Claims (9)
- Kabelklemme für elektrische Leitungen (18) mit einem Basisteil (3) und einer Abdeckung (1), welche beide zusammen ein zweiteiliges, entlang seiner Längsachse teilbares und mit Leitungsdurchführungsöffnungen (9) versehenes Gehäuse (1,3) bilden, welches einen zur Aufnahme und Fixierung der elektrischen Leiter vorgesehenen Kontaktbauteil (5) umschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (1) aus mindestens einem am Basisteil (3) befestigbaren Abdeckelement (1A) besteht, an welchem jeweils mindestens eine, vorzugsweise zwei in eine Position normal zur Erstreckungsrichtung des Kontaktbauteils (5) klappbare Trennwände (10) angeordnet sind, welche das durch das Gehäuse begrenzte Volumen zur Aufnahme des Kontaktbauteils (5) durchsetzen.
- Kabelklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein Abdeckelement (1A) sowie die daran angeordnete mindestens eine Trennwand (10) als einzelner Spritzgussteil gefertigt sind.
- Kabelklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein Abdeckelement (1A) und die daran angeordneten Trennwände (10) über Filmscharniere (12) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kabelklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Trennwand (10) von der Abdeckung (1) zum Basisteil (3) erstreckt.
- Kabelklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktbauteil (5) eine mit Durchbrüchen (6,7) versehene, aus einem elektrisch leitenden Material, vorzugsweise Messing, hergestellte Leiste ist.
- Kabelklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Abdeckelementen (1A) Widerhaken (2) angeordnet sind, welche entsprechende Öffnungen bzw. Aussparungen (4) im Basisteil (3) hintergreifen.
- Kabelklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Basisteil (3), Abdeckung (1) und Trennwände (10) aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
- Kabelklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwände (10) an Ihren Längskanten mit Fortsätzen (13) versehen sind, welche in entsprechende Hinterschneidungen (14) in den Abdeckelementen (1A) einrastbar sind.
- Kabelklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Basisteil rillenartige Vertiefungen (15) angebracht sind, welche als Sollbruchstellen, das Durchschneiden des Basisteils (3) an der gewünschten Position ermöglichen.
