ebenfalls wartender Patient legte seine Krücken mangels besserer Deponierungsmöglichkeit auf den Fussboden, über welche Krücken ein anderer Patient strauchelte und sich ernsthaft verletzte. Letzterer musste sich anschliessend infolge eben dieses Unfalls einer Operation unterziehen, welche er nicht überlebte. Aufgrund dieses Ereignisses versuchte Herr Oetiker, Vorrichtungen ausfindig zu machen, mittels welchen ein geeignetes Deponieren der Gehhilfen bzw. Krücken ermöglicht wird. Die aufgefundenen Ständer, beispielsweise der Firmen Binder Rehab, Heim- und Spitalbedarf, CH-5612 Villmergen AG und Achermann Hans, Schmiede und Metallbau, CH-5122 Menznau LU, waren aber zu schwer (ca. 3 bis 5 kg), zu voluminös und zu umständlich in der Handhabung. Kein Wunder also, dass diese auf dem Markt erhältlichen Ständer beispielsweise für Krücken kaum Verwendung finden in Arztpraxen, in Restaurants, in öffentlichen Gebäuden etc. Analog wird in der DE-197 47 631 eine Stützvorrichtung für Gehhilfen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 vorgeschlagen, welche den vorab beschriebenen entspricht und welche aufgrund der Verwendung einer schweren Bodenplatte wiederum ein hohes Gewicht aufweist.
Entsprechend war es eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, beispielsweise für das Deponieren von Gehhilfen und Krücken, welche leicht in der Handhabung ist und die Nachteile der auf dem Markt erhältlichen Ständer nicht aufweist.
Erfindungsgemäss wird die gestellte Aufgabe mittels einer Vorrichtung gemäss dem Wortlaut nach Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsvariante sind mindestens zwei nebeneinander zwillingsartig angeordnete, rohrförmige Elemente vorgesehen, welche geeignet sind, je mindestens einen stockartigen Gegenstand, wie die erwähnte Krücke, aufzunehmen.
Auf der Bodenplatte sind vorzugsweise Positionierhilfen, wie Stifte, Nocken, Ausstanzungen und dergleichen vorgesehen, um das oder die rohrförmigen Elemente vorzugsweise im Zentrum der Platte zu positionieren.
Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsvariante ist mindestens ein aus der Bodenplatte ragender, in etwa dem inneren Durchmesser des einen Rohres entsprechender Bereich gestanzt, wobei vorzugsweise der Randbereich konisch ausgebildet ist, um das oder die Rohre auf dem Bereich oder den Bereichen aufgesetzt auf der Bodenplatte positionsrichtig anzuordnen.
Weiter ist in der Bodenplatte eine Aufnahme für das einsteckende Aufnehmen der Frontpartie des stiftartigen Halteorganes vorgesehen, wobei die Frontpartie mittels Gewinde, Bajonettverschluss oder dergleichen in der Aufnahme festlegbar ist.
Das stiftartige Halteorgan kann beispielsweise zweiteilig ausgebildet sein mit einem ersten Gestängeteil, aufweisend ein endständiges Gewindeteil sowie, vom Gewindeteil beabstandet, einer Anschlagpartie, um an dem der Bodenplatte entfernten Ende des Führungsrohres angreifend das oder die rohrförmigen Elemente gegen die Bodenplatte zu treiben. Falls ein weiteres Gestängeteil vorgesehen ist, kann dieses mit dem ersten einschraubbar oder einsteckbar wieder lösbar verbunden werden, wobei am weiteren Gestängeteil vorzugsweise endständig ein Hebeorgan vorgesehen ist.
Die obere Öffnung des oder der rohrförmigen Elemente ist vorzugsweise in bezug auf die Rohrlängsachse abgeschrägt ausgebildet, und in der Rohrwandung im Bereich der oberen Öffnung kann mindestens je eine Ausstanzung vorgesehen sein, um das oder die Rohre an einem Rohrhalter, wie einer Schraube, einem Haken und dergleichen beispielsweise an einer Wand zu befestigen.
Weiter bevorzugte Ausführungsvarianten der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen charakterisiert.
Wie eingangs erwähnt, ist die erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagene Vorrichtung insbesondere geeignet für die Aufnahme bzw. das Deponieren von Gehhilfen bzw. Krücken, jedoch kann die erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagene Vorrichtung auch verwendet werden für das Deponieren von Regenschirmen, Wanderstöcken und anderen längsausgedehnten Gebrauchsgegenständen.
Die Erfindung wird nun anschliessend beispielsweise und unter Bezug auf die beigefügten Figuren näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt in Perspektive von vorne eine erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung bzw. einen Gehstockständer 1, welcher geeignet ist für die Aufnahme von mindestens einem Krückenpaar. Der Gehstock- bzw. Krückenständer 1 umfasst zwillingsartig fest miteinander verbundene Aufnahmerohre 3 und 5, welche fest auf einer Bodenplatte 7 gehalten sind. Damit diese beiden Rohre 3 und 5 positionsrichtig auf der Bodenplatte 7 gehalten sind, ist frontseitig im Verbindungsbereich der beiden Rohre ein Nocken 9 aus der Bodenplatte 7 ausgestanzt, welcher insbesondere in den Fig. 2a und b noch deutlicher erkennbar dargestellt ist. Rückseitig werden die beiden Rohre 3 und 5 mittels eines Haltestiftes 11 auf der Bodenplatte 7 gehalten.
Die Fig. 2a und 2b zeigen eine Ausführungsvariante der Bodenplatte 7, aufweisend den erwähnten frontseitigen Nocken 9 sowie eine Gewindeaufnahme 13, welche im rückseitigen Verbindungsbereich der beiden aufzunehmenden Rohre 3 und 5 angeordnet ist, welche in Fig. 2a gestrichelt andeutungsweise eingezeichnet sind.
Insbesondere in Fig. 2b deutlich erkennbar ist der ausgestanzte Nocken 9 sowie der Gewindeeinsatz 13, welcher beispielsweise in einer lochartigen Ausnehmung in der Bodenplatte 7 eingesteckt bzw. eingelassen werden kann.
Die Fig. 3a und 3b zeigen eine weitere Ausführungsvariante der Bodenplatte 7, in welcher anstelle des frontseitigen Nockens 9 zwei Ausstanzungen 15 und 17 zusätzlich zur Gewindeaufnahme 13 angeordnet sind, welche in etwa dem inneren Durchmesser der beiden Rohre 3 und 5 entsprechen. Vorzugsweise ist der äussere Rand 14 dieser beiden Ausstanzungen konisch ausgebildet, wie insbesondere in Fig. 3b deutlich erkennbar. Da Fig. 3b eine Seitenansicht in Pfeilrichtung I-I darstellt, sind die beiden Ausstanzungen 15 und 17 genau hintereinander angeordnet, und somit ist jeweils nur eine Ausstanzung erkennbar.
Fig. 4 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht von hinten die beiden auf der Bodenplatte 7 aufgesteckten Rohre 3 und 5, jedoch ohne den Haltestift. In Fig. 4 nun deutlich erkennbar ist eine rohrförmige Führung 19 für die Aufnahme bzw. das Hindurchführen des Haltestiftes, welcher in Fig. 5 im nicht montierten Zustand dargestellt ist. Der Haltestift 11 kann beispielsweise zweiteilig ausgebildet sein, wie in Fig. 5 dargestellt. Dabei weist beispielsweise ein erster unterer Haltestift bzw. Haltestab 21 frontseitig ein Gewinde 23 auf, um in der gewindeartigen Aufnahme 13 der Bodenplatte aufgenommen zu werden. Der untere Haltestift 21 wird dabei durch die Führung 19 hindurch gesteckt, wobei eine Verdickung 25 am oberen Ende der Führung 19 ansteht, um die beiden Rohre 3 und 5 beim Einschrauben des Stiftes 21 in die Gewindeaufnahme 13 fest auf der Bodenplatte 7 zu halten. Endständig weist der untere Haltestift 21 eine weitere, vorzugsweise geriffelte Verdickung 27 auf, durch welche hindurch vorzugsweise eine Lochung 28 vorgesehen ist. Auf letztere wird später eingegangen.
Im ersten Stift mit einem endständigen Gewinde 31 einschraubbar ist ein weiterer, zweiter Haltestift 29, welcher an seinem oberen Ende einen Hebegriff 33 aufweisen kann, damit im montierten Zustand die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung auf einfache Art und Weise von einem Fussboden abgehoben bzw. getragen werden kann.
Fig. 6 zeigt die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung 1 in Perspektive von hinten, im montierten Zustand, d.h. mit eingestecktem und eingeschraubtem Haltestift 11. In Fig. 6 weiter erkennbar sind zwei vorzugsweise in den beiden Rohren 3 und 5 im oberen Endbereich angeordnete Ausstanzungen 35 und 37, auf deren Funktionsweise unter Bezug auf Fig. 8 eingegangen wird.
Falls nun die Vorrichtung gemäss Fig. 1 oder Fig. 6 demontiert werden soll, können die beiden Haltestiftteile 21 und 29 aus der gewindeartigen Aufnahme 13 ausgeschraubt werden. Dabei wird zunächst der obere Stift 29 entfernt und anschliessend der untere Stift, wobei in der Regel infolge des Gegendruckes, der sich durch Anstossen der Verdickung 25 am oberen Teil der Führung 19 ergibt, ein Ausdrehen des unteren Stiftes schwierig ist. Nun kann der ausgedrehte obere Stiftteil 29 durch die Lochung 28 hindurch gesteckt werden, und unter Ausnützung der Hebelwirkung kann der untere Stift 21 mit Leichtigkeit aus der Gewindeaufnahme 13 herausgedreht werden.
Nach Entfernen der Stifte können die beiden Rohre 3 und 5 mit Leichtigkeit von der Bodenplatte 7 abgehoben werden, und die ganze Vorrichtung lässt sich, wie in Fig. 7 eindrücklich dargestellt, auf kleinstem Raum deponieren. Im nicht montierten Zustand gemäss Fig. 7 lässt sich somit die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung leicht in einer Tasche, einer Mappe oder dergleichen transportieren. Insbesondere im Fall, dass die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung beispielsweise aus Aluminium hergestellt ist, lässt sich ihr Gewicht auf unter 1 kg reduzieren, womit der Transport bzw. das Mit-sich-Herumtragen der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung kein Problem darstellt. Selbstverständlich muss sie nicht zwingend aus Aluminium hergestellt sein, so ist es beispielsweise auch möglich, die Boden- bzw. Grundplatte aus Eisen zu fertigen und die aufzusteckenden Aufnahmerohre aus einem Kunststoff, wie beispielsweise aus einem faserverstärkten Kunststoff.
Durch das Anordnen der beiden Ausstanzungen 35 und 37, wie in Fig. 6 dargestellt, ist es aber auch möglich, die beiden Rohre 3 und 5 an Wandhalterungen, wie beispielsweise Schrauben 41, einhängend anzuordnen, wie in Fig. 8 dargestellt. Anstelle der dargestellten Schrauben ist es aber auch möglich, Haken anzuordnen oder andere Halteorgane. Schrauben können bei Holzwänden 43 eingeschraubt angeordnet werden oder aber in Betonwänden durch die Verwendung von handelsüblichen Dübeln.
Anstelle der zwillingsartig angeordneten Rohre 3 und 5 ist es selbstverständlich auch möglich, nur ein einziges Rohr zu verwenden, oder zwei wieder lösbar miteinander verbindbare Rohre, welche beispielsweise aneinander gesteckt werden können oder mittels Einschnappvorrichtungen miteinander verbunden werden können.
Bei den in den Fig. 1 bis 8 dargestellten erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtungen handelt es sich selbstverständlich nur um Beispiele, welche zur näheren Erläuterung der vorliegenden Erfindung dienen. Selbstverständlich können diese Vorrichtungen auf x-beliebige Art und Weise abgeändert, modifiziert oder durch weitere Elemente ergänzt werden. So ist es selbstverständlich nicht zwingend notwendig, dass das stiftartige Halteorgan 11 zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, sondern es kann auch einteilig oder dreiteilig etc. ausgebildet sein. Das stiftartige Halteelement kann auch derart konstruiert sein, dass der obere Teil 29 direkt für die Befestigung der beiden Rohre 3 und 5 auf der Grundplatte 7 verwendet werden kann, indem beispielsweise die Verdickung 30 gegen das obere Ende der Führung 19 beim Einschrauben des frontseitigen Gewindes 31 in die Gewindeaufnahme 13 in der Bodenplatte 7 angreift. Auch können die Rohre oben abgeschrägt ausgebildet sein oder gerade, und auch können die Rohre einen unteren Boden aufweisen oder offen ausgebildet sein, wie im Ausführungsbeispiel in den Fig. 1 bis 8 dargestellt. Auch die Werkstoffwahl ist unwesentlich, wichtig bei der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung ist, dass ein standsicheres Deponieren von Gehhilfen, Krücken und dergleichen möglich ist, womit ein gewisses Eigengewicht der Vorrichtung notwendig ist.

Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum aufrechten bzw. weitgehendst vertikalen Deponieren von längsausgedehnten stockartigen Gebrauchsgegenständen, wie Gehhilfen, Krücken, Schirmen, Wanderstöcken und dergleichen, aufweisend:
    eine Bodenplatte (7),
    mindestens ein mit der Bodenplatte (7) wieder lösbar verbindbares rohrformiges Element (3, 5), sowie
    ein stiftartiges Halteorgan (11, 21, 29), um das rohrförmige Element (3, 5) wieder lösbar auf der Bodenplatte (7) zu halten,
    wobei am mindestens einen rohrförmigen Element (3, 5) mindestens eine Führung (19) vorgesehen ist für das Hindurchführen des Halteorganes (11, 21, 29) sowie in der Bodenplatte eine Aufnahme (13) für das einsteckende Aufnehmen der Frontpartie (23, 31) des Halteorganes (11, 21, 29),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (19) rückseitig am mindestens einen rohrförmigen Element (3, 5) vorgesehen ist und die Führung (19) eine rohrförmige Führung ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei zwillingsartig nebeneinander angeordnete, rohrförmige Elemente (3, 5) dazu vorgesehen sind, je mindestens einen stockartigen Gegenstand aufzunehmen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Bodenplatte Positionierhilfen (9, 15, 17) vorgesehen sind, um das oder die rohrförmigen Elemente (3, 5) vorzugsweise im Zentrum der Platte (7) zu positionieren.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus der Bodenplatte in etwa dem inneren Durchmesser des oder der Rohre (3, 5) entsprechende Bereiche (15, 17) ragend gestanzt sind, wobei vorzugsweise der Rand (14) konisch ausgebildet ist, um das oder die Rohre auf diese Bereiche aufgesetzt auf der Bodenplatte positionsrichtig anzuordnen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontpartie (23, 31) des Halteorganes (11, 21, 29) mittels Gewinde, Bajonettverschluss oder dgl. in der Aufnahme (13) festlegbar ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stiftartige Halteorgan (11, 21, 29) mindestens zweiteilig ausgebildet ist mit einem ersten Gestängeteil (21), aufweisend ein endständiges Gewinde (23) sowie vom Gewinde beabstandet eine Anschlagpartie (25), um an dem der Bodenplatte (7) entfernten Ende des Führungsrohres (19) angreifend das oder die rohrförmigen Elemente (3, 5) gegen die Bodenplatte (7) zu treiben, und dass mindestens ein weiteres Gestängeteil (29) mit dem ersten einschraubbar oder einsteckbar wieder lösbar verbindbar ist, an welchem weiteren Gestängeteil vorzugsweise endständig ein Hebeorgan (33) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Oeffnung des oder der rohrförmigen Elemente (3, 5) in bezug auf die Rohrlängsachse abgeschrägt ausgebildet ist, und dass in der Rohrwandung im Bereich der oberen Oeffnung mindestens je eine Ausstanzung (35, 37) vorgesehen ist, um das oder die Rohre an einem Rohrhalter (41), wie je einer Schraube, einem Haken oder dergleichen zu befestigen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rohrförmige Element mindestens zwei zwillingsartig nebeneinander angeordnete Rohre (3, 5) aufweist, welche wieder lösbar fest miteinander verbindbar sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens zu Teilen aus Aluminium gefertigt ist.
  10. Gehstockständer mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
