Claims (14)

  1. Pack, in particular a cigarette pack, preferably having an outer wrapper (14) made of sheet material and having a label (11), which has a weakening line and is fixed on at least one wall of the pack (10) by glue such that the label (11) is destroyed when removed from the pack (10), wherein the label (11) has a plurality of, namely at least two, punched lines (23) in the form of weakening or perforation lines, said lines running in the transverse direction and/or in the longitudinal direction, characterized in that the label is fixed on the pack by hot-glue regions, on the one hand, and by cold-glue regions, on the other hand, and in that at least one hot-glue region or cold-glue region, in particular one spot (19, 20) of hot glue or one spot (21) of cold glue, is arranged in a punched region (22) formed by the punched lines (23).
  2. Pack according to Claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of preferably parallel punched lines (23) form the punched region (22) in a direction transverse to the longitudinal extent of the rectangular label (11), preferably approximately in the central region of the label.
  3. Pack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a plurality of the spots (19, 20, 21) of glue, which are arranged preferably in rows, are positioned in the region of the punched lines (23) and/or in the punched region (22) of the label (11).
  4. Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the punched lines (23), which form a punched region (22), have a nonlinear, in particular arcuate or wave-form, progression, preferably comprise a plurality of arcuate or wave-form, parallel punched lines (23).
  5. Pack according to Claim 4 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the punched lines (23) comprise a plurality of preferably arcuate, parallel punched portions (24), preferably three arcuate punched portions (24) which adjoin one another in opposite directions.
  6. Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the punched region (22) comprises preferably rectilinear punched portions (24), in particular in each case one group of oppositely oriented punched lines (23), which are directed at an angle to the longitudinal extent of the label (11).
  7. Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that residual connections (25) of the label (11) are formed between adjacent punched portions (24) of the punched lines (23) and further residual connections (25) are formed at the ends of the punched lines (23), that is to say towards the free periphery of the label (11).
  8. Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that areas of glue or spots (19, 20, 21) of glue are arranged directly in the region of punched lines (23) such that glue in a free-flowing stage penetrates to some extent into gaps (27) in the punched lines (23).
  9. Pack according to Claim 1 and one of the further claims, characterized in that the spots (19, 20, 21) of glue are applied to the label (11) in rows in the longitudinal direction of the rectangular label (11), in particular such that a respective row of spots (19, 20) of hot glue is arranged adjacent to longitudinal edges of the label (11) and a row of spots (21) of cold glue is arranged between said rows of spots of hot glue, preferably approximately in a longitudinal centre of the label (11).
  10. Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that in each case at least one spot (19) of glue, preferably a spot of hot glue, is positioned in the region of corners of the rectangular label (11).
  11. Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that, in the case of the label (11) being connected by glue to the outer wrapper (14) of the pack (10), spots (28) of glue, in particular spots (28) of hot glue, are applied to the free outer side of the label (11) in order to connect the latter to the outer wrapper (14), wherein preferably the spots (21) of cold glue are of certain relation to the spots (28) of hot glue, albeit to some extent in the region of the punched lines (23), and wherein, preferably in a piece (48) of label assigned to the spots (28) of hot glue, there are spots (19) of hot glue applied to the label (11) in the corner region.
  12. Method for producing packs (10), in particular cigarette packs, preferably having an outer wrapper (14) made of sheet material and having a label (11), which has a weakening line and is fixed on at least one wall of the pack (10) by glue, characterized by the following features:
    a) cold-glue regions are, in particular a row of spots (21) of cold glue is, applied to the pack (10) or the rear wall (18) thereof,
    b) with its longitudinal extent oriented in the conveying direction, the label (11) is transported through a label apparatus (31) and prepared for transfer to a pack (10),
    c) in a first station, a plurality of preferably parallel punched lines (23) are applied, preferably in an approximately central region of the label (11), via a punching subassembly (33) having a plurality of transversely running punching blades,
    d) in a subsequent station, a gluing subassembly (39) with preferably two hot-glue valves (40) applies a plurality of, preferably two, rows of hot-glue regions, in particular spots (19, 20) of hot glue, to the free side of the label (11) such that, once the label (11) has been placed in position on the pack (10), the connection between separate hot-glue regions (19, 20), on the one hand, and cold-glue regions (21), on the other hand, is established,
    e) thereafter, the label (11) is placed in position, by way of the glued side, on an upwardly oriented surface of a pack (10), in particular on a rear wall (18).
  13. Method according to Claim 12, characterized in that the packs (10) provided with the label (11) are fed to a wrapping station (43) in order for an outer wrapper (14) to be applied, wherein the region of the wrapping station (43) contains a glue subassembly, in particular a hot-glue nozzle (46) for transferring glue, in particular spots (28) of hot glue, to the outer side of the label (11) prior to the outer wrapper (14) being applied and in order for the label (11), or a piece (48) of a label, to be connected to the outer wrapper (14).
  14. Method according to Claim 12 or 13, characterized in that, once the label (11) has been applied to the pack (10), pressure is applied, at least in the region of the label (11), while the pack (10) is being transported, said pressure being exerted preferably by a pressure-exerting belt (42) which is located above the movement path of the packs (10) and runs along with the latter.
