Description
In dieser Figur wird ein Bogenstapel 1 auf einer Palette 2 dargestellt, wobei die Palette 2 auf einem Ausrichttisch 3 angeordnet ist. Über dem Stapel 1 ist ein Rahmen 4 vorgesehen, der über dem Stapel absinken und wieder hochfahren kann. Dieser Rahmen 4 stützt insbesondere ein Greifersystem 5, das die Paletten bewegen kann, und ein Erfassungssystem. Das Erfassungssystem umfaßt zwei optische Fühler 7 und 8, die an den Stützen 9 und 10 befestigt sind. Die Stützen 9 und 10 sind wiederum mittels Druckluftzylindern 11 und 12 (siehe Figur 3), die eine Bewegung der optischen Fühler 7 und 8 zwischen einer Ausgangsstellung und einer Endstellung gestatten, an dem Rahmen 4 befestigt. Diese Endstellung wird in Figur 3 durch die optischen Fühler 7' und 8' schematisch dargestellt. Der Abstand zwischen der Ausgangsstellung und der Endstellung kann durch bewegliche Anschläge eingestellt werden. Somit kann das System unterschiedlichen Hologrammgrößen angepaßt werden. Die optischen Fühler 7 und 8 geben jeweils einen Lichtstrahl 13 und 14 ab, dessen Reflexion auf der Palette 2 für die Erfassung verwendet wird. Die Fühler 7 und 8 geben jeweils einen Lichtstrahl 13, 14 ab, der bezüglich der Oberfläche der Bögen des Stapels 1, das heißt der Palette 2, nicht senkrecht verläuft, sondern bezüglich der Oberfläche des Stapels vorzugsweise um 40° abgewinkelt ist, um nicht von den verschiedenen Reflexionskoeffizienten der Paletten, oder der Farbe der Drucke auf dem Papier, beeinträchtigt zu werden.
- Einschalten der Fühler,
- Verschieben der Fühler über eine vorbestimmte Strecke,
- kontinuierliches Analysieren des durch Reflexion abgegebenen Lichtsignals zur Erfassung des Vorhandenseins von Bögen,
- Anhalten der Fühler am Ende der Bahn,
- Abgeben eines geeigneten Signals in Abhängigkeit des Ergebnisses der Erfassung,
- Ausschalten der Fühler und Zurückführen der Fühler in ihre Ausgangsstellung.
Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Erfassung des Vorhandenseins von Papierbögen (1), insbesondere Wertpapierbögen, auf einer Palette (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens einen optischen Fühler (7, 8), der einen bezüglich der Oberfläche der Palette (2) winkelförmig geneigten Lichtstrahl (13, 14) abgibt und die Oberfläche der Palette (2) an einem Reflexionspunkt anstrahlt, Mittel (9, 10, 11, 12) zur Verschiebung des Reflexionspunktes über eine vorbestimmte Strecke über die Fläche der Palette (2) zwischen einer Ausgangsstellung und einer Endstellung, und Mittel zum Analysieren des durch Reflexion abgegebenen Lichtsignals zur Erfassung des Vorhandenseins von Bögen während der Verschiebung des Reflexionspunktes und zum Abgeben eines geeigneten Signals in Abhängigkeit des Ergebnisses der Erfassung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die winkelförmige Neigung ca. 40° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei symmetrische Fühler (7, 8) enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, die eine Verschiebung des Reflexionspunktes gestatten, mindestens durch einen Druckluftzylinder (11, 12) gebildet werden, der auf eine Stütze (9, 10) an der jeder Fühler (7, 8) befestigt ist, so einwirkt, dass der Fühler (7, 8) parallel zur Oberfläche der Palette verschoben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebung über eine vorbestimmte Strecke erfolgt die größer ist als die Abmessung eines auf dem Papier vorhandenen Hologramms.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Ausgangsstellung und der Endstellung einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Greifersystem (5) zur Korrektur der Position der Palette in Abhängigkeit des Ergebnisses der Erfassung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem Greifersystem (5) durchgeführte Korrektur von dem Fühler (7, 8) bestätigen werden kann.
- Verfahren zur Erfassung von Ries Papier, insbesondere Ries Wertpapier, auf einer Palette mittels mindestens eines optischen Fühlers, der einen Lichtstrahl auf einen Reflexionspunkt abgibt, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:Einschalten des Fühlers,Verschieben des Reflexionspunktes,Analysieren des durch Reflexion abgegebenen Lichtsignals zur Erfassung des Vorhandenseins von Bögen,Anhalten der Bewegung des Reflexionspunktes,Abgeben eines geeigneten Signals in Abhängigkeit des Ergebnisses der Erfassung,Ausschalten des Fühlers.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschieben des Reflexionspunktes durch lineares Verschieben des Fühlers über eine parallel zur Oberfläche der Palette verlaufende, vorbestimmte Strecke erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorbestimmte Strecke größer ist als die Abmessung eines auf dem Papier vorhandenen Hologramms.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zwei symmetrische Fühler verwendet.
