Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Flächenelementes für eine Wand oder für einen Boden oder für ein Dach,wobei eine Mehrzahl von Sandwichplatten hergestellt wird und wobei zur Herstellung einer Sandwichplatte zumindest eine Isolierplatte (3) auf eine untere Deckplatte (1) aufgebracht wird und wobei eine obere Deckplatte (2) auf die Isolierplatte (3) aufgebracht wird,wobei die einzelnen Sandwichplatten miteinander über ihre Seitenkanten zu einer Sandwichbahn verbunden werdenund wobei die Sandwichbahn anschließend zu den einzelnen Flächenelementen zerschnitten oder zersägt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei für die unteren Deckplatten und/oder für die oberen Deckplatten eine Plattenart aus der Gruppe "Gipsplatten, Holzwerkstoffplatten, Vermikulitplatten" eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei als Isolierplatten Platten aus geschäumtem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus geschäumtem Polystyrol verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die unteren Deckplatten mit den Isolierplatten mittels eines Klebers verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die oberen Deckplatten mit den Isolierplatten mittels eines Klebers verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, wobei als Kleber ein Polyurethan-Kleber eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei ein Aggregat aus einer unteren Deckplatte, aus zumindest einer Isolierplatte und aus einer oberen Deckplatte zu einer Sandwichplatte gepresst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei beim Einfügen einer Isolierplatte (3) zwischen unterer und oberer Deckplatte (1, 2) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Isolierplatte (3) Verstärkungsrippen (4) eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Verstärkungsrippen (4) quer zur Längsrichtung der Sandwichbahn angeordnet werden und sich über die gesamte Breite der Sandwichbahn erstrecken.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Sandwichplatten an ihren Seitenkanten mit Hilfe eines Klebers miteinander zu der Sandwichbahn verbunden werden.
