Claims (14)
- Werkzeug zur Bearbeitung von Werkstücken aus Holz, Kunststoff und dergleichen, mit einem Planfräser und wenigstens einem Schneidmesser tragenden Hobelkopf,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug wenigstens einen weiteren Planfräser (3) aufweist, der auf dem Hobelkopf (4) relativ zum anderen Planfräser (2) verstellbar ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hobelkopf (4) wenigstens eine Axialführung (17, 18) für den weiteren Planfräser (3) aufweist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialführung (17, 18) eine Paßnut in der Mantelfläche des Hobelkopfes (4) ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Planfräser (3) mit einer Paßfeder (25, 26) in die Paßnut (17, 18) eingreift. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Planfräser (3) mit einer, vorteilhaft wenigstens zwei Klemmsegmente (29 bis 32) aufweisenden Klemmeinrichtung (28) auf dem Hobelkopf (4) festklemmbar ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmsegmente (29 bis 32) durch wenigstens eine Klemmschraube (33 bis 36) aus einer Klemmstellung in eine Lösestellung verstellbar sind. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (28) mit dem weiteren Planfräser (3) verbunden, vorzugsweise einstükkig mit ihm ausgebildet ist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Planfräser (3) einen hülsenförmigen Lagerteil (23) aufweist, mit dem er auf dem Hobelkopf (4) gelagert ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmsegmente (29 bis 32) über wenigstens einen Steg (38) mit dem Lagerteil (23) des weiteren Planfräsers (3) verbunden sind. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Klemmschraube (33 bis 36) an einer Stirnseite (37) des Lagerteiles (23) des weiteren Planfräsers (3) abstützt und vorteilhaft in der Klemmstellung auf das Klemmsegment (29 bis 32) ein gegen den Messerkopf (8) gerichtetes Kippmoment ausübt. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmelemente (29 bis 32) durch einen Schlitz (40 bis 43) voneinander getrennt sind, und daß vorteilhaft in Höhe des Schlitzes (40 bis 43) zwischen den Klemmsegmenten (29 bis 32) die Schneidmesser (9) des Hobelkopfes (4) liegen. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Planfräser (3) an seiner Innenbohrung in Höhe der Schneidmesser (9) des Hobelkopfes (4) jeweils eine Vertiefung (44 bis 47) aufweist, die sich über die axiale Länge des weiteren Planfräsers (3) erstreckt. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hobelkopf (4) gerade Schneiden (19) aufweist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hobelkopf (4) profilierte Schneiden aufweist.
