Claims (19)
- Pumpe, insbesondere Kreiselpumpe als Umwälzpumpe (1) für wasserführende Haushaltgeräte, wie Geschirrspülmaschinen oder Waschmaschinen, welche mit einer elektrischen Heizungseinrichtung (2) innerhalb des Pumpengehäuses (3) zur Spülwassererwärmung ausgebildet ist, und bei welcher das Pumpengehäuse (3) mit Ansaugstutzen (4) und Druckstutzen (5, 5') und mit einem im Gehäuse umlaufenden radial verdichtenden Laufrad (6) für den Transport der Spülflüssigkeit versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpengehäuse (3) der Umwälzpumpe (1) mit einer das Laufrad (6) rotationssymmetrisch umgebenden Pumpenkammer (11) ausgebildet ist, welche in einen das Laufrad (6) aufnehmenden strömungsintensiven Laufradraum (12), einen dem Laufradraum (12) nachgeschalteten Diffusorraum (13), in dem ein Teil der Strömungsgeschwindigkeit in Druck umgewandelt wird, und in einen diesem Raum nachgeordneten strömungsberuhigten Druckraum (14) geteilt ist, von welchem ein oder mehrere Druckstutzen (5, 5') abzweigen und in welchem sich die Heizungseinrichtung (2) befindet. - Umwälzpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Diffusorraum (13) als Ringdiffusor ausgebildet ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Diffusorraum (13) durch eine gehäusefeste rotationssymmetrische Stegwand (16) gebildet wird, welche in Strömungsrichtung der Spülflüssigkeit gesehen konzentrisch zum Laufrad (6) und vor diesem radial zum Laufradumfang ausgerichtet ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stegwand (16) ringscheibenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stegwand (16) an einem zumindest annähernd zylindrischen und achsgleich zum Laufrad (6) im Pumpengehäuse (3) angeordneten Einsatz (18) ausgebildet ist, welcher den strömungsberuhigten Druckraum (14) begrenzt. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (18) vorzugsweise mit dem Ansaugstutzen (4) am Pumpengehäuse (3) ein Bauteil bildet. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Druckstutzen (5, 5') tragende rotationssymmetrische Pumpengehäuse (3) pumpenansaugseitig mit einem Gehäusedeckel verschlossen ist, welcher den Ansaugstutzen (4) zentrisch umgibt. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusedeckel mit dem Ansaugstutzen (4) und/oder dem Einsatz (18) für den Ringdiffusor und Druckraum (14) einteilig ausgebildet ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusedeckel und/oder das den Laufradraum (12), Diffusorraum (13) und Druckraum (14) bildende Pumpengehäuse (3) aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Druckstutzen (5, 5') tragende rotationssymmetrische Pumpengehäuse (3) lösbar oder fest mit dem Lagerschild für das Laufrad (6) verbunden ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpengehäuse (3) einteilig mit dem Lagerschild vorzugsweise als Kunststoffspritzteil ausgebildet ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpengehäuse (3) als Metallteil (21) mit integrierten Rohrheizkörpern (7) der Heizungseinrichtung (2) ausgebildet ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizungseinrichtung (2) im strömungsberuhigten Druckraum (14) als rotationssymmetrisches ringförmiges Heizmodul (Rohrheizkörper (7)) ausgebildet ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizungseinrichtung (2) im Pumpengehäuse (3) am Pumpen-Gehäusedeckel (8) der Umwälzpumpe (1) lösbar befestigt ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizungseinrichtung (2) im Pumpengehäuse (3) am Einsatz (18) montiert ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohrheizkörper (7) der Heizungseinrichtung (2) als Spirale oder umlaufend ringförmig vorzugsweise in Art einer gewickelte Zylinderspule ein- oder mehrfach gewunden ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizungseinrichtung (2) als separat montierbarer Teil des Pumpengehäuses (3) ausgebildet ist. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Sicherheitseinrichtungen, wie Thermoschalter (20), Druckschalter, Trübungssensoren oder dergl. außen am Pumpengehäuse (3) vorzugsweise in Prägungen des Pumpengehäuses (3) und/oder des Gehäusedeckels (8) angeordnet sind. - Umwälzpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizungseinrichtung (2) mit Abstand zu den Wandungen des Pumpengehäuses (3) an der Umwälzpumpe (1) montiert ist.
