Claims (6)
- Dispositif de déplacement d'une bande adhésive comprenant un support pour une bobine (9) de bande adhésive (10) et deux moyens d'entraínement espacés (A et B), à courroie ou chaíne, entraínés par des moyens moteurs communs (20) et décrivant une trajectoire sans fin en passant sur une roue de renvoi motrice (14 ou 15) et au moins une roue de renvoi libre (16 ou 17), trajectoire au cours de laquelle la face adhésive (10a) de la bande (10) est plaquée contre les brins (12a ou 13a) de ces moyens, caractérisé en ce que ces deux moyens d'entraínement (A et B) sont disposés de manière que le brin actif (12a, 13a) qui, dans chacun d'eux, coopère avec la face adhésive (10a) de la bande (10), soit rectiligne, parallèle, espacé du brin actif juxtaposé et possède un chant (12b, 13b) disposé sensiblement dans le même plan que celui du brin juxtaposé, ce plan étant parallèle et confondu avec celui de la bande, ces deux brins actifs (12a, 13a) en vis-à-vis étant espacés l'un de l'autre par une distance inférieure à la largeur de la bande adhésive (10) afin que leurs chants (12b, 13b) coopèrent avec les bords longitudinaux de ladite bande.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour la distribution de tronçons adhésifs prédécoupés, les moyens d'entraínement sans fin (A et B) sont disposés de manière que la trajectoire de déplacement de la bande (10) amène l'extrémité libre (33) d'un tronçon extrême (32) dans la trajectoire de conditionnements (3) en déplacement sur un convoyeur, en amont d'un rouleau ou d'une brosse de plaquage (35), et le moteur électrique (20,) commun aux moyens d'entraínement (A et B), est contrôlé par un moyen de commande (22) déclenchant son alimentation au passage de chaque conditionnement et arrêtant son alimentation quand une longueur de tronçon (32) est dévidée et est au moins partiellement plaquée contre le conditionnement (3), pour provoquer, par arrêt du dévidage, la déchirure d'une ligne de prédécoupage (30) formée entre la bande et son tronçon extrême.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de prédécoupage du tronçon (32) dans la bande (10) sont constitués, d'une part, par une lame (26) disposée transversalement entre les deux brins actifs (12a, 13a) des moyens de dévidage (A et B), cette lame étant reliée à des moyens (29) aptes à la déplacer alternativement, dans un sens, en direction de la face adhésive (10a) de la bande (10), puis dans l'autre sens, sous le contrôle de moyens de commande réagissant à l'arrêt du dévidage, et, d'autre part, par une enclume fixe (27) contre laquelle glisse le dos non adhésif de la bande.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la lame (26) des moyens de prédécoupage (26 à 29) est disposée transversalement entre les deux brins actifs (12a, 13a) des moyens d'entraínement (A et B) de la bande adhésive (10).
- Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des moyens de prédécoupage (26 à 29) est disposé en amont ou en aval des moyens d'entraínement (A et B) de la bande adhésive.
- Dispositif de déplacement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour la distribution de tronçons adhésifs découpés in situ, les moyens d'entraínement sans fin (A et B) sont disposés de manière que la trajectoire de déplacement de la bande (10) amène l'extrémité libre de celle-ci dans la trajectoire de déplacement des conditionnements (3), en amont du rouleau ou de la brosse de plaquage (35), tandis que le moteur électrique (20) commun aux moyens d'entraínement (A et B) est contrôlé par un moyen de commande (22) déclenchant son alimentation au passage d'un conditionnement et arrêtant son alimentation quand une longueur de tronçon est dévidée, et que les moyens sectionnant le tronçon dans la bande adhésive sont disposés en aval des moyens d'entraínement (A et B).
