Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tragvorrichtung für sanitäre Einrichtungen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Traggestelle der genannten Art sind seit langem bekannt und haben sich insbesondere für die Renovation von Gebäuden bewährt. Bei der Montage von solchen Traggestellen werden vorgefertigte Montageelemente vom Sanitär-Installateur und anschliessend der Fertigausbau vom Schreiner bzw. Küchenbauer ausgeführt. Bei der Rohbaumontage wird das Traggestell auf dem Fertigboden befestigt. Der Sanitär-Installateur erstellt die notwendigen Schnittstellen, insbesondere die Markierung aller Durchbrüche, die horizontalen und vertikalen Wandanschlüsse sowie die Befestigung für die Verkleidungselemente. Nach der Montage des Traggestelles übernimmt der Schreiner bzw. Küchenbauer die Montage der dekorativen Elemente, also insbesondere der Verkleidung des Traggestells.
  • Durch die FR-A-2 355 962 ist eine Tragvorrichtung für sanitäre Einrichtungen bekannt geworden. Diese weist ein Traggestell auf, an dem eine Verkleidung befestigt wird, an welcher ein Sanitärkörper angebracht ist. Im Bodenbereich der Tragvorrichtung ist eine sich horizontal erstreckende Bodenschiene angeordnet.
  • Die DE-A-36 17 616 offenbart ein Traggestell für einen Installationsblock, der in eine Leichtbauwand einzubauen ist. Zur bodenseitigen Abstützung ist eine Fussplatte vorgesehen, die mittels Schrauben fest mit dem Rohboden verbunden wird und die von oben in eine U-förmige Profilschiene eingesetzt wird. Vertikale Profilschienen greifen jeweils mit einem unteren Ende in die Profilschiene ein.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Tragvorrichtung der genannten Art zu schaffen, die eine einfache Montage ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Tragvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Die Bodenschiene wird vom Sanitär-Installateur mit dem Traggestell montiert und dient für den Fertigausbau durch den Fliesenleger zur Erstellung des Bodenanschlusses. Die Bodenschiene kann als verlorene Schalung verwendet werden und eignet sich zudem für die Befestigung eines Schalldämmstreifens als auch zur Befestigung einer Dichtungsfolie. Schliesslich dient diese Bodenschiene insbesondere als Schattenfuge zur Befestigung von Wandplatten, die vertikal ausgerichtet sind und mit Bodenplatten eine Einheit bilden können.
  • Diese Bodenschiene bildet mit den Fussstützen eine Einheit, was eine besonders einfache Montage ermöglicht. Zudem wird damit eine hohe Stabilität des Traggestelles erreicht. An einem solchen Traggestell können vom Schreiner bzw. Küchenbauer die verschiedensten sogenannten Fertigoberflächen befestigt werden. Solche Fertigoberflächen bestehen in der Regel aus Schichtpressstoffplatten.
  • Ist gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass die Mittel zur Befestigung des Traggestells an der Gebäudewand eine sich horizontal erstreckende Wandschiene aufweisen, so ist die Befestigung von sogenannten Fertigoberflächen noch weiter vereinfacht. Durch diese Wandschiene wird zudem eine klare Schnittstelle für die Befestigung weiterer Dekorations- und Verkleidungselemente über dem Traggestell geschaffen.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Die Tragvorrichtung 1 weist gemäss Fig. 1 ein Traggestell 2 auf, das im montierten Zustand in einem Gebäude 24 auf einem Rohboden 4 sowie an einer Gebäudewand 6 befestigt ist. Das Traggestell 2 besteht gemäss den Fig. 3 und 4 aus einem Bodenteil 25, vertikal ausgerichteten Profilstangen 14 sowie einem oberen Abschlussteil 26, der mit Befestigungslaschen 15 an einer Wandschiene 12 befestigt ist.
  • Der Bodenteil 25 weist mehrere Fussstützen 7 auf, die ebenfalls aus Profilschienen bestehen und die mit Befestigungswinkeln 13 auf dem Rohboden 4 befestigt, beispielsweise angeschraubt sind. Die Fussstützen 7 sind mit einer Bodenschiene 9 fest miteinander verbunden. Diese Bodenschiene 9 ist beispielsweise aus einem Metallblech hergestellt und mit den Fussstützen 7 verbunden, beispielsweise verschraubt. Wie ersichtlich, erstreckt sich die Bodenschiene 9 horizontal und vertikal bis zur Oberseite 4a des Rohbodens 4. An der Vorderseite der Bodenschiene 9 ist ein Dämmstreifen 8 befestigt, beispielsweise aufgeklebt. Dieser Dämmstreifen 8 erstreckt sich ebenfalls horizontal und vertikal bis zur Oberseite 4a und besteht aus einem schalldämmenden Werkstoff, beispielsweise aus einem geeigneten geschäumten Kunststoff. Der Dämmstreifen vermindert die Übertragung von Körperschall von und zum Traggestell 2. Die Bodenschiene ist vorteilhaft gegenüber einer Verkleidungsebene A (Fig. 6) um das Mass der Dämmstreifen und der Fliesendicke zurückversetzt.
  • An den Profilschienen 14 sind Sanitärelemente, beispielsweise ein Spülkasten 17 und ein Ablaufbogen 16 befestigt. An den Profilschienen 14 sind zudem Traversen 27 und 28 befestigt, in welche hier nicht gezeigte Gewindestangen zur Befestigung von Sanitärartikeln, beispielsweise die in Fig. 5 gezeigte Schüssel 21 und ein Bidet 20 vorgesehen sind. Die Profilschienen 14 bilden somit mit dem Bodenteil 25 und dem Abschlussteil 26 eine selbsttragende Einheit, an welcher auch vergleichsweise schwere Sanitärartikel, wie das obengenannte Bidet 20 oder die Schüssel 21 befestigbar sind.
  • Anhand der Fig. 3 bis 6 wird nachfolgend die Montage der erfindungsgemässen Tragvorrichtung näher erläutert.
  • Zuerst werden gemäss Fig. 3 der Bodenteil 25 und die Wandschiene 12 am Rohboden 4 bzw. an der Gebäudewand 6 befestigt. Die Befestigung erfolgt beispielsweise mit hier nicht gezeigten Dübelschrauben. Der Bodenteil 25 ist vorzugsweise vormontiert, und somit mit der Bodenschiene 9 sowie dem Dämmstreifen 8 versehen. Denkbar ist aber auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher die Bodenschiene und/oder der Dämmstreifen 8 an Ort an den Fussstützen 7 befestigt werden. Sind der Bodenteil 25 und die Wandschiene 12 befestigt, so werden die Profilschienen 14 mit dem oberen Abschlussteil 26 befestigt. Zur Befestigung an der Wandschiene 12 sind Befestigungslaschen vorgesehen, die an der im Querschnitt C-förmige Randschiene 12 befestigt, beispielsweise eingerastet werden. Die Profilschienen 14 können so ausgebildet sein, dass sie auf die Fussstützen 7 aufgeschoben werden können. Die Traversen 27 und 28 sowie die Sanitärelemente 17 und 16 können an den Profilschienen 14 vormontiert sein. Eine solche Vormontage erleichtert die Montage erheblich. Die Einheit aus den Profilschienen 14, den Traversen 27 und 28 sowie den Sanitärelementen 17 und 16 muss dann lediglich an Ort auf die Fussstützen 7 aufgesetzt werden. Damit ist die Arbeit des Sanitär-Installateurs im wesentlichen abgeschlossen.
  • Um die für eine Nasszelle erforderliche Dichtigkeit zu erreichen, wird gemäss Fig. 6 eine Dichtungsfolie 11 ausgelegt. Diese erstreckt sich über die Oberseite 4a des Rohbodens 4 und über die Frontseite der Dämmfolie 8. Auf die Folie 11 wird in an sich bekannter Weise der ein- oder mehrschichtige Boden 5 erstellt. Auf diesem werden Bodenplatten 19 sowie die sich vertikal erstreckenden Randplatten 10 verlegt. Anschliessend wird das Traggestell 2 mit einem oder mehreren Verkleidungselementen 3 verkleidet. Das Verkleidungselement 3 bzw. die Kleidungselemente erstrecken sich frontseitig über die ganze Breite des Traggestells 2 und auch über einen horizontalen Bereich 3a. An die Wandschiene 12 schliesst gemäss Fig. 5 dann noch ein weiteres Verkleidungselement 29 an, das an der Gebäudewand 6 anliegt und an dieser zu befestigen ist. Gemäss Fig. 5 ist sodann ein Spiegel 30 vorgesehen, der ebenfalls an der Wandschiene 12 anschliesst und an dieser abgestützt ist. Ist die Verkleidung erstellt, so werden die Sanitärapparate 20 und 21 am Traggestell 2 befestigt. Gegebenenfalls können noch Betätigungselemente, beispielsweise eine Spültaste 18 in einer hier nicht gezeigten Öffnung des Verkleidungselementes 3 befestigt werden.
  • Gemäss Fig. 7 kann der Fertigboden auch direkt an die Bodenschiene anschliessen, womit die Randplatten 10 weggelassen werden können. Die Bodenschiene dient dabei direkt als Wandanschluss und Schattenfuge.

Claims (10)

  1. Tragvorrichtung für sanitäre Einrichtungen, mit einem Traggestell (2) und mit einer wenigstens frontseitig am Traggestell (2) angebrachten Verkleidung, die wenigstens ein am Traggestell (2) zu befestigendes Verkleidungselement (3) aufweist, mit Mitteln (13, 15) zur Befestigung des Traggestells (2) auf einem Gebäudeboden (4) und an einer Gebäudewand (6), wobei in einem Bodenbereich der Tragvorrichtung eine sich vertikal und horizontal erstreckende Bodenschiene (9) angeordnet ist, die für den Fertigausbau zur Erstellung des Bodenanschlusses vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenschiene (9) mit mehreren Fussstützen (7) fest verbunden ist und mit diesen eine erste separat montierbare Einheit des Traggestells (2) bildet und vertikale Profilschienen (14) mit Traversen (27, 28) eine zweite tragfähige Einheit des Traggestells (2) bilden, wobei bei der Montage des Traggestells (2) die zweite Einheit auf die Fussstützen (7) der ersten Einheit aufsetzbar ist.
  2. Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenschiene (9) eine verlorene Schalung und/oder Schattenfuge für einen Bodenanschluss bildet.
  3. Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung des Traggestells (2) an der Gebäudewand (6) eine sich horizontal erstreckende Wandschiene (12) angeordnet ist.
  4. Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandschiene (12) Mittel zu ihrer Befestigung an der Gebäudewand (6) aufweist.
  5. Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Bodenschiene (9) ein Dämmstreifen (8) zur Schalldämmung angeordnet ist.
  6. Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dämmstreifen (8) an der Bodenschiene (9) vormontiert ist.
  7. Tragvorrichtung nach dem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenschiene (9) sich im wesentlichen über die ganze Breite des Traggestells (2) erstreckt.
  8. Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Bodenschiene (9) bis zum unteren Ende des Traggestells (2) erstreckt.
  9. Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenschiene (9) so hoch ausgebildet ist, dass diese nach dem Erstellen des Fertigbodens (5) diesen soweit überragt, dass an ihr Verkleidungselemente (10) und insbesondere Platten befestigbar sind.
  10. Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenschiene (9) gegenüber einer vorderen Verkleidungsebene (A) zurückversetzt ist.
