Claims (6)
- Bogenleiteinrichtung in der Bogenanlage von Druckmaschinen mit einer Schwinganlage (2), die einen auf einem der Schwinganlage (2) vorgeordneten Anlegetisch (1) mit Hilfe von Anlegmarken (7) ausgerichteten Bogen erfasst und einem umlaufenden, der Schwinganlage (2) nachgeordneten Zylinder (3) übergibt, wobei ein abziehender Bogen (10) von dem Zylinder (3) zu einem nachgeordneten Druckzylinder (4) gefördert wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Drehrichtung (19) des Zylinders (3) vor einer Übergabeposition (20), in der die Übergabe des von der Schwinganlage (2) geförderten abziehenden Bogens (10) an den Zylinder (3) erfolgt, eine sich über die gesamte Breite des Zylinders (3) erstreckende als ein mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbarer Saugkasten (22) ausgebildete pneumatische Bogenleiteinrichtung (21) vorgesehen ist zum Ableiten einer durch einen Mantel (16) des Zylinders (3) sowie einer dem Mantel (16) zugewandten Seite des abziehenden Bogens (10) initiierten Schleppströmung sowie zur Realisierung eines Unterdruckes zwischen dem Mantel (16) und dem abziehenden Bogen (10).
- Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkasten (22) ein dem Zylinder (3) zugewandtes, sich dem Mantel (16) annäherndes Oberblech (24) und ein dem abziehenden Bogen (10) zugewandtes Unterblech (25), die eine gemeinsame Kante (28) bilden, aufweist, wobei das Unterblech (25) über die Fläche verteilt mit Saugbohrungen (27) und die Kante (28) mit Aussparungen (29) für den Durchtritt der Greifer des Greifersystems (15) versehen ist.
- Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (29) als Saugöffnungen ausgebildet sind.
- Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterblech (25) als Äquidistante zur Bahn (26) der Greifer des Greifersystems (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkasten (22) höhenverstellbar und bezüglich der Lage zum Zylinder (2) einstellbar ausgeführt ist.
- Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterdruck des Saugkastens (22) den Betriebzuständen der Druckmaschine nachführbar ist.
