Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Betriebssteuerung einer elektrostatischen Beschichtungsanlage, deren Beschichtungsvorrichtung von einem Hochspannungserzeuger mit Strom und Spannung steuerbarer Größe versorgt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während eines Beschichtungsvorgangs nicht zu überschreitende Grenzwerte sowohl für die Spannung als auch für den Strom durch den Hochspannungserzeuger steuernde Datensignale eines Steuersystems vorgegeben werden,
und dass bei Erreichen des Grenzwerts eines dieser Parameter dessen Überschreiten durch selbsttätiges Herabsetzen des jeweils anderen Parameters während der weiteren Beschichtung verhindert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Signale eines den Hochspannungserzeuger steuernden übergeordneten Steuersystems der Grenzwert mindestens eines der beiden Parameter zur Anpassung des Beschichtungsbetriebes an unterschiedliche Beschichtungsvorrichtungen, Beschichtungsaufgaben oder sonstige Betriebsbedingungen geändert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Sollwerte für Strom und/oder Spannung durch Signale eines den Hochspannungserzeuger steuernden übergeordneten Steuersystems entsprechend den jeweiligen Betriebsbedingungen vorgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Sollwert die einstellbaren Grenzwerte vorgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollwerte und/oder die Grenzwerte in einem Datenspeichersystem abgelegt sind und von einem Programmsteuersystem selbsttätig ausgewählt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grenzwert mindestens eines der beiden Parameter während der Beschichtung zur Optimierung des Beschichtungsprozesses selbsttätig variiert wird.
- Beschichtungsanlage zur Serienbeschichtung von Werkstücken mit einer elektrostatischen Beschichtungsvorrichtung, die zur Aufladung des abgesprühten Beschichtungsmaterials an einen Hochspannungserzeuger angeschlossen oder anschließbar ist oder diesen enthält,
und mit einem Steuersystem zum Steuern des Hochspannungserzeugers,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuersystem oder der Hochspannungserzeuger ein Datenspeichersystem enthält, in dem unterschiedliche Grenzwerte sowohl für die von dem Hochspannungserzeuger zu erzeugende Spannung als auch für den der Beschichtungsvorrichtung zuzuführenden Strom abgelegt sind,
und dass mit den gespeicherten, von dem Steuersystem auswählbaren Spannungs- und Stromgrenzwertdaten die Stromerzeugungsschaltung des Hochspannungserzeugers steuerbar ist.
