Description

La présente invention a trait à un emballage destiné à être utilisé pour la présentation groupée d'au moins deux articles, notamment cosmétiques, tels que des produits d'hygiène ou de coloration capillaire, des produits de coiffage, des produits de maquillage, de soin ou d'hygiène corporelle.
En cosmétique notamment, dans le cadre d'opérations promotionnelles, il est fréquent d'associer à un produit particulier, un produit offert, généralement différent du produit principal. Ainsi, à un produit de coloration capillaire, on peut associer un bidon, généralement de petite taille, d'une laque de coiffage. A titre d'exemple encore, à une laque de coiffage, on associe un produit de maquillage.
Le problème se pose alors de présenter de façon groupée, les deux articles, et ce, de manière simple et économique. Bien entendu, chaque article peut être conditionné en outre séparément dans un conditionnement qui lui est propre, notamment un étui en carton.
Le brevet US-A-3 369 660 décrit un conditionnement pour la présentation de deux chaussures d'une même paire. Le conditionnement comprend un fourreau parallélépipédique, séparé en deux selon sa diagonale par une double cloison.
Au dessus de la cloison est disposée une première chaussure dont une partie se prolonge dans un premier logement, via une ouverture formée dans une première grande face du fourreau.
En dessous de la cloison est disposée une seconde chaussure dont une partie se prolonge dans un second logement, via une ouverture formée dans une seconde grande face du fourreau, opposée à la première.
Du fait de la présence des cloisons de support, obtenues de pliage avec le reste du conditionnement, le montage d'un tel conditionnement, avec insertion des chaussures auxquelles il est destiné, est des plus fastidieux.
Il est connu en outre de réaliser un tel conditionnement groupé au moyen d'un fourreau en un matériau thermorétractable, et dans lequel on enveloppe les deux articles. Ce type de conditionnement pose des problèmes d'esthétique. En outre, il n'est pas toujours simple et économique à mettre en oeuvre.
Aussi, est-ce un des objets de la présente invention que de fournir un emballage pour la présentation groupée d'au moins deux articles, et qui résolve en tout ou partie, les problèmes discutés ci-avant en référence aux systèmes conventionnels.
C'est en particulier un objet de l'invention que de réaliser un tel emballage groupé qui soit simple et économique à mettre en oeuvre.
D'autres objets encore apparaítront dans la description détaillée qui suit.
Selon l'invention, ces objets sont atteints en réalisant un emballage pour la présentation groupée d'au moins deux articles, ledit emballage comportant un fourreau ouvert, ou apte à être ouvert, en au moins une de ses extrémités, et obtenu en rapprochant deux bords longitudinaux d'une feuille souple, et en les fixant l'un à l'autre, ledit fourreau délimitant, en position montée, un premier compartiment apte à recevoir un premier article, l'emballage comportant un second compartiment, extérieur au premier, et apte à recevoir un second article, le second compartiment comportant une ouverture débouchant à l'intérieur du premier, le premier article étant disposé intégralement d'un coté de l'ouverture, le second article étant disposé intégralement de l'autre côté de ladite ouverture.
En d'autres termes, le premier article n'émerge pas de manière sensible dans le second compartiment. Le second article, quant à lui, n'émerge pas de manière sensible dans le premier compartiment.
Une telle configuration se distingue de celle décrite dans le document US-A-3 369 660 évoqué ci-avant, dans laquelle la boíte parallélépipédique contient à la fois (au dessus de la cloison en diagonale) une première partie de la première chaussure, et (en dessous de ladite cloison) une première partie de la seconde chaussure. Toujours selon la configuration décrite dans ce document, chaque chaussure, sensiblement en son plan longitudinal médian, intercepte le plan de l'ouverture du compartiment dans lequel elle se prolonge.
La configuration selon l'invention, dans laquelle, le premier compartiment contient l'intégralité de la section transversale du premier article, sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de ce dernier et dans laquelle le second compartiment contient l'intégralité de la section transversale du second article sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de ce dernier, facilite dans une large mesure la réalisation et le montage de l'emballage selon l'invention. En outre, elle permet le maintien en place de l'article contenu dans le second compartiment par l'article contenu dans le premier compartiment.
De préférence, le fourreau comporte, sur au moins une partie de sa hauteur, une section transversale intérieure correspondant à la section transversale extérieure du premier article.
Par "correspondant", on entend similaire en forme et en dimensions. Ainsi, après insertion du second produit dans le second compartiment, il est possible, par une extrémité ouverte du fourreau, d'y insérer le premier article, ce dernier y étant alors maintenu par friction et/ou léger serrage. Si un jeu plus important existe entre la surface interne du fourreau et la surface externe du premier article, alors il est possible de prévoir la fermeture des deux extrémités du fourreau.
Le fourreau peut être de hauteur plus faible que la hauteur du premier article, lequel n'est alors enserré que sur une partie de sa hauteur. De préférence toutefois, la hauteur du fourreau est similaire à celle du premier article.
De préférence, le fourreau est cylindrique, de révolution ou non. Ainsi, le premier compartiment peut être de section transversale circulaire, elliptique, rectangulaire, carrée, hexagonale, octogonale, ou de toute autre forme encore.
Cette forme cylindrique, facilite dans une large mesure la fabrication de l'emballage, ainsi que le montage des articles qu'il est destiné à contenir.
Ainsi, de par sa configuration, un tel emballage est simple et économique à mettre en oeuvre. Son esthétique est compatible avec les impératifs de marchés tels que le marché de la cosmétique.
Avantageusement, le second compartiment est de volume plus faible que le premier, ladite ouverture s'étendant :
  • i) dans un plan de même courbure qu'une courbure du fourreau quand celui-ci est de section transversale exempte d'angle, notamment circulaire ; ou
  • ii) au moins en partie dans un plan d'au moins une des faces du fourreau quand celui-ci est de section transversale polygonale, notamment rectangulaire.
    • Avantageusement, le maintien du second article à l'intérieur du second compartiment est assuré par le premier article. Cette caractéristique contribue à simplifier dans une large mesure la conception d'un tel emballage. Alternativement, un élément, notamment sous forme d'une membrane thermoscellée, peut être utilisé pour obturer ladite ouverture.
    Selon un premier mode de réalisation, le second compartiment est amovible par rapport au premier. Ainsi, il est possible pour réaliser le second compartiment, d'utiliser l'emballage (notamment sous forme d'une coque thermoformée) utilisé pour conditionner le second article, lorsque celui-ci est présenté séparément. De même, le fourreau utilisé pour conditionner le premier article lorsqu'il est présenté séparément, peut être utilisé pour la présentation groupée, simplement en y réalisant une découpe aux forme et taille appropriées. Ainsi, la présentation groupée des deux articles, ne nécessite pas de moules ou équipements autres que ceux requis par leur conditionnement séparé.
    Dans cette configuration où le second compartiment est amovible par rapport au premier, son maintien en place par rapport au premier peut être assuré par l'article disposé dans le premier compartiment.
    Les deux compartiments peuvent être réalisés en des matériaux identiques ou différents : l'un, plus souple, étant adapté à des opérations de pliage requises éventuellement par la formation du fourreau, l'autre, plus rigide, étant adapté au thermoformage pour la formation du second compartiment.
    Les différences de rigidité, dans le cas où le même matériau est utilisé pour les deux compartiments, peuvent résulter de différences d'épaisseur.
    Avantageusement, la feuille souple est traversée par une fenêtre contre le bord interne duquel vient en butée un rebord du second compartiment.
    Selon un mode de réalisation préférentiel, le second compartiment est obtenu par thermoformage d'un matériau, de préférence transparent, tel qu'un matériau vinylique (chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC) et ses copolymères), styrénique, méthacrylique, cellulosique, ou un polycarbonate.
    Selon un second mode de réalisation, l'emballage selon l'invention est constitué d'une seule pièce, le second compartiment étant formé par déformage à chaud de ladite feuille souple. Après déformation à chaud de la feuille pour former le second compartiment, la feuille est éventuellement pliée, puis soudée ou collée le long de ses deux bords longitudinaux, notamment via un rebord adjacent à l'un desdits bords longitudinaux.
    Dans le cas où le matériau est suffisamment rigide pour pouvoir être thermoformé, il peut être nécessaire de prévoir, le cas échéant, des moyens pour faciliter le pliage de la feuille souple. De tels moyens peuvent être constitués de découpes en pointillés ou d'un marquage de la feuille au moyen d'un outil pour affaiblir le matériau le long des lignes de pliage.
    La feuille souple peut être une feuille d'un matériau thermoplastique, transparent de préférence, notamment de chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC).
    Avantageusement, le fourreau est cylindrique et ouvert en ses deux extrémités. Un tel fourreau peut être de section transversale polygonale, notamment quadrangulaire, ou exempte d'angle, notamment circulaire ou elliptique.
    Les deux bords longitudinaux de la feuille souple peuvent être fixés par collage ou par soudage, notamment à chaud ou haute fréquence.
    Comme mentionné précédemment, le rapprochement des deux bords longitudinaux peut se faire par pliage, le long d'une pluralité de lignes de pliages.
    Selon un mode de réalisation spécifique :
  • i) le second compartiment est délimité par un premier élément rapporté, notamment de manière amovible, sur un second élément délimitant le premier ; et
  • ii) les premier et second éléments sont formés à partir de feuilles d'épaisseur et/ou de nature différentes.
    • L'emballage selon l'invention est tout particulièrement adapté pour la présentation groupée d'un premier article à usage cosmétique, et d'un second article à usage cosmétique, identique ou différent de l'usage du premier article. Les premier et second articles peuvent toutefois être à usage autre que cosmétique.
    L'invention consiste, mises à part les dispositions exposées ci-dessus, en un certain nombre d'autres dispositions qui seront explicitées ci-après, à propos d'exemples de réalisation non limitatifs, décrits en référence aux figures annexées, parmi lesquelles :
    • les figures 1A-1B sont relatives à un premier mode de réalisation de l'emballage selon l'invention ;
    • les figures 2A-2B sont relatives à un second mode de réalisation de l'emballage selon l'invention ;
    • les figures 3A-3C sont relatives à un troisième mode de réalisation de l'emballage selon l'invention ;
    L'ensemble 1 représenté aux figures 1A-1B comporte un fourreau parallélépipédique 2 ouvert en ses deux extrémités et destiné à recevoir un article 3 sous forme d'une boite (contenant par exemple un kit de coloration capillaire) de dimensions similaires aux dimensions internes du fourreau 2. Le fourreau 2 est réalisé à partir d'une feuille rectangulaire en PVC 4, pliée le long de quatre lignes longitudinales 5-8, et soudée le long de deux bords longitudinaux via un rebord 9 adjacent à la ligne de pliage 6. Le collage peut être effectué au moyen d'une colle d'acétate. L'épaisseur de la feuille 4 est d'environ 220 µm.
    Une grande face 10 du fourreau 2 est traversée par une fenêtre 11 orientée longitudinalement au fourreau 2. L'ensemble 1 comprend également une coque thermoformée 12 formant un demi-cylindre et comportant une ouverture longitudinale 13 délimitée par un rebord 14 formé dans le plan de l'ouverture 13, et de section extérieure supérieure à la section de la fenêtre 10. La coque 12 est destinée à recevoir un second article 15 à présenter de façon groupée avec le premier 3. Dans l'exemple représenté, le second article 15 est constitué d'un bidon d'une laque de coiffage.
    La coque 12 est réalisée en n'importe quel matériau apte à être thermoformé. A titre d'exemple, on utilise également un PVC (d'épaisseur plus importante que celui utilisé pour la réalisation du fourreau). L'épaisseur du PVC utilisé pour la coque est d'environ 500 µm.
    Le montage de l'ensemble 1 se fait comme suit : Après formation du fourreau 2, la coque 12, contenant l'article 15, est montée sur le fourreau 2 au travers d'une de ses extrémités ouvertes, et est positionnée de sorte que le rebord 14 soit en engagement avec le bord délimitant la fenêtre 11. Après cela, il ne reste qu'à glisser l'article 3 dans le fourreau 2, assurant ainsi l'immobilisation de l'article 15 dans la coque thermoformée 12. L'ensemble monté est représenté en coupe à la figure 1B.
    Une étiquette adhésive (non représentée) dont une extrémité est positionnée sur le fourreau 2 et dont l'autre extrémité est positionnée sur un des rabats d'extrémités de la boíte 3 peut constituer un indicateur d'effraction de l'ensemble. en outre, une telle étiquette peut porter un code d'identification, notamment sous forme d'un code à barres. Elle peut être en outre disposée de manière à masquer un code d'identification, notamment un code à barres, apposé directement sur l'article 3 et destiné à l'identifier lorsque celui-ci est vendu séparément du second article.
    La configuration de l'ensemble 1 représenté aux figures 2A-2B est similaire à celle du mode de réalisation précédent, exception faite de la forme générale de l'ensemble et de la nature des articles qu'il contient. Selon ce mode de réalisation, le fourreau 2 forme un cylindre de révolution. L'article 3 qu'il est destiné à contenir est une laque de coiffage. L'article contenu dans la coque thermoformée 12 est une unité de mascara pour les cils, les sourcils, ou les cheveux.
    Le montage de l'ensemble s'effectue de manière similaire au montage du mode de réalisation précédent.
    Le mode de réalisation représenté aux figures 3A-3C se distingue du premier mode de réalisation en ce que l'ensemble est formé d'une seule pièce, notamment en PVC.
    A cet effet, comme représenté à la figure 3C, on part d'une feuille rectangulaire 4 dans laquelle on ménage des lignes d'affaiblissement de manière à définir les lignes de pliage 5-8. L'une des grandes faces 10 de la feuille 4 est déformée à chaud de manière à définir une coque 12 sous forme d'un demi cylindre. Il ne reste alors qu'à plier la feuille selon les lignes 5-8, et la coller le long de deux de ses bords longitudinaux via le rebord 9. Ensuite, le positionnement des articles à l'intérieur de l'ensemble 1 se fait de la même manière que pour les autres modes de réalisation.
    Selon ce mode de réalisation, l'article 3 contenu dans le fourreau 2 est un kit de coloration. L'autre article 15 contenu dans la coque thermoformée 12 est un rouge à lèvres.
    Dans la description détaillée qui précède, il a été fait référence à des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention. Il est évident que des variantes peuvent y être apportées sans s'écarter de l'esprit de l'invention telle que revendiquée ci-après.

    Claims (19)

    1. Emballage (1) pour la présentation groupée d'au moins deux articles (3, 15), comportant un fourreau (2) ouvert, ou apte à être ouvert, en au moins une de ses extrémités, et obtenu en rapprochant deux bords longitudinaux d'une feuille souple (4), et en les fixant l'un à l'autre, ledit fourreau (2) délimitant, en position montée, un premier compartiment (2) apte à recevoir un premier article (3), l'emballage comportant un second compartiment (12), extérieur au premier, et apte à recevoir un second article (15), ledit second compartiment (12) comportant une ouverture (13) débouchant à l'intérieur du premier compartiment (2), le premier article (3) étant disposé intégralement d'un coté de l'ouverture, le second article (15) étant disposé intégralement de l'autre côté de ladite ouverture (13).
    2. Emballage (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le fourreau (2) comporte, sur au moins une partie de sa hauteur, une section transversale intérieure correspondant à la section transversale extérieure du premier article (3).
    3. Emballage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le premier compartiment (2) est de forme sensiblement cylindrique.
    4. Emballage selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le second compartiment (12) est de volume plus faible que le volume du premier (2), ladite ouverture (13) s'étendant :
      i) dans un plan de même courbure qu'une courbure du fourreau (2) quand celui-ci est de section transversale exempte d'angle, notamment circulaire ; ou
      ii) au moins en partie dans un plan d'au moins une des faces (10) du fourreau (2) quand celui-ci est de section transversale polygonale, notamment rectangulaire.
    5. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le maintien du second article (15) à l'intérieur du second compartiment (12) est assuré par le premier article (3).
    6. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le second compartiment (12) est amovible par rapport au premier (2).
    7. Emballage selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le maintien en place du second compartiment (12) relativement au premier (2) est assuré par l'article (3) disposé dans le premier compartiment (2).
    8. Emballage (1) selon la revendication 6 ou 7 caractérisé en ce que la feuille souple (4) est traversée par une fenêtre (11) contre le bord interne duquel vient en butée un rebord (14) du second compartiment (12).
    9. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le premier compartiment (2) est réalisé en un premier matériau, le second compartiment (12) étant réalisé dans un second matériau, identique ou différent du premier.
    10. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que le second compartiment (12) est obtenu par thermoformage d'un matériau, de préférence transparent, tel qu'un matériau vinylique (chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC) et ses copolymères), styrénique, méthacrylique, cellulosique, ou un polycarbonate.
    11. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une seule pièce, le second compartiment (12) étant formé par déformage à chaud de ladite feuille souple (4).
    12. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille souple (4) est une feuille d'un matériau thermoplastique, transparent de préférence, notamment de chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC).
    13. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le fourreau (2) est cylindrique et ouvert en ses deux extrémités.
    14. Emballage (1) selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le fourreau (2) est de section transversale polygonale, notamment quadrangulaire.
    15. Emballage (1) selon la revendication 13 caractérisé en ce que le fourreau (2) est de section transversale exempte d'angle, notamment circulaire.
    16. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que les deux bords longitudinaux de la feuille souple sont fixés par collage ou par soudage.
    17. Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le rapprochement des deux bords longitudinaux se fait par pliage, le long d'une pluralité de lignes de pliages (5-8).
    18. Emballage (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que :
      i) le second compartiment est délimité par un premier élément (12) rapporté, notamment de manière amovible, sur un second élément (2) délimitant le premier compartiment ; et
      ii) les premier et second éléments (12, 2) sont formés à partir de feuilles d'épaisseur et/ou de nature différentes.
    19. Utilisation d'un emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour le conditionnement d'un premier article à usage cosmétique (3), et d'un second article à usage cosmétique (15), identique ou différent de l'usage du premier article.
