Abstract
Description
Den Transport- und Originalitätsschutz, als Einführhilfe für Meß- und Applikationsaccessoires und als Informationsträger über den Inhalt, die, beispielsweise im Tamponprintdruck, insbesondere auf dem Plättchen aufgebracht ist. Unter Einsatzbedingungen wird das die zentrale Öffnung überdeckende Plättchen aus der Schutzkappe der Aerosoldose herausgebrochen und die Meß- und Applikationsaccessoires in die zentrale Öffnung eingesetzt, mit deren Hilfe das abgepackte Produkt appliziert werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Schutzkappe gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 in Verbindung mit dessen kennzeichnenden Merkmalen gelöst.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezug auf Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigten:

- das Oberteil einer Aerosoldose und eine Schutzkappe mit daran befestigtem Abgabekopf vor dem Aufsetzen auf die Aerosoldose in Seitenansicht und teilweisem Schnitt;

- Fig. 3
- das Oberteil einer Aerosoldose mit aufgesetzter Schutzkappe und separiertem, auf den Ausgabestem der Aerosoldose aufgesetztem Abgabekopf in Seitenansicht mit teilweisem Schnitt;
- Fig. 4
- das gleiche wie in Fig. 3 in Draufsicht.
Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist die Schutzkappe 4 zweiteilige parallel zueinander angeordnete Doppelwände 6, 6' auf, wobei nur die innere Wand 6' Vorsprünge 5 aufweist, die vorzugsweise als Rastvorsprünge 5 gestaltet sind. Natürlich kann auch eine einteilige oder sonstwie gestaltete Seitenwand vorgesehen sein.
Die Dose 1 kann ein Treibmittel enthalten oder mit einer manuellen Pumpvorrichtung ausgestaltet sein. Unter der Bezeichnung "Aerosoldose" sollen beide Möglichkeiten verstanden werden.
Der abgetrennte Abgabekopf 10 kann, im Falle der Verwendung von in die dann offen liegende zentrale Öffnung 8 einsetzbaren üblichen Mess- und Applikationsaccessoires (nicht dargestellt), entsorgt werden. Im Falle, daß derartige Accessoires nicht zur Verfügung stehen, kann der abgetrennte Abgabekopf 10 nach Entfernung der Schutzkappe 4 mit seinem Stemstutzen 11 wieder auf den Ausgabestem 3 aufgesetzt bzw. mit ihm verbunden werden.
Zur Erfüllung der Schutzfunktion weist die Schutzkappe 4 eine weitere Erweiterung 9' der zentralen Öffnung 8 auf, die der ersten Erweiterung 9 gegenüberliegt. Diese weitere Erweiterung 9' dient dazu, daß auch bei Anordnung des Abgabekopfes 10 auf dem Ausgabestem 3 die wieder aufgesetzte Schutzkappe 4 den Abgabekopf 10 mindestens teilweise schützend umgeben kann. Der Abgabestutzen 12 kann auch in eine.in die Seitenwände 5, 5' reichende Führungsöffnung 16 (s. besonders Fig. 4) ragen. Hierbei steht der Abgabestutzen 12 mit der Ausgabeöffnung 13 (siehe Fig. 3) über die Wandung der wieder aufgesetzten Schutzkappe 4 und des Behälters 1 hervor und ermöglicht eine sich daran orientierende, zielgerichtete Ausgabe des Doseninhalts.
Die Schutzkappe 4 kann im Innern auch Abstützungen 17 aufweisen, die ihre Anordnung auf der oberen Fläche der Dose 1 stabilisieren. Diese Abstützungen 17 können auch als in Richtung der Dose 1 weisende Wandungen, die die Öffnung 8 und der Erweiterungen 9, 9' umgeben, ausgestaltet sein, gegebenenfalls unter Aussparung der Führungsöffnung 16 für eine Anordnung des Abgabestutzens 12.
Vorzugsweise kann die Schutzkappe 4 mit integriertem Abgabekopf 10 einstückig im Spritzgußverfahren aus einem geeignetem Kunststoff hergestellt werden.
Claims (9)
- Schutzkappe (4) für Aerosoldosen (1) mit Vorsprüngen (5) zur Befestigung auf der Dose (1) und einer den Zugang zum Ausgabestem (3) der Dose (1) ermöglichenden zentralen Öffnung (8), die zur Aufnahme von Mess- und Applikations-Accessoires dient, und ein entfernbares, im Bereich der zentralen Öffnung (8) angeordnetes und als Originalschutz vorgesehens Plättchen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Plättchen als zur Anordnung auf dem Ausgabestem (3) der Dose (1) geeigneter, von der Schutzkappe (4) trennbarer Abgabekopf (10) mit einem Ausgabekanal (14) ausgestaltet ist.
- Schutzkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abgabe kopf (10) innerhalb der Abmessungen der Schutzkappe (4) befestigt ist und in dieser Position keine unbeabsichtigte Entnahme zuläßt.
- Schutzkappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abgabekopf (10) im Spritzgußverfahren mit mindestens einem Teil der Schutzkappe (4) einstückig hergestellt ist.
- Schutzkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der zentralen Öffnung (8) ausgehende Aussparungen (9, 9') vorgesehen sind.
- Schutzkappe nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abgabekopf (10) mit mindestens einem Teil der Schutzkappe (4) über mindestens zwei Verbindungsstege (15; 15') verbunden ist.
- Schutzkappe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (15; 15') durch Materialverdünnungen erzeugt sind.
- Schutzkappe nach Anspruch 3 oder 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (15; 15') auf einer gemeinsamen Kippachse zu beiden Längsseiten des Abgabekopfes (10) angeordnet sind.
- Schutzkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzkappe (4) mindestens zwei sich gegenüberliegende Abstützungen (17) aufweist, die sich im aufgesetzten Zustand auf der Dose (1) abstützen.
- Schutzkappe nach Anspruch 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützungen (17) zur Dose (1) gerichtete, die Öffnung (8) und die Aussparungen (9, 9') mindestens teilweise umgebende Wände sind.
