Claims (13)
- Wiederverschließbares, aus Folienmaterial hergestelltes Ausgießelement, insbesondere für Flüssigkeiten aufnehmende Packungen aus Karton, mit einem eine Gießöffnung (3) aufweisenden Grundkörper (4), einer Gießlippe (5) und einem Deckel (6), der einen tiefgezogenen oder geprägten der Gießöffnung (3) zugeordneten Verschlusstubus aufweist und über einen mindestens ein Filmscharnier (11) aufweisenden Abschnitt mit dem Grundkörper (4) verbunden ist, wobei das Filmscharnier (11) beabstandet zu einer hinteren Kante des Grundkörpers (4) angeordnet ist, wobei der Deckel (6) und die Gießlippe (5) jeweils schmaler als der Grundkörper (4) ausgebildet sind und wobei der Versschlusstubus in einer Verschlussstellung in die Gießöffnung (3) einrastet und diese weitestgehend flüssigkeitsdicht verschließt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gießlippe (5) durch einen mindestens zwei Filmscharniere (12, 13) aufweisenden Abschnitt mit dem Grundkörper (4) verbunden ist, wobei die Filmscharniere (11, 12, 13) jeweils beabstandet zur Gießöffnung (3) angeordnet sind. - Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper, die Gießlippe (5) und der Deckel (6) einstückig ausgebildet sind, wobei der den Deckel (6) mit dem Grundkörper (4) verbindende Abschnitt mindestens zwei Filmscharniere (10, 11) aufweist. - Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filmscharniere (10, 11, 12, 13, 22, 23) parallel zueinander verlaufen. - Ausgießelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gießöffnung (3) durch eine mit dem Verschlusstubus (8) des Deckels (6) verbundene Folie flüssigkeitsdicht verschlossen ist, die beim erstmaligen Öffnen des Deckels (6) aufreißt. - Ausgießelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) eine Handhabungsfläche (7) aufweist, die durch einen mindestens eine Filmscharnier (22, 23) aufweisenden Abschnitt mit einem den Verschlusstubus (8) aufweisenden Deckelabschnitt verbunden ist. - Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gießlippe (5) bei verschlossenem Deckel (6) unter der Handhabungsfläche (7) vorsteht. - Ausgießelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gießöffnung (3) einen vorstehenden Randabschnitt (9) aufweist, der benachbart zur Gießlippe (5) angeordnet ist. - Ausgießelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) in geschlossener Stellung an einer an der Gießlippe (5) ausgebildeten Faltkante (12) arretierbar ist. - Ausgießelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Folienmaterial (2) zur Herstellung des Ausgießelementes (1) aus mit Polyethylen siegelfähigem Kunststoff besteht. - Packung (18) aus insbesondere Flachgiebelverbundpackungen, insbesondere für Flüssigkeiten, mit einer Öffnung (21) und einem um den Umfang der Öffnung (12) herum applizierten Ausgießelement (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgießelement (1) an der Innenseite der Packung (18) appliziert ist. - Packung nach Anspruch 10,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gießlippe (5) an der Packung (18) fixiert ist. - Packung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) in geschlossener Stellung mit dem Ende einer Handhabungsfläche (7) über eine Seitenkante der Packung (18) vorsteht.
