Die Erfindung betrifft eine Warensicherungsvorrichtung mit einem Gehäuse (1), einem in dem Gehäuse (1) aufgenommenen Alarmgeber und einer Einrichtung zur Befestigung des Gehäuses an einer zu sichernden Ware oder Warenverpackung (2), wobei das Gehäuse (1) eine Durchgangsöffnung (8) aufweist, um eine gesicherte Ware oder Warenverpakkung (2) an einem Warenpräsenter (9) aufzuhängen, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Gehäuse (1) von zwei Gehäuseelementen (1a, 1b) gebildet wird, die durch die Befestigungseinrichtung (5) miteinander lösbar verbunden sind und zwischen den Gehäuseelementen (1a, 1b) ein Spalt (4) gebildet wird, in dem eine Warenverpackung (2) festgeklemmt werden kann. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Warensicherungsvorrichtung mit einem Gehäuse, einem in dem Gehäuse aufgenommenen Alarmgeber und einer Einrichtung zur Befestigung des Gehäuses an einer zu sichernden Ware oder Warenverpackung, wobei das Gehäuse eine Durchgangsöffnung aufweist, um eine gesicherte Ware oder Warenverpackung an einem Warenpräsenter aufzuhängen.
Warensicherungsvorrichtungen dieser Art, auch Tags genannt, werden in vielen Geschäften zur Sicherung von Waren gegen Diebstahl verwendet. Die Diebstahlsicherungsvorrichtungen besitzen einen Alarmgeber, beispielsweise auf der Basis eines Schwingkreises, auf Transponderbasis oder dergleichen und sind an der zu sichernden Ware oder deren Verpackung in einer Weise befestigt, die ein unerlaubtes Entfernen der Waren durch die Kunden unmöglich macht oder zumindest erheblich erschwert.
Eine Warensicherungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der US-PS-5,437,172 bekannt. Diese Warensicherungsvorrichtung besitzt einen plattenförmigen Grundkörper mit einem hakenförmigen Aufhänger, an dem ein Alarmgeber angebracht ist. Des weiteren ist eine Einrichtung vorgesehen, um eine Brille an der Warensicherungsvorrichtung anzubringen. Konkret erfolgt die Fixierung der Brille durch einen schmalen Kunststoffstreifen, der um den Nasenbügel der Brille gelegt und mit seinen beiden Enden in einen Schlitz des Grundkörpers eingeschoben und in der eingeschobenen Position durch einen Zapfen an der Befestigungseinrichtung arretiert werden kann.
Für die Sicherung von Textilwaren sind beispielsweise aus der US-PS-4,987,754 Diebstahlsicherungsvorrichtungen bekannt, die ein Gehäuse besitzen und an den Textilwaren durch einen am Gehäuse angebrachten Stift befestigt werden, der durch das Textilmaterial gestochen und durch ein Gegenstück gesichert wird.
Für die Sicherung von Waren, die in Blisterverpackungen verkauft werden wie beispielsweise Kopfhörern oder tragbaren Freisprecheinrichtungen für Mobilfunktelefone werden in erster Linie Sicherungsvorrichtungen in Form von Klebeetiketten verwendet. Diese Art der Sicherung ist jedoch mit verschiedenen Nachteilen behaftet. So kann ein Dieb bei kleinen Produkten die Blisterverpackung in relativ unauffälliger Weise öffnen und die Ware daraus entnehmen. Ein weiteres Problem besteht darin, daß der auf das Etikett aufgedruckte Schwingkreis bzw. die Übertragungsspule des Transponders ihre Eigenschaften bei Druckeinwirkung oder auch in der Nähe von Metall ändern, so daß sie nicht für alle Produkte geeignet und auch auf einfache weise manipuliert werden können.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Warensicherungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, die zur Sicherung von Elektronikprodukten in Blisterverpackungen geeignet ist.
Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Gehäuse von zwei Gehäuseelementen gebildet wird, die durch die Befestigungseinrichtung miteinander lösbar verbunden, sind und zwischen den Gehäuseelementen ein Spalt gebildet wird, in dem eine Warenverpackung festgeklemmt werden kann.
Im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Warensicherüngsvorrichtunge, bei welchen eine Waren direkt an der Warensicherungsvorrichtung angebracht wird, schafft die Erfindung die Möglichkeit, Waren in ihren Verpackungen zu sichern, indem sie in dem zwischen den Gehäusehälften gebildeten Spalten festgeklemmt werden. Somit lassen sich Blisterverpackungen sichern, ohne daß diese hierzu speziell ausgebildet sein müßten oder besondere Befestigungselemente verwendet zu werden brauchen.
Insbesondere lassen sich mit der erfindungsgemäßen Warensicherungsvorrichtung elektronische Bauteile in ihren Verpackungen sichern, wobei der Abstand zwischen der Ware und dem Alarmgeber vergleichsweise groß ist, so daß die elektronischen Bauteile die Eigenschaften des Alarmgebers kaum beeinflussen können.
Des weiteren eignet sich die Erfindung in bevorzugter Weise zur Sicherung von Blisterverpackungen, da diese an ihrer Öffnungsseite von dem Gehäuse so umschlossen werden können, daß sie nur durch Zerstörung der Verpackung geöffnet werden können.
Bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß eines der beiden Gehäuseelemente einen Vorsprung aufweist, in welchem die Durchgangsöffnung ausgebildet ist. In diesem Fall ist das Gehäuseelement mit dem Vorsprung etwas größer als das Gehäuseelement ohne Vorsprung ausgebildet, so daß der Vorsprung mit der Durchgangsöffnung vorsteht.
Hinsichtlich weiterer vorteilhafter Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung wird auf die Unteransprüche sowie die nachfolgende Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegende Zeichnung verwiesen. In der Zeichnung zeigt

In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist eine Ausführungsform einer Warensicherungsvorrichtung gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung dargestellt, die in erster Linie zur Sicherung von Waren bestimmt ist, welche in Blisterverpackungen eingetütet sind. Die Warensicherungsvorrichtung besitzt ein Gehäuse 1 aus einem formsteifen Kunststoffmaterial, das von einem Gehäusegrundkörper 1b, in dem ein Hohlraum 3 zur Aufnahme eines nicht näher dargestellten Alarmgebers ausgebildet ist, und einem daran lösbar gehaltenen Deckel 1a gebildet wird. Zur lösbaren Fixierung des Gehäusedekkels 1a an dem Gehäusegrundkörper 1b ist eine Befestigungseinrichtung vorgesehen. Diese umfaßt einen an dem Gehäusedeckel 1a angebrachten Stift 6, der in eine an dem Gehäusegrundkörper 1b vorgesehene Aufnahme 7 eingreift und dort mittels eines ebenfalls nicht näher dargestellten Befestigungsmechanismus festgeklemmt wird, wobei die Verbindung in an sich bekannter Weise durch einen sehr starken Magneten wieder gelöst werden kann.
Wie insbesondere in Figur 2 gut erkennbar ist, ist zwischen dem Gehäusedeckel 1a und dem Gehäusegrundkörper 1b in der unteren Gehäusehälfte, in der auch die Befestigungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, ein Spalt 4 belassen, in welchem die zu sichernde Blisterverpackung 2 festgeklemmt und zusätzlich mittels des Stiftes 6, der die Verpackung 2 durchgreift, gesichert ist.
In seiner oberen Hälfte weist das Gehäuse 1 eine Durchgangsöffnung 8 auf, mit der die Warensicherungsvorrichtung zusammen mit der gesicherten Ware an einem Warenpräsenter 9, der in Figur 2 nur schematisch dargestellt ist, aufgehängt werden kann.
Im Gebrauch wird die zu sichernde Blisterverpackung 2 auf dem Gehäusegrundkörper 1b im Bereich der unteren Gehäusehälfte plaziert, und dann werden die Gehäuseelemente 1a, 1b zusammen gefügt, indem der Gehäusedeckel 1a auf den Gehäusegrundkörper 1b aufgesetzt wird, indem der Stift 6 durch die Blisterverpackung 2 gestochen bzw. eine in der Blisterverpackung vorgesehene Durchgangsöffnung geführt und in die Aufnahme 7 der Befestigungseinrichtung eingesetzt wird. Dabei wird die Blisterverpackung 2 zwischen den Gehäuseelementen 1a, 1b festgeklemmt. Auf diese Weise wird die Blisterverpackung 2 zuverlässig gegen Diebstahl gesichert, da die eingetütete Ware praktisch nur entwendet werden kann, indem die Blisterverpackung aufgerissen wird. Eine solche Beschädigung der Warenverpackung stellt jedoch eine hohe psychologische Barriere dar und ist daher unwahrscheinlich.

Claims (6)

  1. Warensicherungsvorrichtung mit einem Gehäuse (1), einem in dem Gehäuse (1) aufgenommenen Alarmgeber und einer Einrichtung zur Befestigung des Gehäuses an einer zu sichernden Ware oder Warenverpackung (2), wobei das Gehäuse (1) eine Durchgangsöffnung (8) aufweist, um eine gesicherte Ware oder Warenverpackung (2) an einem Warenpräsenter (9) aufzuhängen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) von zwei Gehäuseelementen (1a, 1b) gebildet wird, die durch die Befestigungseinrichtung (5) miteinander lösbar verbunden sind, und zwischen den Gehäuseelementen (1a, 1b) ein Spalt (4) gebildet wird, in dem eine Warenverpackung (2) festgeklemmt werden kann.
  2. Warensicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsebene in einer Längsebene, insbesondere einer mittigen Längsebene des Gehäuses (1) liegt.
  3. Warensicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Alarmgeber in einem Hohlraum (3) von einem der Gehäuseelemente (1a, 1b) aufgenommen ist.
  4. Warensicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungseinrichtung einen an dem einen Gehäuseelement (1a) angebrachten Stift (6) und in dem anderen Gehäuseelement (1b) eine Aufnahme (7) für den Stift (6) mit einem Befestigungsmechanismus (7a) aufweist.
  5. Warensicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gehäuseelement (1a) einen Vorsprung aufweist, in welchem die Durchgangsöffnung (8) ausgebildet ist.
  6. Warensicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuseelemente (1a, 1b) Spritzgußteile sind.
