Claims (10)
- Hydraulikzylinder mit einem Zylinderrohr, mit einem das Zylinderrohr an seinem einen Ende bis auf einen Ölanschluß verschließenden Bodenstück, mit einem in dem Zylinderrohr in Richtung einer Zylinderachse geführten Kolben, mit einer an dem Kolben befestigten und an dessen anderen Ende aus dem Zylinderrohr austretenden Kolbenstange und mit einem auf das Zylinderrohr aufgeschraubten, mindestens einen Schwenkzapfen zur verschwenkbaren Lagerung des Hydraulikzylinders ausbildenden Schwenkkopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Schwenkkopf (6) ein Konterring (12) auf das Zylinderrohr (2) aufgeschraubt ist und daß der Schwenkkopf (6) mit dem Konterring (12) relativ zu dem Bodenstück (16) und dessen Ölanschluß (17) in jeder gewünschten Drehstellung um die Zylinderachse (4) festlegbar ist.
- Hydraulikzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenstück (16) radial von der Zylinderachse (4) wegführt.
- Hydraulikzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkkopf (6) eine Führung für die Kolbenstange (24) ausbildet.
- Hydraulikzylinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkkopf (6) einen Ringraum (7) des Hydraulikzylinders (1) bis auf einen Ölanschluß (8) abdichtet.
- Hydraulikzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkkopf (6) mit den Schwenkzapfen (10) als einstückiges Schmiedeteil und der Konterring (12) als Schmiedeteil aus demselben Werkstoff wie der Schwenkkopf (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Hydraulikzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Konterring (12) mit Angriffsflächen (14) für ein Drehwerkzeug versehen ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hydraulikzylinders nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit den Schritten:Einbringen des Kolbens in das Zylinderrohr;Aufschrauben des Schwenkkopfs auf das Zylinderrohr;Befestigen des Kolbens an der Kolbenstange; undBefestigen des Bodenstücks an dem Zylinderrohr; gekennzeichnet durch den zusätzlichen Schritt vor dem Aufschrauben des Schwenkkopfs (6) auf das Zylinderrohr (2):Aufschrauben des Konterring (12) für den Schwenkkopf (6) auf das Zylinderrohr (2).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Befestigen des Bodenstücks (16) an dem Zylinderrohr (2) das Bodenstück an das Zylinderrohr (2) angeschweißt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, gekennzeichnet durch die zusätzlichen Schritte:Ausbilden eines Schmiedeformteils (26);Anbringen eines Innengewindes (29) an dem Schmiedeformteil (26);Trennen des Schmiedeformteils (26) in den Schwenkkopf (6) mit den Schwenkzapfen (10) einerseits und den Konterring (12) andererseits.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch die zusätzlichen Schritte:Einstechen einer umlaufenden Innennut (27) in eine umlaufende Innenoberfläche (23) vor dem Anbringen des Innengewindes (29) in diese Innenoberfläche; undAbstechen des Konterrings (12) entlang der umlaufenden Innennut (27) nach dem Anbringen des Innengewindes (29) zum Trennen des Schmiedeformteils (26) in den Schwenkkopf (6) und den Konterring (12).
