Eine Maschine 1 zum Herstellen von Briefhüllen, Briefumschlägen 2
und/oder Versandbeuteln mit einer Verschlußklappe 3 umfaßt mehrere
Stationen, von denen in Fig. 1 jeweils schematisch nur Teile einer Bodenklappenfaltstation
4 und eine Seitenklappenfaltstation 5 dargestellt
sind. Aus der Seitenklappenfaltstation 5 gelangen die Briefumschläge 2
und dergleichen in eine Staffelstation 6 mit einem Staffelrad 7, mit
dessen Hilfe die einzeln ankommenden Produkte, Briefumschläge 2
bzw. Versandbeutel einander überlappend zusammengeschoben und
sodann in eine Klebestation 8 weitertransportiert werden. In der Klebestation
8 wird ein Klebstoff 9 auf die Innenseiten der Verschlußklappen
3 der Briefumschläge 2 bzw. Versandbeutel aufgetragen und sodann
jeweils mit Hilfe eines Schutzstreifens 10 bis zum Gebrauch der Briefumschläge
2 oder dergleichen abgedeckt (Fig. 2). Es versteht sich, daß
die Fig. 1 und 2 stellvertretend für beliebige Briefhüllen, Briefumschläge
bzw. Versandbeutel nur eine mögliche Ausführungsform zeigen.A
Die Klebestation 8 umfaßt gemäß dem in Fig. 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel
zwei verschiedene Einrichtungen 11 und 12 zum Auftragen
von unterschiedlichem Klebstoff 9. Je nach zu verarbeitendem
Klebstoff 9 ist entweder die eine Einrichtung 11 oder die andere Einrichtung
12 in Betrieb.The
