Claims (7)
- Klebestation für eine Maschine (1) zum Herstellen von Briefhüllen, Briefumschlägen (2) und/oder von Versandbeuteln und dergleichen, die jeweils eine Verschlußklappe (3) aufweisen, wobei die Klebestation (8, 8a) zum Auftragen von Klebstoff (9), insbesondere in Form eines Haftklebers, auf die Verschlußklappen (3) dient und wobei der Klebstoff (9) nach dem Auftragen mit einem bis zum Gebrauch schützenden Schutzstreifen (10) abgedeckt wird,
und wobei mindestens zwei Einrichtungen (11, 11a, 12) zum Auftragen von unterschiedlichem Klebstoff (9) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wahlweise eine Einrichtung (11, 12) zum Auftragen von unterschiedlichem Klebstoff (9) dienst und
daß die jeweils nicht benötigte Einrichtung (11 oder 12) bei Betrieb der anderen Einrichtung (11 oder 12) ausreichend aus der Bewegungsbahn der mit Klebstoff (9) zu versehenden Produkte entfernbar ist. - Klebestation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (11, 12) in die Arbeitsposition schwenkbar und aus der Arbeitsposition herausschwenkbar ist.
- Klebestation nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum Auftragen von Klebstoff (9) dienende Eirichtung (11, 12) hochschwenkbar ist.
- Klebestation nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine im Takt der Maschine (1) arbeitende Düse (15, 15a) für Schmelzkleber / Heißleim vorgesehen ist und unmittelbar oder mittelbar Schmelzkleber / Heißleim auf die Verschlußklappe (3) aufträgt, während die andere Einrichtung (12) aus ihrer Arbeitsposition herausgeschwenkt ist.
- Klebestation nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (15) den Schmelzkleber / Heißleim auf eine Transferelement (16) abgibt, von dem der Klebstoff (9) sodann auf die Briefhülle, den Briefumschlag (2) bzw. den Versandbeutel übertragen wird.
- Klebestation nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transferelement (16) eine Transferwalze ist.
- Klebestation nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transferelement ein Transfergurt (16b) ist.
