Accoudoir selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'une platine (51) est insérée dans la partie inférieure (12) de l'accoudoir (11) en guise de mécanisme à crans, laquelle, au moyen de vis (54) guidées à travers des trous oblongs (12.1), est reliée à la plaque de fixation (31) de la tige de réglage (30) et glisse sur une nervure de blocage (55), des éléments de blocage sous forme d'une calotte de blocage (52) et de points de crantage (56) étant prévus entre la platine (51) et la nervure de blocage (55), la platine (51) étant de préférence amenée de façon à se trouver sous précontrainte élastique.
  15. Accoudoir selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'accoudoir (11) est pourvu de moyens de déplacement dans le sens de l'éloignement, un mécanisme à crans étant de préférence prévu pour permettre un déplacement progressif.
  16. Accoudoir selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en tant que moyen de déplacement de l'accoudoir (12) dans le sens de l'éloignement, entre la plaque de fixation (31) de la tige de réglage (30) et la partie inférieure (12) de l'accoudoir (11), un logement pour le manchon de positionnement (60) dans lequel vient s'emboíter un élément insérable par guidage oblique (61) comprenant un boulon d'arrêt (63) élastiquement doublé, et qui coopère avec une rainure de blocage (64) correspondante disposée sur le côté intérieur du fond du logement pour le manchon de positionnement (60).
