Claims (12)
- Procédé de déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique pour bouteille à vins effervescents du type champagne, ledit bouchon (2) comportant une base apte à constituer une partie de paroi interne (17) de ladite bouteille (6) et une paroi externe (30) susceptible de s'appliquer sur la paroi interne (24) du goulot (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :on déforme longitudinalement au moins une portion de ladite paroi externe (30) dudit bouchon (2) jusqu'à sa base lors de la fermeture de ladite bouteille (6) de façon à réaliser au moins une rainure (18, 33) formant canal dans ledit bouchon, une première extrémité (20) dudit canal débouchant dans une portion de ladite partie de paroi interne (17) et une deuxième extrémité (22) dudit canal débouchant dans ladite paroi externe dudit bouchon (2) ; et,on maintient la déformation longitudinale durant la période d'obturation de ladite bouteille (6) par ledit bouchon (2), de façon que ladite rainure (18, 33) formant canal persiste durant le débouchage partiel de ladite bouteille (6) par quoi ladite deuxième extrémité (22) dudit canal débouchant à l'extérieur de ladite bouteille (6), fait communiquer l'intérieur de la bouteille (6) avec l'extérieur.
- Procédé de déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on déforme longitudinalement, au moins une portion de ladite paroi externe (30) dudit bouchon (2) jusqu'à sa base lors de la fermeture de ladite bouteille de façon à réaliser au moins une rainure (18, 33) longitudinale formant canal dans ledit bouchon (2).
- Procédé de déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on déforme longitudinalement au moins une portion de ladite paroi externe (30) dudit bouchon (2) jusqu'à sa base lors de la fermeture de ladite bouteille (6) selon une déformation progressive, de ladite paroi (30) vers ladite base, par quoi le dégagement dudit bouchon (2) du goulot (4) parallèlement à ladite déformation libère partiellement ladite rainure (18, 33) formant canal.
- Procédé de déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on déforme longitudinalement au moins une portion de ladite paroi externe (30) dudit bouchon (2) jusqu'à sa base lors de la fermeture de ladite bouteille (6) selon une déformation hémi-tronconique.
- Procédé de deformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on déforme longitudinalement au moins une portion de ladite paroi externe (30) dudit bouchon (2) jusqu'à sa base lors de la fermeture de ladite bouteille (6) sur une longueur comprise entre 10 et 20 mm.
- Dispositif destiné à la déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique pour bouteille à vins effervescents du type champagne, ledit bouchon comportant une base apte à constituer une partie de paroi interne (17) de ladite bouteille (6) et une paroi externe susceptible de s'appliquer sur la paroi interne (24) du goulot (4),
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (6, 4, 32) solidaires de ladite paroi interne (24) dudit goulot (4) et s'étendant jusque dans la paroi interne de ladite bouteille (6) pour déformer longitudinalement au moins une portion de ladite paroi externe (30) dudit bouchon (2) jusqu'à sa base lors de la fermeture de ladite bouteille (6) et pour maintenir ladite paroi externe (30) déformée durant la période d'obturation de ladite bouteille (6) par ledit bouchon (2) de façon à réaliser au moins une rainure (18, 33) formant canal dans ledit bouchon (2), une première extrémité (20) dudit canal débouchant dans une portion de ladite partie de paroi interne (17) et une deuxième extrémité (22) dudit canal débouchant dans ladite paroi externe dudit bouchon (2), lesdits moyens étant disposés de façon à libérer la rainure lorsque le bouchon est partiellement dégagé du goulot et à permettre ainsi le passage des gaz entre le première et la deuxième extrémité dudit canal. - Dispositif destiné à la déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :une bouteille (6) terminée par un goulot (4) ; et,au moins une nervure (32) solidaire de ladite paroi interne (24) dudit goulot (4) et espacée du bord supérieur dudit goulot (4), ladite nervure (32) étant disposée verticalement et s'étendant jusque dans ladite paroi interne de ladite bouteille (6).
- Dispositif destiné à la déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (6, 4, 32) pour déformer longitudinalement au moins une portion de ladite paroi externe (30) dudit bouchon (2) et pour la maintenir déformée comprennent une nervure (32) dont la section est croissante du goulot (4) vers la paroi interne de la bouteille.
- Dispositif destiné à la deformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite nervure (32) présente une forme hémi-tronconique.
- Dispositif destiné à la déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite nervure (32) s'étend sur une longueur comprise entre 10 et 20 mm.
- Dispositif destiné à la déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite nervure fait partie intégrante d'une virole qui s'applique contre la paroi interne (24) du goulot (4), dans l'extrémité supérieure dudit goulot (4).
- Contenant pour vins effervescents sous pression du type champagne comportant une bouteille prolongée par un goulot, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif destiné à la déformation d'un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique obtenu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, le goulot de ladite bouteille étant obturé par un bouchon en liège (2) d'origine naturelle et/ou synthétique.
