Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Polstermöbel mit zwei unter einem rechten Winkel zueinanderstehenden Sitzelementen mit Sitzpolsterauflagen, die über ein Eckelement miteinander verbunden sind, von denen das erste Sitzelement unterhalb der Polsterauflage ein ausziehbares Liegegestell mit einer Polsterauflage aufweist, die sich im ausgezogenen Zustand mit einer der Sitzpolsterauflagen des zweiten Sitzelementes zu einer Liegefläche ergänzt.
Bei einer derartigen nach dem Stand der Technik aus DE-U- 200 00 548 bekannten Eckpolstermöbelgarnitur, die sich im wesentlichen aus drei Elementen zusammensetzt, werden über ein Eckpolsterelement zwei Sitzelemente verbunden, so dass sich eine geschlossene Polstermöbeleinheit ergibt. Um die Polstermöbelgarnitur auch als Schlaf- oder Liegefläche erweitern zu können, befindet sich in einem der Sitzelemente eine in einem Schub untergebrachte Liegefläche, die im Bedarfsfall ausgezogen werden kann, so dass die Sitzfläche des einen Sitzelementes um den Sitzflächenbereich verbreitert wird. Zur Überbrückung des sich ergebenen störenden Zwickelbereichs des Eckelementes, ist aus dem Stand der Technik gem. der DE 200 11 046 eine Eckpolstersitzgruppe bekannt, bei der insbesondere der Schub um den Betrag verbreitert ist, den die Trapezecke des Eckelementes einnimmt, um so eine Liegeflächenpolsterauflage vorhalten zu können, die die Trapezecke überbrückt, so dass sich eine geschlossene Liegefläche mit der Sitzpolsterauflage des zweiten Sitzelementes ergibt. Nachteilig bei dieser nach dem Stand der Technik bekannten Polstermöbelgarnitur ist es, dass insbesondere der Schub für die ausziehbare Liegefläche verbreitert ausgebildet ist, so dass er unter das Eckelement ragt, was zu einer aufwendigen Herstellung bzw. Fertigung des Eckelementes führt.
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung vor dem aufgezeigten Stand der Technik ein Polstermöbel mit einer ausziehbaren Liegefläche der Art weiter zu bilden, deren Ausführungsart wesentlich einfacher und kostengünstiger herzustellen ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass zur Überbrückung bzw. Schließung der Liegefläche des sich durch das Eckelement ergebenen Zwickelbereichs die Sitzpolsterauflage des zweiten Sitzelementes in Richtung zur angrenzenden Querseite der ausziehbaren Liegefläche verschiebbar bzw. ausziehbar am Sitzelementkorpus angeordnet ist, der einen Rahmen in seiner Sitzfläche aufweist, der verschiebbar in der Sitzfläche gelagert ist. Auf Grund dieser Ausbildung wird erreicht, dass der Schub für die ausziehbare Liegefläche abgestimmt ist auf das Sitzelement. Um einen Anschluss an die Liegefläche zu erreichen, wird hierzu in einfacher Weise lediglich die Sitzpolsterauflage des zweiten Sitzelementes zur ausgezogenen Liegefläche verschoben, so dass sich auf einfache Art und Weise eine geschlossene Liegefläche ergibt.
In zweckmäßiger weise ist der Rahmen endseitig mittels Zapfen in kulissenartigen Führungen gelagert. Dabei wirken, um eine stabile Lage des Rahmens und damit der Polsterauflage im ausgezogenen sowie im eingefahrenen Zustand zu gewährleisten, im Bereich der Querstreben des Rahmens Gelenkhebel mit dem Korpus zusammen. Diese Gelenkhebel werden dabei jeweils über einen Tot-Punkt verschwenkt, so dass ein sich selbsttätiges zurückschieben bzw. ein nach vorne schieben, wenn beispielsweise eine Person auf der Sitzpolsterauflage platz nimmt, verhindert wird.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist der Rahmen an seiner Stirnseite eine als Griffelement ausgebildete Frontleiste auf. Dadurch lässt sich in einfacher Weise insbesondere die Polsterauflage leicht und handlich bedienen. In Weiterbildung weist der Sitzkorpus im Bereich seiner Rückenlehen eine nutförmige Ausnehmung für den Rahmen mit Sitzpolsterauflage auf. Auf Grund dieser Ausbildung integriert sich im eingeschobenen Zustand die Sitzpolsterauflage in der Rückenlehne.
Nach einer besonders vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung, um auch hier die Doppelliegefläche möglichst plan zu gestalten, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Sitzpolsterauflage des Eckelementes im Zwickelbereich zwischen den Sitzelementen um den Betrag des Verschiebeweges des Rahmens mit beiden die Polsterauflage begrenzenden Schenkeln vorsteht, wobei die Schenkelenden im Zwickelbereich einen rechten Winkel einnehmen. Auf Grund dieser Ausbildung wird gewährleistet, dass wenn die Liegefläche sowie die Sitzauflagefläche ausgefahren sind, insbesondere der sich ergebende Zwickelbereich durch die Eckpolsterfläche ausgefüllt ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird an Hand der nachstehenden Figuren 1 bis 6 näher erläutert, dabei zeigen:

Die Figur 01 zeigt in der Draufsicht ein Polstermöbel 1 mit zwei in einem rechten Winkel zueinander stehenden Sitzelementen 2 und 3, die jeweils mit Sitzpolsterauflagen 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 bestückt sind. Die Sitzelemente 2 und 3 sind dabei über ein Eckpolsterelement 5 miteinander verbunden. Das Sitzelement 2 verfügt dabei unterhalb der Sitzpolsterauflagen 4.1 und 4.2 über ein ausziehbares Liegegestell 6, welches besser in der Figur 02 in der perspektivischen Ansicht zu erkennen ist. Dort ist zu erkennen, dass in dem Sitzelement 2 ein Schub 7 vorhanden ist, auf den eine Polsterauflage 8 aufsetzbar ist. Ist das Liegegestell 6 herausgezogen, gem. der Pfeilrichtung in der Figur 01, so ergänzt es sich mit der Sitzpolsterauflage 4.3 des zweiten Sitzelementes 3 mit der Polsterauflage 8 zu einer Liegefläche. Zur Überbrückung bzw. Schließung der Liegefläche des sich durch das Eckelement 5 ergebenen Zwickelbereichs 9, ist die Sitzpolsterauflage 4.3 des zweiten Sitzelementes 3 in Richtung zur angrenzenden Querseite 10 der ausziehbaren Liegefläche 11 verschiebbar bzw. ausziehbar am Sitzelementkorpus 12 angeordnet. Wird also die Sitzpolsterauflage 4.3 verschoben bzw. herausgezogen gem. der Pfeilrichtung, so stößt sie mit Ihrer Stirnseite an die Liegefläche 11 an, und schließt somit die Gesamtfläche. Dies wird ebenfalls nochmals deutlich in der perspektivischen Ansicht der Figur 02, wo die Sitzpolsterauflage 4.3 gegenüber der Sitzpolsterauflage 4.4 des Sitzelementes 3 vorsteht
Die Figuren 03 und 04 zeigen dabei in der Perspektive insbesondere den Sitzelementkorpus 12, der die ausziehbare bzw. verschiebbare Polsterauflage 4.3 ermöglicht. Wie aus den beiden Figuren 03 und 04 zu erkennen ist, weist der Sitzelementkorpus 12 einen Rahmen 13 auf, der in der Sitzfläche verschiebbar gelagert ist, wie dies durch die angedeutete Pfeilrichtung verdeutlicht wird. Der Rahmen 13 ist dabei Endseitig mittels Zapfen 14 in kulissenartigen Führungen 15 verschiebbar gelagert. Weiter weist der Rahmen 13 im Bereich seiner Querstreben 16 Gelenkhebel 17.1 und 17.2 in Form von Laschen auf, die mit dem Sitzelementkorpus 12 zusammen wirken. Dabei wird auf Grund der angedeuteten Pfeile deutlich, dass beim Verschwenken der Gelenkhebel 17.1 und 17.2 der Rahmen 13 über eine Tot-Punkt-Lage hinwegverschwenkt wird, wenn er beispielsweise ausgezogen wird. Wird der Rahmen 13 zurückverschoben, so wir er ebenfalls über die Tot-Punkt-Lage der Gelenkhebel 17.1 und 17.2 verhoben, so dass in der einen als auch in der anderen Verstelllage eine verschiebesichere Stellung des Rahmens 13 an dem Sitzelementkorpus 12 erreicht wird, die ein ungewolltes Verschieben des Rahmens 13 verhindert. Denn in beiden Stellungen wirken die Gelenkhebel 17.1 und 17.2 jeweils gegen die Verschieberichtung, so dass, wenn jemand auf der Polsterauflage 4.3 sitzt, der Rahmen 13 sich nicht selbsttätig verschiebt, und die Gelenkhebel 17.1 und 17.2, wie in der Figur 03 gezeigt, gegen die nach vorne gerichtete Verschiebewirkung gestellt sind.
Um insbesondere den Rahmen 13 für die Handhabung ergonomisch zu geswalten, weist der Rahmen 13 an seiner Stirnseite 18 eine als Griffelement ausgebildete Frontleiste 19 auf. Zur Integrierung der Polsterauflage 4.3 sowie des Rahmens 13 am Sitzelementkorpus 12, weist dieser im Bereich seiner Rückenlehne 20 eine nutförmige Ausnehmung 21 für den Rahmen 13 sowie die Polsterauflage 4 auf.
In Zusammenschau insbesondere der Figuren 05 und 06 sowie der Figuren 01 und 02, wird deutlich, dass die Sitzpolsterauflage 23 des Eckelementes 5 im Zwickelbereich 9 zwischen den Sitzelementen 2 und 3 um den Betrag des Verschiebeweges A des Rahmens 13 mit beiden die Polsterauflage 23 begrenzenden Schenkeln 24.1 und 24.2 vorstehen und wobei die Schenkel 24.1 und 24.2 im Zwickelbereich 9 einen rechten Winkel einnehmen. Auf Grund der Ausbildung der Polsterauflage 23 des Eckelementes 5 wird erreicht, dass der Zwickelbereich 9 zwischen den Sitzelementen 2 und 3 bzw. der Liegefläche 11 in Folge der geometrischen Auslegung geschlossen gehalten wird.

Claims (6)

  1. Polstermöbel mit zwei unter einem rechten Winkel zueinander stehenden Sitzelementen mit wenigstens zwei Sitzpolsterauflagen, die über ein Eckelement miteinander verbunden sind, von denen das erste Sitzelement unterhalb der Polsterauflage ein ausziehbares Liegegestell mit einer Polsterauflage aufweist, das sich im ausgezogenen Zustand mit einer der Sitzpolsterauflage des zweiten Sitzelementes zu einer Liegefläche ergänzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Überbrückung bzw. Schließung der Liegefläche (11) des sich durch das Eckelement (5) ergebenen Zwickelbereichs (9), eine Sitzpolsterauflage (4.3) des zweiten Sitzelementes (3) in Richtung zur angrenzenden Querseite (10) der Liegefläche des Liegegestells (6) verschiebbar bzw. ausziehbar am Sitzelementkorpus (12) angeordnet ist, der einen Rahmen (13) in seiner Sitzfläche aufweist, der verschiebbar in der Sitzfläche gelagert ist.
  2. Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (13) endseitig mittels Zapfen (14) in kulissenartigen Führungen (15) gelagert ist.
  3. Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Querstreben (16) des Rahmens (13) Gelenkhebel (17.1) und (17.2) mit dem Sitzelementkorpus (12) zusammenwirken, die ungewolltes Verschieben des Rahmens (13) unterbinden.
  4. Polstermöbel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (13) an seiner Stirnseite (18) eine als Griffelement ausgebildete Frontleiste (19) aufweist.
  5. Polstermöbel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitzelementkorpus (12) im Bereich seiner Rückenlehne (20) eine nutförmige Ausnehmung (21) für den Rahmen (13) mit Sitzpolsterauflage (4.3) aufweist.
  6. Polstermöbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzpolsterauflage (23) des Eckelementes (5) im Zwickelbereich (9) zwischen den Sitzelementen (2) und (3) um den Betrag (A) des Verschiebeweges des Rahmens (13) mit beiden die Polsterauflage (23) begrenzenden Schenkeln (24.1) und (24.2) vorsteht, die in dem Zwickelbereich (9) einen rechten Winkel einnehmen.
