Claims (4)
- Presse plieuse pour tôles, munie d'un dispositif mobile de doigts de butée, ladite presse comprenant un bâti (1) en forme de col de cygne présentant du côté frontal un tablier inférieur fixe (2) dont la face supérieure sert de support à une matrice de pliage (3) et un tablier supérieur verticalement mobile en alignement avec le tablier inférieur et portant par sa partie inférieure un ou plusieurs outils de pliage coopérant avec ladite matrice (3) et situés dans un plan vertical (4) séparant une zone intérieure (5) de la presse plieuse d'une zone extérieure ou frontale (6) dans laquelle l'opérateur de la presse plieuse peut travailler sans danger d'accident, alors que le dispositif mobile de doigts de butée (7) comprend un rail de support (8) qui est disposé dans la zone intérieure (5) de la presse plieuse, s'étend parallèlement à la matrice de pliage (3) et est mobile au moins verticalement, un support (10) pour chaque doigt de butée (9) reposant sur ledit rail (8) et monté mobile sur ce dernier parallèlement à ladite matrice (3) ainsi qu'un chariot (11) susceptible de déplacer les doigts de butée (9) au moins partiellement hors de la zone intérieure (5) de la presse plieuse (1) vers la zone extérieure frontale (6) de celle-ci, caractérisée en ce que le rail de support (8) est monté dans la zone intérieure (5) de la presse plieuse (1) à une distance déterminée du plan vertical de pliage (4), qu'un chariot de guidage (10) muni de moyens de blocage est susceptible de coulisser le long du rail de support (8) et comporte à sa face supérieure deux guides latéraux (12, 13) s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan de pliage (4), qu'un chariot de transport (11) est monté sur le chariot de guidage (10) et est guidé par les guides latéraux (12, 13) de ce dernier (10) dans ses mouvements de va-et-vient perpendiculaires audit plan de pliage (4), que le chariot de transport (11) a une extension longitudinale supérieure à la largeur du chariot de guidage (10) et porte à son extrémité frontale située du côté du plan de pliage (4) un doigt de butée amovible (9) et à son extrémité arrière le carter d'un moteur d'entraínement (15), qu'un entraínement (17) à vis sans fin (17a) et à écrou (17b) est monté sur la moitié arrière du chariot de transport (11) par l'intermédiaire de paliers (20, 21) solidaires dudit chariot de transport (11) et recevant les extrémités de ladite vis à billes (17a), que l'extrémité arrière de ladite vis à billes (17a) qui s'étend perpendiculairement à plan de pliage (4) est accouplée à l'arbre de sortie du moteur d'entraínement (15), et que l'écrou (17b) coopérant avec la vis à billes (17a) est fixé sur le chariot de guidage (10) du côté détourné du plan de pliage (4) par l'intermédiaire d'une bride (18) qui traverse un évidement oblong (19) ménagé dans le fond du chariot de transport (11) sur toute la longueur active de la vis à billes (17a) et qu'en position avancée du chariot de transport (11) pour laquelle le doigt de butée (9) se trouve entièrement dans la zone extérieure frontale (6) par rapport au plan vertical de pliage (4), la moitié arrière de celui-ci comportant la vis à billes (17a) dépasse de part et d'autres des faces verticales du chariot de guidage (10), faces parallèles au plan de pliage.
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque doigt de butée (9) est monté sur un porte-doigt (26) et en ce que les moyens de solidarisation du porte-doigt (26) à l'extrémité frontale du chariot de transport (11) comportent des moyens (30) formant un axe de pivotement pour ledit porte-doigt par rapport audit chariot de transport, ledit axe de pivotement s'étendant selon une direction orthogonale à celle de déplacement dudit chariot de transport (11).
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de solidarisation du porte-doigt (26) comprennent des moyens de verrouillage dudit porte-doigt sur l'extrémité frontale dudit chariot de transport (11), lesdits moyens de verrouillage étant aptes à être déverrouillés sous l'effet d'une contrainte excessive appliquée audit doigt (9).
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de solidarisation comprennent deux pions coaxiaux (41a, 41b) disposés selon ledit axe de pivotement dont une extrémité est engagée dans un alésage du porte-doigt et dont la deuxième extrémité est engagée dans un alésage de l'extrémité frontale du chariot, ladite deuxième extrémité des pions étant chanfreinée, une partie de l'extrémité chanfreinée étant engagée dans l'alésage de l'extrémité frontale dudit chariot de transport et maintenue dans cette position par un ressort de rappel, par quoi sous l'effet d'une contrainte excessive appliquée audit doigt (9), les ressorts de rappel sont comprimés et permettent aux deuxième extrémités desdits pions (41a, 41b) de sortir desdits alésages autorisant ainsi la désolidarisation dudit porte-doigt (26) par rapport audit chariot de transport (11).
