Claims (4)
- Projektionsmodul für einen Fahrzeugscheinwerfer mit einem Reflektor (2), mit einer dem Reflektor (2) zugeordneten Lichtquelle (3), mit einer dem Reflektor (2) in Abstrahlrichtung vorgelagerten Linse (6), mit einer zwischen der Lichtquelle (3) und der Linse (6) angeordneten feststehenden Fernlichtblende (4) und einer der Fernlichtblende (4) zur Linse (6) hin vorgelagerten quer zur Längsachse (8) in den Strahlengang einschwenkbaren Schaltblende (5) für Abblendlicht, die über eine Lagerung (12) mit der Fernlichtblende (4) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung (12) aus einem hülsenförmigen Lagerelement (13) aus Kunststoff, das an die aus Metall ausgebildete Fernlichtblende (4) angespritzt ist, sowie aus einer Lagerhülse (14) aus Kunststoff besteht, die an die aus Metall ausgebildete Schaltblende (5) angespritzt ist und die auf das hülsenförmige Lagerelement (13) aufsteckbar ist.
- Projektionsmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hülsenförmige Lagerelement (13) und die Lagerhülse (14) in axialer Richtung formschlüssig gegeneinander gesichert sind.
- Projektionsmodul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hülsenförmige Lagerelement (13) einen zapfenförmigen Ansatz (15) aufweist, dessen Außendurchmesser (16) auf den Innendurchmesser (17) der Lagerhülse(14) abgestimmt ist und dessen umlaufender Bund (18) einen Anschlag für das vordere Ende (19) der Lagerhülse (14) bildet.
- Projektionsmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zapfenförmige Ansatz (15) an seiner der Fernlichtblende (4) abgewandten Stirnwandung (20) eine Aussparung (21) aufweist, in die zwei Haken (22) der Lagerhülse (14) einsetzbar sind, die durch Verdrehen die Stirnwandung (20) formschlüssig hintergreifen.
